After creating a new Facebook account on my old phone and then logging into it on my new phone, I got locked out. Facebook asked for a photo ID to verify my identity, which seems unnecessary since I haven't posted anything yet on this account. It's frustrating because I just finished linking things to it and now can't access them on my new phone. I need access to my account to reach the linked items from my old phone. Please verify the account so I can use it again. I want this issue resolved so I can use my account without any further problems. Can you clarify what the green "Fixed" check means? Because from my end, the issue is not resolved.

Hello, my name is Natashia. When I was 13 or 14 years old, I created my first Facebook and email accounts. I always used the same password, but last year my Facebook was hacked, and I had to change it. Now, I have forgotten the password and can't access the email linked to that account. Unfortunately, I also can't use the phone number associated with it for the confirmation code. I have tried contacting Facebook twice but got no response. I spoke with an AOL representative, but they couldn't help as the email was deactivated due to inactivity. I really don't want to lose my Facebook account as there are many memories on it that I can't retrieve. I am stuck and would appreciate any guidance on what steps I could take to resolve this situation.

I accidentally ended up with two Facebook accounts, one linked to my phone number and the other to my email. Sadly, I can't access my main account through these details as all contact methods were removed. The account I didn't intend to use is now the only one accessible. I recently upgraded my phone, but my old one may still be logged into my original account. Unfortunately, it has been wiped clean and returned. I attempted the trusted contacts option, but it rejected the method I used. How can I recover my actual Facebook account with all my connections instead of this new, empty one?

Hello,
My name is Promise and I am the owner of HyperSpotlight.com, an Entertainment website focusing on Entertainment News, Music/Video uploads, and promotion. Recently, all posts containing my link were unpublished due to a "Facebook Community Standard" violation. Despite my efforts to appeal, I have been unable to reach direct support. I hope that someone reads this message and can help. I kindly request a review of my link (hyperspotlight.com) to be unblocked. It is not misleading or spam. Please assess it and inform me if there are any issues so I can correct them. I assure you it won't occur again. This situation is frustrating as I am unable to use the link on Facebook and Instagram or run Sponsored Adverts. Thank you.

My mother and I recently tried to create a Facebook page for our business, Nickel City Alchemy. We encountered two problems:
1. The Facebook page seemed to be visible to the public even though we hadn't published it yet. It also displayed the contact details of our attorney who helped set up our LLC, information we did not intend to share with Facebook.
2. Today, when we tried to log in, there was a security alert asking for a photo to proceed. After providing the photo, we were unable to access Facebook, and it also affected our new Instagram account we were planning to launch.
As beginners on Facebook, we are feeling lost in navigating these issues and would be grateful for some guidance!

I am Rachel Powell, a Realtor based in Atlanta, GA, and go by RJ Powell on Facebook. I am struggling to access my Facebook account. Despite multiple attempts with my usual login details, including my phone number and password, I am unable to get in. I decided to save my password this time, which has added to the access issue. The email linked to my account is outdated and inaccessible as AOL has locked me out. I now use a different email address. I have created a new account tonight to reconnect with my contacts. Please contact me at Rjsellrealestate@[redacted].

My friend, Suzie Pillot, is unable to access her Facebook account after forgetting her recent password change. Despite checking all the account recovery options provided by Facebook's help center, including searching for her phone number listed in her profile, we've been unsuccessful due to uncertainties around the associated email address. Since Suzie's granddaughter initially set up the account and they are not in regular contact, we're unable to retrieve the email information. Suzie is eager to retain her existing account rather than creating a new one, but we've reached a standstill in our efforts. Any advice or alternative methods for verifying her identity to regain account access and reset the password would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Tricked into Giving Away Ownership of My Facebook Page
Recently, I was contacted by someone named Jack Morris through my Facebook page "Anger Banger" for a potential business opportunity. He offered to pay me $[redacted] a week to share articles and videos, assuring me he didn't need access to my page. However, he later requested my email to proceed with Facebook monetization. After following his instructions to join a business group and add my page to my business profile, I discovered my page now belonged to Philip Corner. I am now seeking advice on how to address this issue.

I have been unable to log on to my Facebook for over a week now. My Facebook account is "Beens Engineer" and is linked to the mobile phone number [redacted] and the email addresses [redacted] or [redacted] Every time I try to log in, I am greeted with a blank Facebook page that doesn't display my profile photo, friends list, or any of my photos. I updated my profile one week ago, and now I can't seem to access my own Facebook account. I have been using the same password for four years, and this has been my Facebook account for the same duration. I'm concerned that someone might have intentionally blocked me from accessing my account or hacked into it. I miss seeing my photos and connecting with my friends on Facebook. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my account. Thank you for your help, and I look forward to your response. - Beens Engineer

There is a concerning page promoting hate and violence called Private Justice Gold Coast. Despite multiple complaints to Facebook, including from Australian Police, the page remains active. Given recent tragic events, one would hope Facebook would act swiftly to protect its users. If the offensive content is not removed within the next 7 days, a group of affected individuals plans to pursue legal action against Facebook for allowing such behavior. The individuals behind the page, Damien D. from Sydney, and Samantha G. known as "Sam GC," both with criminal records, are mentioned as the responsible parties. This is a final warning before legal actions are taken to address the hate crimes and defamation facilitated by Facebook by not taking down this harmful page.

