I recently shared a post from a friend who was raising awareness about a man using Facebook and messaging apps to harass and threaten girls. However, Facebook suspended my account for three days due to the content in the screenshots. Surprisingly, the original posters and others who shared it are not blocked. This is not the first time this has happened to me; months ago, I was postblocked for responding to someone who was degrading women, which was not hate speech. It is frustrating that Facebook silences those trying to speak out against harassment while allowing the harassers to continue. I am requesting Facebook to lift my postblock, investigate the man threatening women, and provide an explanation for the inconsistency in blocking. If this occurs again, I will consider not using Facebook anymore and will share my experience with others.

My account got disabled in February for posting tobacco for sale, then I got blocked yesterday. Facebook had mentioned that the posts were deleted, but it seems one might have remained. This led to another complaint from the tobacco company resulting in a temporary posting block, which unexpectedly turned into a complete account disablement. Reaching out for assistance as my account holds valuable photos that I can't access elsewhere, and I have always adhered to the rules. Despite the initial warning, I refrained from reposting, yet I'm now facing this predicament a month later. Desperately seeking help to resolve this issue as it is distressing to lose access to important data.

I recently created a business page for my brand on Instagram to promote my work. In order to boost my brand, I attempted to set up a Facebook account. Everything seemed fine until I was prompted to upload a photo of myself, which I promptly did on March 21st. Since then, I have been continuously receiving a message that is causing me a great deal of frustration. Instagram: @omarafridi_official Facebook: Omar Afridi I keep getting this message: "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're reviewing the photo that you sent us on 21 March. We're always looking out for your security, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook." I am eager for Facebook to lift the restrictions on my account so I can access the Facebook app and proceed with promoting my posts on Instagram.

I am reaching out to raise a concern about a recurring issue on Facebook involving the user Donald D Nagy who, despite multiple suspensions, is allowed to return to his page.  Donald D Nagy engages in bullying and spreading hate on his page, and Facebook repeatedly lets him come back. It is alarming that he can resume his harmful behavior unchecked. The office's actions by reinstating him multiple times are seen as being complicit in his actions, which is highly concerning. I urge the office to take the appropriate steps to remove Donald D Nagy from Facebook. Allowing him to persist in his hurtful and bullying behavior is unacceptable and he should be permanently banned from the platform. Sincerely, Jeanine Gentis

My Facebook account has been compromised, and the name, email, school, and password have all been changed to the information of a T. Zekri. Despite contacting Facebook prior to being logged out, no action was taken. The hacker has altered settings, added Arabic-speaking individuals, and joined Arabic groups, whereas I communicate in English. I need my original settings restored for account access. While my [redacted] phone number still links to my account, it shows the new name. Attempting to log in prompts for a new password, but I am unaware of it due to the hack. Could my account be part of the 600k reported hacks? There was a login attempt notice a week ago that I denied. Since then, account issues persist. Urgent help is needed. Thank you, Dee W.

I recently created a new Facebook account and a Facebook Business Manager account using my work email [redacted] to assist my marketing agency clients with managing their business Facebook pages. The regular Facebook page I created with the email needs verification with a photo upload which hasn't happened in over a week. I also set up the Business Manager account with the same email and password, but I was suddenly unable to log in. I attached a screenshot. I was hoping using the Business Manager account would help verify the Facebook profile. I must access these accounts to aid our agency's clients with social media services. It's been over a week, and I'm locked out of both accounts without any updates on their status.

I recently updated my password for security reasons after noticing multiple login activities on my account. Presently, I am only logged in on my phone app but face difficulty accessing my account on desktop or linking it to other platforms due to an incorrect password issue. Since I no longer have access to the associated email on my profile, I attempted to reset my password or recover the account by submitting my ID twice with alternative email addresses for contact purposes. Despite the standard 24-hour processing time, I have not received any updates. I am eager to reset my password and update my email on the profile. Specifically, I have been waiting for a response on my request to [redacted] for over a week, while the other email has been pending for at least 4 days. I kindly request prompt assistance. My Facebook account has been disabled. After my computer was serviced due to viruses, the technician advised me to delete Google Chrome and my Facebook account to start fresh. I have attempted this six times, but I am still unable to access my account. Despite my brother and friends being able to view my page, I cannot. I'm Martha Brodeur, born on 05/08/[redacted], making me nearly 71 years old. I lack the tech skills to pretend to be someone else. Living [redacted] miles away from most loved ones in NC, I rely on Facebook to stay connected, especially to check in on my 91-year-old mother. I also run the Snow Creek Orchard business account in Sandy Ridge, NC, with the phone number [redacted]. I have provided my photo for verification. What else can I offer to prove my identity? I am unable to access my account because it is requesting photos of me. I have a phobia about taking pictures of myself and do not have any to provide. I originally opened my Facebook account solely for backing up my games and books. I have recently been locked out and unable to access my games or books since 21/3/19. I created an email account specifically for Facebook. If uploading a photo of myself is the only way to regain access, then I would prefer to have the account permanently closed as I will not take a photo. I will seek alternative methods to backup my games and books. It is unfortunate because Facebook was meeting my backup needs. I appreciate the security measures in place, but I need assistance in accessing my content without uploading a photo.

