I have been attempting to link my Instagram business account to my Facebook page for a while, but it appears my account has been disapproved for product tags. I have followed all the agreements presented by Facebook and Instagram and I am unsure why it was not approved. We have a legitimate cosmetic company in Korea, following all cosmetic and trading laws, so there should be no issues with illegal activities. I have updated descriptions, photos, and details to request a review, but I am unsure how to re-appeal for approval from Instagram/Facebook. What steps can I take to restart the approval process?

I have been struggling to access my Facebook account for weeks now. Initially, my Facebook and Instagram accounts were linked, but they got disconnected somehow. When I tried to reconnect them, Facebook requested authentication through either login approval or SMS. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account, and I have not received any email for login approval. This issue is crucial as I have two business pages associated with this account that I cannot afford to lose. Moreover, this problem is also impacting my Instagram as I am unable to connect my business account to both Facebook pages. I am at a loss on how to reach out to Facebook for assistance. Good day, I encountered an issue while trying to make a post on one of the pages I manage with my account. After facing errors, I was logged out of my account. Despite following the guidelines, adding images, changing the password, and providing my phone number, I am still unable to access the page. This is crucial as I manage pages for multiple companies, including my current employer. Without access, I risk losing my job, and there are funds in the wallet that do not belong to me. I have attached my company's ID for verification as I use this account solely for office purposes. I would like to ensure my Facebook profile is not visible to anyone, even if they have a Facebook account. When I use the "view as" feature, my cover picture and profile picture are still visible. I want to be completely invisible on the platform. Due to concerns about a troublesome ex, I prefer to keep my Facebook usage private. I have adjusted my settings to be visible only to friends, but my main pictures and profile name are still viewable. Despite blocking my ex and her family, I suspect she may create a new account to monitor me. I previously had an account under the name Chris James Rose, but she altered all the details and password, preventing me from accessing it. Hello, I recently encountered issues with my Facebook page named “Yorkie Puppies for Sale in Massachusetts” that I have been using for years to promote my dog breeding business. The page received notifications about not complying with Facebook regulations. I am confused as I have been using this platform to find loving homes for my puppies since [redacted]. The page features images and videos of my dogs and litters, and I have put effort into building a following through promotions. Unfortunately, the page is now inaccessible, and I am at a loss on what steps to take. I also run another page called “American Walker Kennels” but started the Massachusetts page when we moved there temporarily. We are relocating to Florida soon but still have puppies needing homes. I recently received an email informing me that my Facebook account was permanently disabled. The message mentioned a violation of Facebook's Terms and cited concerns about safety and inappropriate content. I assure you that I always post family-friendly and uplifting content. While using Facebook Marketplace to post items, a strange screen appeared claiming purchases were made with my bank card for flowers and garden supplies, leading to the sudden disabling of my account. Simultaneously, my bank account was compromised. I am confused as to what occurred, as I am careful to adhere to Facebook's guidelines. Can anyone provide assistance in clarifying this situation? On Friday night, someone made a fake version of my Facebook profile. Although it was reported and removed, the person retaliated by reporting my real Facebook account for impersonation. I used the "help now" feature to send a message and my driver's license to verify my identity, but I keep receiving automated responses asking for identification. I've sent my license eight times now with no resolution. I have precious memories on my account, including pictures of my children, wedding, and connections with family and friends worldwide. Hello, I have been playing Lords Mobile for over two years. Recently, I went on a vacation for over two weeks and shared my game details with a teammate using a different Facebook account created solely for transferring my game progress without sharing my real account. Upon my return, I found that I am unable to log in as the password is incorrect. When trying to recover the password, I discovered that the recovery email and phone number had been changed without my knowledge. Despite reaching out to game support for over 20 days, I have not received a resolution. The original email linked to the account is [redacted], which I still have access to. Hi Facebook team, I recently tried to update my name on my account but got redirected to verify my identity. Due to infrequent use, I was asked to recognize friends, a task I didn't complete due to work commitments. I now have limited options as my registered phone number is no longer accessible, and the device approval method didn't work. I have contacted support multiple times but haven't received any assistance yet. Last Friday, my account was hacked, and the hacker created a fake replica of my actual account that got reported and removed. However, the hacker retaliated by reporting my account, resulting in its disabling. This has caused me to lose contact with my family, including those overseas, and all my photos. I have submitted my driver's license photo eight times in an attempt to recover my account, but I keep receiving automated messages requesting my identification, which I have already provided. I am seeking urgent help to regain access to my Facebook account.

