Unfortunately, there seems to be confusion caused by my granddaughters, Kelsey and Bailey Utterback, who have falsely claimed that I am not the great-grandmother and labeled me as a fraud to Facebook and GoFundMe. This has led to a situation where people are hesitant to support my cause due to these untrue allegations. I am part of a group of five people receiving unknown messages. It seems that forwarding a message retains all recipients and new ones until the original message is deleted. We are baffled by random texts at odd hours and are unable to identify the source or purpose. Clicking on the message only reveals some numbers, and attempts to access participants only shows six numbers, missing the last. We have asked for it to stop, but we are unsure how it started or how to halt it. After contacting the service provider, I was passed to you, but the representative abruptly ended the call without resolving the issue. I would appreciate a callback for assistance.

While living in the USA, I used a cable company's email system for my main Facebook account. Since December [redacted], I have been living in France and now use Gmail. I updated my Facebook account with my new email address, but due to inactivity and being in France (possibly using a different server for Facebook), I am unable to log in. I created a temporary "dummy" account to try to access my real account, but now the login keeps linking to the "dummy" account even after deactivating it. Deleting the "dummy" account takes up to 30 days, which is frustrating. I have contacted Facebook for support, but the lack of direct customer service assistance is disheartening. I feel stuck in a loop and unable to link my other social media accounts. I have tried all avenues with Facebook, but without success. My Business Manager and ad accounts were disabled due to an infringement claim regarding an Ariana Grande t-shirt ad. I acknowledge my mistake and take full responsibility. I'm new to Facebook ads and was unaware of the guidelines. I've invested $35,[redacted] in training and ads to build my online store. Reactivating my accounts would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect that my Facebook account has been hacked. My contacts have informed me that they received a message from Lions International Trust Program, soliciting them to apply for money. I've taken precautions by warning my contacts and deactivating my account. However, Facebook has given me 30 days to reactivate it. I've heard that hackers can create a new account using profile pictures to deceive others. Can someone review my account and advise me on the next steps? I am not very knowledgeable about this. I have been facing ongoing issues with my Facebook account. I kept receiving emails saying I logged in from different locations, leading me to change my password multiple times. Eventually, I opted for two-factor authentication. However, recently, I received notifications for verification codes again. My account was hacked, changing my profile to "Vincent Brady." I've struggled to recover it as I use Facebook to log in to many other accounts. The request for a new email during account recovery only sends the code to the hacker. The lack of a contact number or reliable email to seek help is frustrating. Reporting the hack led to a cycle of inaccessible verification steps. Using my phone for another recovery attempt required sensitive "ID" information. I feel hesitant about sharing it after being hacked. Even providing my school ID didn't help. I'm desperate to regain access to my account and seek prompt assistance.

I am very disappointed because my page content (Travel Cooking Agnes) was removed without any notification or explanation. There were posts on the page dating back to [redacted]. I feel that my freedom of speech has been violated as I only shared recipes, travel experiences, and cultural content. I am concerned about the removal and would like to know what actions can be taken to address this and when the issue will be resolved. This incident has made me reconsider advertising on Facebook, especially since there are now no posts to boost. Last year, a post about Easter Salad was also removed, and when I reported it, no response was received. It would be impossible to report all posts dating back to [redacted], and since the content was valuable and engaging, I hope it can be restored. I hope for a thorough review and assistance in reinstating my content if it was wrongly removed.

Over the last 3-4 months, we have experienced sudden bans on our ad account despite following all guidelines. Today, all our ads were disabled, and new ones were not approved. This happened while we were already unable to advertise due to the social media ban in Sri Lanka. As a business operating for 3 years and spending approximately $[redacted]-[redacted] monthly on ads, it is frustrating to face these issues unjustly. I mistakenly used my house number instead of my cell phone on Facebook as I had already used my cell number for another account. When trying to reset my password, Facebook asks for a four-digit code sent to my cell phone for security. However, the code is being sent to my disconnected house number from [redacted] which I can't access. I would appreciate it if the secondary security procedure could be removed so I can receive the password reset through my email instead. The request is to eliminate the step of sending the code to my phone. Thank you for understanding.