My Facebook and email accounts have been hacked, and the passwords have been changed. The email associated with my Facebook account is [redacted] Unfortunately, I can't reset the password because the recovery link is sent to the compromised email address. I have exhausted all efforts to contact Facebook support and even sought help from technicians at Just Answer. I have reported the hack multiple times, as has my girlfriend. Despite this, my account is still active, and someone has been reading my messages and responding. To ensure no further access, I would like to have the entire account deactivated.

Hello, I'd like to address a review written by Andy on our restaurant page. He gave us a 1-star rating without even spending a minute at Malaya to try our food, drinks, or service. I have made several attempts to contact Facebook through email and phone, but the emails bounce back as the inbox is full. It is frustrating that a company making billions of dollars cannot provide adequate customer support. I have been unjustly blocked for advocating against animal abuse, while other pages with harmful content remain active. I am a doctor and animal activist seeking to use social media to raise awareness. Facebook's current customer service and blocking policies are inadequate. I request a prompt resolution to my issue and to be unblocked to continue my activism. It is essential to address the accounts promoting animal cruelty effectively. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. This is the fifth time I am contacting support without any response. I am writing about the issue with Aaron Bennett from Kearney, Nebraska, who has been unable to access his Facebook account and Messenger for a week now. On 3/17/19, I received a short message from him on Messenger, followed by another early on 3/18/19, stating his name changed to Anna Scott. Subsequently, he vanished from my friend list, and this new name appeared. Upon checking her profile, I noticed Aaron's birthdate and the names of our mutual friends. I did not send or accept any friend request from this individual. After contacting Aaron, I learned about his struggle accessing his account. When I went to block the imposter, she had already disappeared. Can you guide Aaron on how to reset his Facebook account and Messenger? He requested me to reach out as he is unsure how to proceed. I have been facing challenges with my live feeds being reported anonymously, leading to restrictions on my pages for up to 30 days, affecting my business. It seems unfair as there are other pages like "GIRLS GONE LIVE" displaying explicit content without consequences. Additionally, pages like ROOM21 and keys to the streets bully users without being shut down. The reporting process on Facebook seems flawed, causing delays in addressing legitimate issues. My page, "Following Faro," and other pages I manage are unfairly flagged, causing disruptions. I hope there can be a better system in place for artists, entertainers, and businesses like us to appeal before getting shut down. Social media platforms like Facebook are crucial for our livelihoods, and it's disheartening when false reports impact our work. Thank you.

On 3/22/[redacted], I discovered that someone had created a fake account using my photos and name on Facebook. After reporting this to Facebook, instead of addressing the issue, my own account was disabled. I have several physics groups under my administration and have founded some as well, along with numerous physics notes, photos, and messages that are now inaccessible. Despite opening a new account to communicate with Facebook, I would like to regain access to my original account, which I have had since approximately [redacted]. I can provide any necessary information about the account, including having over 2,[redacted] friends and [redacted] followers. The imposter account has no bio or friends, except for the stolen content. Additionally, my birthday is on 3/15/[redacted], while the imposter falsely claimed their birthday to be in [redacted]. My account is registered under B. T. with the email [redacted] I recently commented on a post regarding the New Zealand shooting. I expressed my concerns about the coverage of mass shootings targeting Christians overseas. I believe there is a push for a one-world order led by certain individuals, supporting the U.N. and influenced by Muslims. It troubles me that statements by CAIR's president on Facebook about Muslim control in the U.S. and Christian enslavement are not being addressed seriously. Many share my unease about what appears to be preferential treatment towards Muslims.
