I have encountered an ongoing issue while trying to sell Tupperware through Facebook parties (Events and Groups) since last fall. Despite following what I believe to be the rules and reaching out only to invited guests by a Host, I continually face having to reset my password due to "Suspicious Activity". Despite spacing out posts and following suggestions from my Tupperware Upline, I still encounter account locks, even when simply inviting a host to their own party.
In an attempt to minimize incidents, I have begun reusing party groups instead of creating new ones each time, yet this has not alleviated the problem. Additionally, interruptions during BINGO games occur 1-2 times a week due to needing to secure my account, disrupting the experience.
I would appreciate any insights or guidance to prevent these frequent disruptions. I wish to continue my Face Book Tupperware Parties without the recurring account security issues.

As the administrator of my martial arts school's Facebook page, I recently noticed a section called "Related Pages" only visible on a different device than my own. This section displayed three competing martial arts schools and a hardware store, one of which, "Ninetails Martial Arts," had offensive images. I did not authorize these related pages to be linked to my business profile, and I am concerned that visitors may associate these unrelated pages with my business. I kindly request the removal of the "Related Pages" section from my Facebook page as soon as possible to avoid any confusion or misrepresentation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Last Friday, our Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed the email address and phone number associated with it. This account is linked to our company page, and I am deeply concerned about this breach. The hacker also altered the profile and background pictures. Today, when I tried to recover the account using security codes from my contacts, I was informed that the email linked to the account no longer exists. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to find assistance for this issue. I am disappointed by the lack of a direct helpline for support. I urgently need help to regain access to my account before the hacker damages the reputation of my company.

Hello Gethuman Support,
I am facing an issue where both of my Facebook ads accounts have been disabled without any valid reason. I ensured that my ads contained positive visuals and wording, never mentioned any money-making schemes, and maintained a balanced use of the word "you." The first ad aimed for conversions, while the second focused on expanding my reach. Unfortunately, one of my accounts has been disabled thrice, and I am now unable to reactivate it. It is incredibly frustrating to reach out to Facebook for assistance, especially since there seems to be no real person to connect with. I am hoping that you can provide some guidance in resolving this matter. Both my ads were initially approved and active before being deactivated abruptly. The lack of clarity regarding the cause is the most perplexing aspect. Any assistance from your end would be greatly appreciated as I am contemplating extreme measures such as visiting Ireland to seek in-person support from Facebook.

Hello. I'm a member of The Alcohol Experiment Facebook group but I'm having trouble accessing the Announcements section despite paying for it. The group explained that there is a formatting issue with Facebook's mobile version on devices like iPad, iPhone, and Kindle. They suggest reaching out to them for a workaround to access the announcements page. I find it concerning that this issue coincidentally happened right after the experiment ended. I haven't faced any other problems with Facebook, so I believe it could be a glitch on their end. I'd appreciate it if they could send me the videos or offer a partial refund if access continues to be restricted. I've emphasized that this issue occurred after the group was archived and that I'd like a resolution. Thank you for your assistance!

Hi Carla,
I have resent Day 31 with all the links to the daily videos. It seems like this problem might be related to Facebook, as we couldn't identify any issues from our end. Please discuss this with Facebook to resolve the access problem. We confirmed that you are in the group without any problems and that our links are functioning correctly.

I am inquiring about the 30-day ban I received. A comment was posted and I responded with a meme, which led to me being targeted. Despite being insulted, when I didn't engage further, the person threatened to involve my mother, escalating the situation. I was eventually reported and banned for defending myself. This is the second time this has happened, with the previous incident resulting in a week-long ban after I posted a heart on a liberal page and faced subsequent insults and name-calling. I believe I have the right to defend myself against such abuse without being punished. The decision to ban me seems unfair considering the level of harassment I have endured. I feel that Facebook's handling of these situations has been poor, especially since now I am unable to contact many people, including family. I kindly request a review of this decision as I should not be penalized for standing up to unacceptable behavior.

For the past few months, my account has been deleted, which was registered under the phone number [redacted], currently associated with a business in California. I reside in Utah and urgently need my account reinstated. The involvement of [redacted], an individual with an advanced degree and a previous boyfriend, seems suspicious as if he's tampering with my account. He receives updates ahead of time from your end, making me believe he could be interfering with my profile. I kindly request your assistance in restoring my account, as it holds sentimental photos from my father's funeral, my family, and showcases my cake creations. There are also inappropriate photos that need to be removed. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter since the current phone user in California is unrelated to my account.

