Even though the incidents occurred on different platforms, as a unified company, it is essential to address these discrepancies. I am having trouble accessing my account with my usual password. The email and phone number associated with the account are outdated, and I no longer have access to them. I have submitted a copy of my driver's license but have not received any response, which worries me. My account's security is at risk, and now my ID might be compromised. My Facebook account, tied to [redacted] under the name Rachelle Lee, has been automatically logged out, and the password has been changed. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover it through email as I no longer have access to the email account linked to it. It seems like my account has been hacked. The hacker has even gone further to block my close and high activity friends on the platform. I am concerned about what the hacker might be doing with my sister's Facebook account. I am hopeful that Facebook will address this issue promptly by contacting me for necessary verification processes. The issue began two days ago when I came across a link for the game PUBG on Facebook. Upon clicking the link, they prompted me for my password, and after providing it, I noticed that all my pending game missions were completed. Subsequently, when I tried to log back in, I found that the login page was disabled, and I have been unsuccessful in locating my account since. I have been attempting to contact the helpline since this morning, but I have been unable to find a phone number; I am only able to access live chat. However, during the chat, they requested a $5 payment and card details after a few messages, which I did not provide. This experience has left me dissatisfied as instead of offering assistance, they demanded payment. I have also filed a complaint regarding my Facebook account but have not received any updates. I am eager for prompt action on this matter to resolve the issue, or I will be compelled to report this to the cybercrime department. When attempting to log into my account, I received a notification that someone from NC tried to access it and was asked to confirm if it was me. As it was not me, I replied "No". Following this, I was prompted to enter my email and password. The issue is I am unsure which email I currently use for the account. The original email I set it up with was locked a while back. If it is still linked to that email, I won't be able to respond to a confirmation email. Furthermore, I do not remember my password. I have not logged in manually for an extended period, as it typically logs in automatically, and I am concerned that trying to log in now might appear suspicious. This situation is causing a lot of confusion, especially since my blog "A Wind in the Branches" is connected to this account. I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter.

Hello, I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account under the name Sarah Bonney. I used Facebook Marketplace to purchase a vehicle from a seller. I received all the details through email on Marketplace and contacted the provided phone number with my account information to make the payment. After paying for the vehicle, I expected the delivery on 4/19/19 at 4 pm central time. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not arrive, and there was no communication about any delays. The phone number I had for Facebook Marketplace also stopped working. I suspect I have been scammed. I find it hard to believe Facebook Marketplace would be involved in such fraudulent activities. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] to clarify Facebook's role before I raise my concerns publicly about potential scams on Marketplace.

I have recently fallen victim to a scam on the Facebook Marketplace. I mistakenly believed that sellers were authenticated through their Facebook IDs, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Facebook has now turned into a platform where scammers can easily deceive people, which is disheartening. I placed an order for 4 dresses a few days ago, choosing the cash on delivery option. Today, when the courier arrived, I paid Rs. [redacted] only to discover that the package contained cheap items completely different from what I had ordered. My only hope is to get a refund, even though I am skeptical that it will happen. It is frustrating how Facebook has become a breeding ground for dishonest individuals, and feedback mechanisms do little to assist victims like myself. I am truly disappointed by this experience.

There is an issue with a friend accusing me of having a fake Facebook page and hiding posts, causing arguments. She filed a complaint to Facebook, but I need to show her it's not true. Another friend mentioned the "Content Not Viewable Now" message. I asked around and found out some people see it, including my cousin and a few others. It's all a bit perplexing.

Greetings,I have forgotten my password and tried using the three-person closest friends password retrieval method without success. When I attempted the usual password recovery process, it stated another account was linked to my email, which is odd as this account does not have an email associated and solely operates on a mobile device. Consequently, I was locked out of the messenger app and unable to sign back in without a password. I just wish to regain access to my account or create a new password. However, every time I attempt the manual login method, it seems to loop endlessly, prompting me to input my forgotten password repeatedly. I select my account, confirm I forgot my password, and then the cycle restarts.

I came across a company on your platform advertising engraved gifts, and unfortunately, they are engaging in false advertising. Despite their claim that only 7 items were left with 1.47 minutes to order, leading me to place an order, it has now been close to 4 weeks, and I have not received any tracking information for my order. Upon contacting them via email, they mentioned a 5-10 business day period for handcrafting, which has passed. This seems to be a recurring issue affecting many individuals, facilitated through Facebook promotions. Had it not been for their misleading offer on Facebook, I would not have found myself in this predicament. It's disheartening to see that other customers are facing similar challenges, and the company continues to operate in this manner. My concern now is what steps Facebook will take to address this ongoing problem.

This morning, I woke up and logged into Facebook, only to be prompted to log in again seconds later. Despite numerous attempts, I kept receiving an "incorrect password" message. To my surprise, my tablet showed that someone had accessed my account at 2:30 am and changed the password. Sadly, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my Facebook account, and I also do not use the associated email address. After attempting to reset my password on Facebook, I am now unable to log in. Opting for the "Forgot your password" feature and choosing to receive the code via SMS, I successfully received the code but was unable to enter it correctly. Despite requesting the code again, I continue to face issues when entering it. The system now displays a message stating that I have tried too many codes and advises me to try again later. I am currently still able to access my Facebook account on my mobile phone and wish to avoid logging out. Unfortunately, the email linked to the account has been inactive for several years, rendering the email option useless for me.

I was informed that my posts went against your policy, which I accept until we clarify the issue. However, when my ability to use Messenger was disrupted, I considered it a privacy concern. I reached out to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, believing my account was hacked to enable this action. Both Messenger and Facebook are separate apps on my phone. I've voiced my worries that your community standards may inhibit freedom of speech, potentially leading to bullying. People should be able to express themselves without facing restrictions. Instructing others to block and report is fine, but outright blocking me without clear communication feels like bullying. I request my Facebook account be reinstated, and I urge you to prevent misuse of your platform for bullying. It would be helpful to know how long my posting abilities will be restricted instead of being left in the dark.

I am concerned about a young boy I know who is a family friend's grandchild and has severe learning disabilities, mental health, and behavioral issues due to a history of physical and sexual abuse trauma. He has recently been released from an institution after hitting puberty and is struggling to navigate his sexuality and relationships with girls, given his lack of emotional understanding. Unfortunately, some girls have created a Facebook page falsely accusing him of cheating, not considering his challenges. They have even baited him into incriminating conversations to mock him online. Despite explaining his condition, they continue their harmful behavior. I fear this will lead to a breakdown for the boy. The page needs to be taken down, and the individuals involved need to understand the impact of their actions.
