My Facebook business page is experiencing issues as my ad account has been disabled. To remedy this, I created a new profile, made it the Admin of the business page, and disconnected the old profile with the disabled ad account. After setting up a new Business Ad Manager account and adding a new credit card to boost offers and posts, Facebook prompted me to sign back into my personal profile. Upon doing so, I was required to input a code sent to my mobile, which I did without any issues. However, I was then asked to submit a photo for review. Given that the new profile had no photos yet, I submitted one anyway. It has been nearly a day, and each time I attempt to log into my Facebook profile, I receive a message stating that my account is under review due to the photo submission. I am unsure how long this process typically takes or what steps to take next to resolve this matter.

I received a 30-day post block for sharing a simple reaction meme in a comment section about a month ago. This punishment seems unjust as the meme was harmless and not intended to harass anyone. My only aim was to bring a smile to people's faces through humor. Unfortunately, this block has cut me off from my friends who live in another city. I am now facing difficulties like ordering lunch from my local delivery service on Facebook and receiving $60 owed to me via messenger. My social interactions are restricted since some of my friends do not have active phone services. I kindly request a review of my post by a real person as I believe a 30-day ban is excessive for sharing a meme that was meant for harmless fun, not to cause harm or offense.

My account was closed because of a false report related to the Terms of Service. Upon reviewing the account history, it's evident that most reports have been unsubstantiated. I have submitted evidence of my identity and have been an active member of the Facebook community for many years. The actions taken against my account seem excessive and misguided. I suspect my account was targeted by someone displeased after a disagreement, leading them to file false reports and incite others to do the same in order to have my account suspended. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter or the reinstatement of my profile. I am open to collaborating with you to demonstrate that the reported violation was unfounded. If possible, I would appreciate access to my photos and videos, some of which are exclusively stored on the platform. Thank you. Lola H.

Jena and her friend Priscilla launched a clothing line, Livvshape, last year. Jena, the owner of the trademark, recently dissolved her partnership with Priscilla. When trying to update the brand's Instagram account details, Priscilla somehow regained control and locked Jena out. It seems Priscilla may be the only admin, as Jena doesn't have a Facebook page. They have tried to regain access through the Request Support tab on Instagram and are in contact with the Support Team. Jena is unsure if this is the correct process but hopes to recover the account instead of resorting to legal action.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account. I had linked it to my email [redacted], which is now inaccessible. I provided an alternate email, [redacted], but Facebook doesn't recognize it. I typically use [redacted] for everything and my password is [redacted]3. I am only able to access Coin Master through Facebook where most of my games are saved. My current email is [redacted] I urgently need help as my account holds all my personal information and photos.

I seem to have been locked out of my account and I don't know how to regain access. I've attempted different passwords and even tried getting a code, as well as the alternative login method, but to no avail. Even when I enter the correct password, it still prompts me for another code, causing a lot of frustration. If I can't access my account soon, I might just give up on Facebook altogether. I don't want to deal with the hassle of social media causing more problems. I'll give it one more shot to log in, but if I can't, then it's goodbye. Thank you for your non-help and I wish you a good life.

I am concerned that my ads may not be reaching the right audience in the Las Vegas area as they are not getting the expected responses. Additionally, I have noticed a change in the ad renewal process on Facebook Marketplace where I am no longer able to renew my ads after 7 days due to them not being highlighted for renewal. This change is frustrating, and I feel like my Marketplace account is not functioning properly. I would appreciate it if my Facebook Marketplace account could be restored to its previous functionality. I am worried and upset about this situation. Please assist me in resolving these issues. Thank you, D. Kerns.

I recently had to reset my password on the Facebook website to access my account. I forgot my password and requested a code to reset it. I did not receive the texted code, but I got one via email. However, after entering it once, it said I had tried too many times. I even waited 24 hours before trying again, but the issue persists. Although I can access Facebook on my iPhone without issues, I can't log in on my computer because I need to change my password. This situation is frustrating. I have received four emails with the same code for resetting my password, but every time I try, it says I have attempted too many times.

I contacted a number on Facebook's help section, phone number [redacted]. I provided my email and name to Shaun, who transferred me to the helpline where I spoke with Jeff about an issue. I recently purchased a new phone and installed the Facebook app from the App Store. When I logged in, none of my pictures or posts from my old phone appeared. It seemed like I had two email accounts because it prompted me to send new friend requests. Jeff sent me a reset code and a security code via text and asked for them back to investigate my accounts. After a brief hold, he mentioned that someone in Germany accessed my email, suggesting hacking. He offered a one-time fix for $[redacted] or a guarantee fix for $[redacted]. When I requested email confirmation, he declined due to their workload. I plan to consider my options before proceeding to avoid potential scams or hacking concerns. - Dena R.