Hello, I'm Christine Ross Stewart. I'm feeling very upset and hurt because someone made significant changes to my deceased son's Facebook account without my permission. My Facebook page was unpublished for allegedly violating community standards, even though I am certain I did nothing wrong while attempting to run Facebook ads. The page linked to the ad campaign was unpublished, but the ads are still active, and I urgently need to reach a real person from support to clarify this. Unfortunately, the Facebook page won't let me make any changes, so it's crucial to have a conversation with a representative. Furthermore, my ability to use the Marketplace has been disabled, and I need assistance in addressing this matter. I am seeking the full restoration of my Facebook page's functionality under @Slimporium. Additionally, I'm requesting the reinstatement of my access to the Marketplace. I am baffled by Facebook's actions, as I have always conducted myself honestly and am investing in ads without any intention to spam or disrupt the community in any way.

One of my friends stole a photo I took and copied the wording, then posted it as her own without crediting me. I've asked her to take it down, but she only deletes my comments. Despite my photo being timestamped earlier than hers, she refuses to acknowledge it's mine. I've reported the issue to Facebook. In my post, I tagged an organization, but since she just copied and pasted, the organization's name shows in her post without being properly tagged for the group to see.

My Facebook account, registered under my name, NatalieGrace Kelsey, was hacked a few weeks ago. The hacker not only changed the Facebook password but also gained access to my email account, which has since been shut down due to a security breach. The email address that was compromised is [redacted] Despite being logged in on my mobile browser, I continue to receive notifications of unauthorized login attempts, including one from the USA. This situation is concerning due to the personal information stored on my account. I have been unable to change the password or recover the account as the email associated with it is inaccessible. I do not have trusted contacts in place and have exhausted all efforts to resolve this issue. I believe resetting the password by receiving a code on my phone number, [redacted]6, could help restore access to my account. Hello, I have an Instagram business profile connected to one of my Facebook pages. About 15 days ago, when attempting to create my first paid promotion, I faced payment issues. Upon trying to add my debit card, an error message appeared stating the account is set up to be paid post-delivery. I reached out to another Instagram page and was informed my account is configured for credit payments, not debit, and to resolve this, a new ad account needs to be created. Despite several attempts to create a new ad account on Facebook or even setting up new Facebook IDs, I am still unable to proceed with a paid promotion on Instagram. The process of linking my Instagram account to a new Facebook account and page returns an error message "Can't create promotion for this Page". I have explored the help center but remain unable to find a solution to create an Instagram promotion. Seeking guidance on the matter.

I am having difficulty reporting bullying and hate speech. I commented on a post but was attacked by a group after they misunderstood my comment. They are now using my photos to mock me. I stayed calm, but I am upset about the bullying. I got restricted for posting a picture of my daughter in her pull-up, which is unfair as I have similar pictures on my profile. I find it frustrating that such bullying behavior is allowed. Facebook needs to review its community standards and address groups like "Talking shit and fb drama" which may lead to serious harm. The report button seems to be stuck on loading after selecting the complaint option, which is not helpful.

My 15-year-old niece shared screenshots with me concerning a 27-year-old man soliciting inappropriate images and sending explicit photos. After making a post about it, Facebook removed the content and subsequently disabled my account, citing safety reasons without explanation. Despite multiple reports, the man's accounts remain active. My post garnered over 30 shares with underage girls sharing similar encounters. This individual is known for targeting teenagers in Lebanon, Missouri, and using drugs. Losing access to Facebook means losing cherished family photos due to exposing a predator publicly.

I am seeking assistance with an unresolved issue from over 2 years ago related to my business and brand, The Goofy Froot Company Inc. I have encountered a simple issue. Previously, our Facebook account was linked to the Instagram handle "@goofyfroot." Due to a change on your end during an update, we were unable to re-link our Instagram account to the same handle. As a result, we adjusted the handle to "@goofy_froot." I have been eager to revert to the original handle and remove the need for the "_". However, "@goofyfroot" appears to be inactive and potentially tied up due to a cache glitch caused by a server-side update. I have provided supporting documentation to confirm my identity as the legal owner, including a domain renewal receipt, [redacted] tax return documents, and a [redacted] Change of Corporate Address form filed with the state of New York. I recently purchased a new phone and encountered issues accessing my Facebook account. Verizon suggested creating a new account, fearing I would lose my current one. I hesitantly created a new account, which initially worked but was later disabled for suspected impersonation due to reports from friends who thought it was hacked. When trying to appeal to Facebook to rectify the mistake, the process would not continue. Despite my account being visible to friends, I am unable to access it. This problem arose only after switching to a new phone. I have never had any issues with Facebook before and it has been three days with no resolution in sight.
