I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account, which is linked to my business page. Clicking on the link to my business site displays a red error message to all my business contacts. It is crucial that this is fixed promptly as it prevents anyone from accessing my business site through the link, potentially impacting my business negatively. Shopify, my store platform, has contacted Facebook to address this matter, but it remains unresolved. I kindly request the link between my store and Facebook page be restored, enabling my customers to view and make purchases on my site. When attempting to log in to Facebook, after entering my username and password, I am prompted to input my mobile number. However, despite entering the correct information, I am not receiving the six-digit code required from Facebook on my phone. Even after clicking the "resend code" option, the code doesn't come through. When trying to report the problem, the options lead back to the page requesting the code. I have provided feedback and tried changing my password via email to no avail. The help center and account reactivation are not working as my mobile is not receiving activation codes. I have not violated any policies, so I am unsure why my account was blocked. Only Facebook can unblock my account or send me the activation code to resolve this issue. I have verified that my phone is working by receiving codes from other platforms.

I need guidance on creating an account using a Windows 10 laptop computer as I do not have a cell phone for verification. I have been on Facebook for over 7 years. Previously, my information was saved on my web browser, but after a system restore, I could not access my old account. I have been unsuccessful in creating a new account as the verification process requires a method I am unable to use without a cell phone. There was a distressing incident in an Australian online group where hateful and offensive content, including a link to the NZ mosque shooting, was shared. Despite my attempt to comment, a glitch on Facebook caused an unintended offensive term to be posted. Consequently, my account was suspended for 7 days, while the original post contained numerous instances of hate speech. The discrepancy in handling the situation is frustrating, and I am determined to have my account reinstated. I am deeply concerned about the prevalence of hate speech and discrimination on the platform. I urge Facebook to address these issues promptly, as my accidental use of a slur pales in comparison to the harmful comments targeting the Muslim community.

Between February 23rd and 28th, our two Facebook business pages were targeted by Animal Activists, accusing us of illegal activities. They made numerous posts on the pages which we promptly deleted and banned the authors, totaling [redacted] people in just 48 hours. Unfortunately, they exploited a loophole allowing them to continue leaving fake reviews and engaging in negative interactions on the page even after being banned. Despite reporting each review, some remain as Facebook claims they do not violate Community Standards. We had to unpublish the pages to prevent further harm to our businesses. We have involved the police as this behavior constitutes malicious communications under U.K. law, with a crime reference number provided. My company's Facebook page, Venus Medical in Dublin, Ireland, with over [redacted] followers, primarily patients, was taken over by a former director, Pyn Lim. Despite no longer being a shareholder or director, she has not returned control to me. I have created a new page, Venus Medical, linked to my personal account, Peter Prendergast, but I need to reclaim the followers who are now receiving updates from the wrong company. About a month ago, I changed my phone number and did a factory reset on my phone. When I reloaded it, the password I used for Facebook didn't work. I tried account recovery, but it didn't work. I don't remember if I had a backup email or phone number linked to the account. I can't remember the email associated with the account either. My Google email doesn't show my Facebook account, and searching my name brings up an old account I don't want. I have another phone with the account logged in, but I can't remember the password and can't contact my trusted friends. I've been trying for weeks to access the account which is crucial because it holds the last memories of my late fiancee, who recently passed in a car accident. Please help me regain access. My account was compromised, resulting in your team blocking my access. I urgently require assistance in regaining control as the hacker altered my login credentials. They changed my password, email address, phone number to a Nigerian number starting with +[redacted], and even modified my trusted friends' list. This has prevented me from resetting my account independently. Due to the hacker's actions, I cannot retrieve the verification codes necessary for access. The hacker also replaced my email with [redacted], a deceptive address triggering the reliance on compromised trusted friends. Since last November (November [redacted]), Facebook has been prompting me to submit a photo to secure my account. Initially, these prompts appeared about once a week, but soon escalated to the point where I was being logged out every hour. In December, it began requesting a photo ID, which I provided. Although it allowed me to regain access, the cycle of the "submit a photo" prompt and the "submit your ID" prompt persisted. In January, after submitting my photo, Facebook displayed a message stating I couldn't use the platform until the photo was reviewed, locking me out until today. However, upon attempting to log in again, it requested another photo and reiterated that I couldn't access Facebook until the picture was reviewed. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since I'm unable to seek assistance through the Facebook Help Center due to being locked out. I have provided multiple photos and a photo ID, so it is clear this is my account. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

I am wondering if it's possible to merge my old account with a newer one. Back in [redacted], I accidentally locked myself out of my old account when my cat pressed the reset button on my PC while I was in the midst of changing the password to a more complex one. Sadly, the email and mobile number associated with the old account were outdated, and I didn't have any trusted friends listed. Despite my efforts, I couldn't recover the old account and ended up creating a new one shortly thereafter. The problem now is that people still contact the old account, send friend requests, and post messages even though the new account is active and functioning well. The content on both accounts is quite similar, so it would be convenient to merge them if possible. It's not urgent, just something that would make things easier for me.

I keep receiving emails from Facebook about La Dona's message and notifications I have supposedly missed. However, there is no message from La Dona, and I don't know who this person is. I attempted to report this issue to Facebook through their online service, but the only option I found was to report a threatening message, which does not apply to my situation. Facebook's responses seem automated as they consistently ignore my concerns and close the cases without addressing the problem. Today alone, I received three more emails about La Dona's message, which is incredibly frustrating. It is perplexing that Facebook does not have a direct contact method for users to reach them about such issues. All services, even Facebook, should be accountable for their mistakes and address user concerns promptly.

Facebook Group Membership Request Issue I contacted Facebook regarding an issue with my group "Tessa's Ravenous Readers." I am unable to view or approve member requests, even though it shows that there are over 20 pending requests. Hello. I recently received a message through Facebook Messenger from the husband of a half-sister I never knew about. Initially, I thought it was a prank and deleted the message. However, after discussing with my mom, I realized the message was legitimate. Unfortunately, since I deleted the message, I no longer have his name and cannot contact them. My dad, who passed away in [redacted], was connected to this half-sister. I've tried searching on Ancestry.com and asking family members for information, but all we remember is the woman my dad was married to. I believe the husband's name might be George Simpson from either England or Scotland. Hi, I recently had my Facebook account disabled, which has left me quite upset. While I understand if you can't unlock it, I used Facebook as a personal diary and have many valuable pictures on there. I am devastated because I haven't saved them elsewhere. I encountered an issue accessing my private messages on Facebook, being prompted that my session had expired and needing to log in. Despite trying to log in, I received an error message stating my password was incorrect. Upon reaching out to Facebook support, I was provided with a verification code. After multiple attempts, my account access issue persisted. Subsequently, I received assurance that my account was secure, but the problem persisted. Following this, I was informed via email that my details were received and assistance would be provided soon. Despite these actions, my access issue persisted, leading me to suspect a hack occurred. At approximately 9pm UK time, my account was reportedly shut down, impacting my business activities. I seek clarity on the steps being taken to address this concerning situation.

A few years ago, I established a business and created a Facebook page with the help of a person I brought on board. Initially, she was more skilled with computers and set up the page, inadvertently linking it to both of our personal Facebook accounts. After she left the business about a year ago, I struggled to remove her from the business page. Despite dedicating years to building the page and receiving client reviews, she currently has exclusive control over it, putting my business at risk. I am concerned that her actions could jeopardize all the hard work I've invested. I urgently need assistance either transferring sole control of the page to me or shutting it down if necessary.