I recently acquired a new phone, and during the switch, I lost access to various information, including my Facebook account. Around three months ago, my account got hacked, prompting me to change my password. Unfortunately, I have been locked out since changing phones as I cannot recall the new password. The email associated with the account, [redacted], is an outdated email I no longer have access to. I can remember my previous password before the recent change. I am willing to provide any necessary identification, like my driver's license, to recover my Facebook account. The account holds years of meaningful memories, and I am eager to regain access. I am in desperate need of assistance and wonder why security questions aren't available to aid in this process. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to log into my Facebook account but received a notice stating that my account may have been accessed by someone else. I followed the steps to verify my identity and submitted an identification document. After receiving an email confirming my identity, I was provided with a link and password to login again. Despite following the instructions, the password did not work. I had to resort to using my old password to gain access, only to be met with the same message about potential unauthorized access. This cycle repeated three times, with each new verification code sent by Facebook failing to grant access. Currently, when I attempt to log in, I am met with a message stating my identity cannot be confirmed, and I am unable to proceed. I have been attempting to resolve this issue throughout the day without success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to suspicion of being a bot. Although I provided the required picture of my face for verification 8 hours ago, my account remains locked without verification. As a result, I am unable to use important apps linked to my account. Facebook's lack of live customer support is frustrating, and their actions have inconvenienced me, a genuine user, without justification. I believe it is essential for Facebook to address this issue promptly, offer an apology for the unnecessary inconvenience caused, and unlock my account without delay.

Dear Facebook Support, As a business owner, one of our employees was terminated today. However, the individual believes they are entitled to one month's compensation, which is not mandated by Singaporean law according to MOM regulations. Subsequently, the employee's son posted misleading information on Facebook. We kindly request your assistance in reviewing and removing this post. Here is our response to the son, Mr. Ayden: We acknowledge your recent post regarding the termination of Mr. Kong from our company. The dismissal was a result of four instances of professional misconduct: 1. Unauthorized absences without explanation, evident from CCTV footage and formal notices. 2. Refusal to deliver goods to Woodlands despite it being part of his assigned route, validated by our scheduling records. 3. Altering or disabling the vehicle surveillance camera during working hours on multiple occasions. 4. Failure to return company goods from a client. According to MOM regulations, no compensation is required for valid dismissal as per these grounds. We have verified this with MOM directly. We kindly ask for your assistance in addressing the inaccurate information on Facebook.

Yesterday (21/02/[redacted]), when I tried to log into my Remotask website account via Facebook, I was unexpectedly asked to submit a self-photo to verify my account because of suspicious activities. This was unusual for me since I had only recently created the Facebook account solely for Remotask access about 2 weeks ago and hadn't used Facebook for anything else. I complied with the photo request and am currently awaiting access to my Facebook account. As a freelancer focusing on annotation tasks for Remotask, it's crucial for me to have access to my Facebook account for work purposes. I am willing to provide additional identification, such as my ID or driver's license, to prevent similar issues in the future. These hurdles are impacting my ability to work, and as a freelancer, my income is dependent on my task completion. I hope to regain access to my Facebook account promptly.

I have posted several photos that may have been considered slightly inappropriate, but they were not explicit in nature showing private body parts. Despite this, I received a warning on Facebook for a photo that was flagged as bad content. I have not reposted it, but I did share another picture. It's confusing because none of my previous posts contained actual male or female body parts like genitals or nipples, yet I've been penalized. I even received a warning for a chest picture I shared as a male. I believe these actions were unjust, and I request that my account be reinstated since my posts did not infringe upon the platform's rules.

On February 18, [redacted], I experienced an automatic log off from my Facebook account. When I tried to log back in, my password was no longer accepted. After selecting "I forgot password," Facebook sent a code to an email that I cannot access because the contact number associated with it is unrecognizable. I suspect someone has tampered with my account. I am reaching out in hopes that my account can be recovered promptly to prevent any compromise of my personal contacts and information. I contacted Yahoo, and they informed me that my account was deleted and recycled by another user. I wish I could attach the email for reference. My only hope is that someone from Facebook can investigate and restore my email or account. Please contact me via email at [redacted] or reach me at +63 [redacted]. I await your prompt response. Thank you, Facebook! You can also get in touch with me at [redacted]

I recently deleted my Facebook account due to the overwhelming amount of intrusive advertisements and suggested content that constantly appeared on my feed. Despite Facebook claiming to offer users full control over their content, the reality is that there is no way to opt out of these unwanted ads and suggestions. It feels like Facebook continuously bombards users with ads, similar to an irritating and persistent salesperson. This lack of control over my own preferences and interests led me to ultimately delete my account. However, I may consider returning to Facebook in the future under the condition that they introduce options in the user settings to disable ads, suggested groups, and content. Until then, goodbye Facebook! - Imants Baugis

Hello. I recently joined Facebook and need it for my business page. My account got disabled for no apparent reason. I appealed and uploaded my UK driving license to prove my identity. I also paid for a course to manage my page better, but I can't access it now. I'm confused why my account was disabled as I don't think I broke any rules. If I did, I sincerely apologize. I'm new to Facebook and need access to interact with business groups. Please help urgently as I haven't heard back from Facebook yet. Thank you. - G.H.

Advertising account ID [redacted][redacted] Last night, our account was blocked while trying to publish copies of ads that were previously approved but targeted at a new audience. I submitted a ticket today to request an unblock, the account was then unlocked. However, there was an issue with the payment from the Mastercard. We manually processed the payment, it went through, and we tried to publish the remaining ads. Again, the account was blocked. My colleague, SK in Russia, who manages our Facebook ads, contacted Lorenzo from Facebook support via chat. Lorenzo created a new ticket to unblock the account (Facebook Chat Request | Job: [redacted][redacted]) and the account was reactivated. We published our ads, and the account was blocked again. This cycle continues whenever we try to publish anything. We're unsure why this keeps happening as the ads comply with Facebook guidelines, and the payment method is valid. Please remove this automatic blocking of our account permanently and help us understand the issue at hand.
