I am unsure if this suspension is permanent and I am frustrated as I have always sold genuine items. I did not realize the trainers were not authentic until I found out later. I am unable to reach anyone at Facebook to discuss this issue, and I rely on these sites regularly. I am getting married next year and would like access to wedding groups. I am willing to have any policy-violating items removed and start fresh. I feel it is unfair to be restricted for one mistake. Can someone please assist me with lifting the suspension or provide guidance on when I can use the sites again without limitations?