Since yesterday, I've been experiencing issues with my Facebook account after receiving a message about unauthorized access. Despite changing my password and attempting to verify my identity, I'm still unable to unlock my account. When trying to input the required code, the country code appears as "0" instead of "27," preventing me from receiving it. Even after trying on a different device, I encountered restrictions. Uploading my ID for verification resulted in receiving an email with an unusable link due to various errors and limits. This morning, the problems persist with no available assistance or live support. Updating the country code on my recovery number could potentially resolve this issue. I've also asked my wife to seek help for her own account but has yet to receive a response. I would greatly appreciate any help to resolve this matter promptly.

I placed an ad on jajandexpress for 3 days, but I noticed multiple deductions from my account, which led to confusion. The ad was initially intended to run from the 9th of March to the 12th of March, however, it continued for an additional week, resulting in continuous deductions. After reporting the issue through Facebook settings and pausing the ad, I received another deduction of 18 USD this morning. I have since deleted the ad, hoping to avoid further deductions. I am looking for clarification on the reason behind these multiple deductions, as I am unsure if the error is on Facebook's end or if I made a mistake. I kindly request to refrain from any additional deductions moving forward.

Hello, Facebook admin. I need your assistance in recovering my account for RC Liegha with the login email [redacted] I enabled two-factor authentication for security, but encountered issues when I switched to a new SIM card in Dubai. The old phone number I used for authentication is no longer valid, preventing me from receiving the login codes. Due to this, I had to create a new account to stay in touch with my family, but Facebook keeps locking me out for this.
Please send the authentication code to my new number, +[redacted]28, instead of the old one, [redacted]3, to help me regain access to my RC Liegha account promptly. Your prompt resolution of this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We offer Shiitake mushroom crisps, Crispy Mushroom snack pack, a low-fat and crunchy healthy snack. Our variety pack includes four 4oz packs of vegetable crisps. Our account on Amazon is active, and we have recently uploaded a new snack. Yesterday, a 7 pack was approved, and today a 4 pack was denied. The only difference is the pack size. We are confused about why the 7 pack was approved while the 4 pack was not. We kindly request a reconsideration of our application.

I recently changed my name on Facebook and my account got blocked. I reached out to Facebook, submitted my ID, and explained the situation. It has been over a year now, and I am still waiting to regain access to my account due to a login issue. My friends and family are eagerly waiting for me to return to Facebook. I hope the Facebook team can review my account and unlock it soon. I have provided all the necessary documents for confirming my identity, including my old and new names, date of birth, confirmed ID name, and country. The email linked to my Facebook account is now [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing difficulty recovering my old account after suspecting it was hacked. When trying to log in, it redirected me to a new account without my information. Despite resetting the password, it only affected the new account linked to my email, [redacted] A friend helped me change the email on the new account to [redacted] but I am still unable to access my original account with all my friends and progress. It seems like someone may have altered the email and password on my genuine account. I want to restore my real account with my saved games and contacts. I have attached a screenshot of my original account for reference. Please assist me in regaining access to my real account. Thank you for your help.

My advertising account has been disabled on Instagram and Facebook.
I utilized my mother's card to cover the ad expenses due to insufficient funds, causing her to report the transactions as unusual and replace the card. This likely triggered a security measure on my accounts. Facebook support group helped reactivate my profile, and things seemed fine again. However, when I tried to promote on Instagram, it restricted me. As I revisited Facebook, my ad account got disabled once more. Despite the support team reactivating it, I missed the message and unintentionally caused the issue to resurface.
The confusion stemmed from the card misunderstanding with my mother. I desperately need immediate assistance as I've been struggling for five days to resolve this. I have vital content going out today to a fraction of my audience, hindering my business. I want to resume promoting on both platforms without further disruptions.
My details:
Facebook Name: Harry Rolla
Business Account: Rolla Payback
Instagram Profile: RollaPayback
Thank you,
Harry "Rolla" S.

My ad account on Instagram and Facebook got disabled, and I think it's due to a misunderstanding with my mother's payment card. She reported her card as having unusual activity, causing my account to be flagged as well.
After contacting Facebook's support, they reactivated my profile, but I still have issues promoting on Instagram. When I tried again on Facebook, the same problem occurred. Despite their attempts to help, the issue persists.
I want to boost my promotions on both platforms, but this confusion has hindered me. My Facebook name is Harry Rolla, my business account is Rolla Payback, and my Instagram is RollaPayback. I need urgent assistance since it's been five days of struggling to recover my ad account, affecting my content reach. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am reaching out today feeling truly remorseful about a mistake made on our business page. Our Ad ID is [redacted][redacted], and the Report number is [redacted][redacted]. I unintentionally violated copyright by using an artist's name on our products. This is our first offense in three years of business, and our page was swiftly taken down without warning. If reinstated, I will promptly remove any offending posts. Losing our advertising privileges on Facebook has deeply impacted our small South African business, affecting our employees and financial goals. We implore for a reconsideration of our situation. Thank you for considering our plea. - Irene

How is it possible for someone to change on Facebook if they are not given the chance? I never receive any alerts about potentially inappropriate comments I've made, only sudden 30-day suspensions. It's frustrating not to be able to delete or apologize for any wrongdoing. I would gladly make amends if given the opportunity. Reconsideration requests are swiftly denied, leaving no room for correction. Without the ability to remove or apologize for past comments, it feels like being trapped. The current system doesn't foster personal growth or behavior modification. Continuously punishing past actions without a chance for redemption hinders any progress. Facebook's punitive cycle does not aid in meaningful change; rather, it perpetuates a cycle of reprimand without resolution or growth. There needs to be room for individuals to learn and evolve, rather than being stuck in a loop of penalties without progress. Russell Workman