There is an individual, Toma Chaldean, who has been using Facebook since [redacted] and resides in Wellington, New Zealand. He has been posting derogatory content about the women of Wellington, including my sister. This behavior is unacceptable and his Facebook page should be removed. Among Middle Eastern communities, including the Assyrian women he targets, maintaining a good reputation is crucial. Despite attempts to block him, he continues to spread harmful messages about individuals on various public platforms. He writes in Arabic, but his disrespectful nature is clear to those who understand him. For those unfamiliar with this situation, it may seem trivial, but for Middle Eastern women, reputation is paramount. People like Toma Chaldean damage our family names with their offensive remarks. It is imperative that he is prevented from publicly defaming these women with derogatory labels such as "whores" and "sluts." Attempts to address this issue directly have been ignored by him.

Hello. I made several accounts in the past to collect free gifts for Facebook games in middle school. Now, I want to delete these old accounts as I no longer have access to the email addresses and passwords. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, Facebook has not taken them down. These accounts were all created using the same IP address, have not been used in years, and share the same friends. They contain personal information like photos and friends which I want to remove for privacy reasons. How can I delete these accounts without access to the passwords or email addresses? I can provide additional proof that these accounts belonged to me and have been inactive for years.

I am requesting Facebook to restore my verified account promptly. Please explain what is considered suspicious activity by Facebook, as this process seems repetitive and confusing. I have gone through verification multiple times only to be disabled again without clear reasons. I am hoping to communicate directly with a human representative regarding this matter. I have been patient throughout this ordeal and believe I deserve access to my account like any other user. A friend has recently passed away, and her Facebook page was turned into a platform for grief and memories. The next of kin, her separated husband who is not tech-savvy, was not involved. A distant cousin who rarely interacted with her accessed her laptop and changed the password, deactivating the account without involving the husband or nieces. This cousin has no legal authority as power of attorney or executor of the will, nor is she a legacy contact. The deceased's friends and family wish to memorialize the page for sharing memories and support. Assistance is needed as the actions taken were not what the deceased would have wanted, and the cousin's control over the situation is deemed as cold and heartless. Thank you, Elaine.

I recently discovered a defamatory post on the Scam Awareness Philippines page that contains false accusations against me. They have shared my personal information like photos of me, my family, including my children, my college diploma, government ID, and phone number. This post was made on March 31, [redacted], however, I only found out about it today when a friend brought it to my attention and sent me a screenshot. I believe this is a case of harassment and spreading false news. I kindly request your assistance in removing this distressing post, which is not only degrading but also quite concerning. I encountered an issue with my Messenger while trying to check for updates and messages. A pop-up message appeared, stating that my session had expired. After clicking okay, I couldn't log back into my account, as it kept saying I had entered a previous password. This was concerning because I hadn't changed my password. When I attempted to reset my password, I was surprised to see an unfamiliar email listed for the code to be sent to and noticed my phone number was missing. Some friends informed me that my account may have been hacked. I urgently need to regain access to my account as it contains essential information.

I am confused as to why my Facebook account has been permanently deleted. I have had this account since June [redacted] but deactivated it a few months ago due to personal reasons. Today, when I tried to log in, I found out that my account no longer exists with my email and password. When I attempted to create a new account using the same email and password, it led to a new account being created instead of recovering my previous one. Upon checking my associated Hotmail account, I found a notification in the spam folder from March 23rd stating that I requested for the account deletion, which I was unaware of. I am reaching out to recover my original account, which I have been using for the past 7 years.

I'm currently unable to access my account on Facebook as they're still reviewing some documents. My legal name is Christopher Logan Walton but on Facebook, I go by Pig Loganborn. I've tried to explain this to them and even provided a photo of myself with people confirming my daily use of the name Pig Loganborn. It's been over a week now, and if I need to submit further proof of my identity as Christopher Logan Walton, I'm willing to do so. All I want is to regain access to my Facebook account.