Hello. I am having trouble contacting the marketplace administrator. I previously reported a seller for not following the rules of a transaction. We agreed on a price for an item, but she considered a higher offer. This goes against my understanding of how transactions on the marketplace should work. I left a negative rating and now my account is under review, affecting my ability to sell. I'm unsure why this has happened and I need help getting my account re-verified. Can you advise on how to reach the marketplace administrator? Thank you.

While chatting on messenger, I mistook someone for my friend. They mentioned the Federal Grant program and claimed to have received money without repayment. I requested the number, texted my inquiries, and was prompted with qualifying questions. I learned the potential grant amount but became suspicious when confronted with processing and delivery fees. Concerned, I called my friend and confirmed she was not the one I had messaged. Realizing it was a scam, I want to alert others about the fraudulent number shared: [redacted]. How can I ensure I am communicating with my actual contacts on messenger in the future?

Three days ago, I encountered an issue on my Facebook account. A message indicated that someone had logged in from an unusual location, prompting me to change my password. After updating my password, I found myself logged out of Facebook and Messenger. Despite numerous attempts to log back in, I am consistently prompted for a six-digit code that I never receive. The email associated with my account is outdated and inactive, as it was set up over a decade ago and I never changed it. Although Facebook claims to be sending the code to my old email or via text message, I have not received it. I am seeking assistance to have the code sent to my current email address or via text message. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I've been locked out of my Facebook and Messenger accounts for a few days now. I received a message asking if I tried logging in, I said no. After changing my password, I got immediately logged out and can't get back in. It keeps asking for a six-digit code that was supposedly sent to me via text or email, but I never received it. The email linked to my account is outdated, and I can't access it to receive any codes. I've tried everything to update my email without success. I really need help to retrieve the security code. I've been trying for days and it's frustrating. I don't want to create a new account as I have precious memories and photos on this one, especially of my late husband. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I am looking to convert my personal Facebook (FB) account into a FB Page to advertise as a realtor. I have completed the steps to transfer everything successfully, and it is now ready for publishing. I prefer my page name to be "Dag Elias Realtor" to match my Instagram handle.
I want to ensure that any other profiles or pages linked to my account are removed. Please assist me with this.
Thank you,

I am seeking assistance in removing a post from someone's Facebook feed that I consider defamatory and harassing. The post contains a meme with derogatory remarks about me and involves comments from individuals I had previously helped when they were facing eviction. The situation escalated when they overstayed in my home, causing damage and disruptions. The post is affecting my personal and professional life as I rely on Facebook for referrals and marketing due to my business. Despite reporting the issue to Facebook, I have struggled to receive a response or resolution. The limited options available in the report process make it challenging to provide details about the problem. It is frustrating to see many others facing similar issues without any meaningful action being taken. Facebook's lack of a customer service department to address these critical matters is disappointing. I believe they should prioritize assisting users facing such problems to uphold their responsibility as a prominent online platform. I hope for a prompt resolution to this distressing situation and for better support from Facebook in handling similar issues in the future.

After deleting my old Facebook account due to hacking, I received an email notification about a new message on Facebook. Upon clicking the link in the email, it appears that the hacked account was reopened. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the account to deactivate it as the password may have been altered by the hacker. I would like to request the deletion of the Facebook account connected to the email [redacted] to prevent the hacker from adding unknown individuals to my friends list and accessing the account further. This action would ensure that my reputation with my friends and family is no longer compromised by unwanted content shared on the account.

I mistakenly posted some pictures that I intended to be considered art under Facebook's Community Standards, specifically the section allowing nudity if it is viewed as art. I meant to keep them private but they were accidentally set to "Public." Once I noticed, I promptly tried to adjust the privacy settings. The images were flagged by AI before anyone at Facebook saw them. I understand my error, am truly sorry for breaching the guidelines, and have now familiarized myself with all of Facebook's policies. I assure you that I will not post anything that goes against the rules again and will remove the offending posts. I respectfully request the reactivation of my account. Prior to this, I did not receive any warnings from Facebook. I believe a warning and temporary ban would have been more appropriate considering the unintentional nature of the violation and the lack of harm caused. I deeply regret the mistake and have already faced consequences. I am committed to following all of Facebook's standards moving forward.

Hello,
I recently received an email notification that my mobile number was registered and verified on Facebook by another person. I am concerned and unsure who else might be using my number. Although the notification is accurate, I did not verify it at the specified time. I value my account security and do not share my notifications with anyone.
What steps do I need to take to ensure the safety of my account? Your urgent advice on this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Helen

Hello, my name is Brenda Savage Jessee, and I'm concerned about my Facebook account being blocked and a video being sent to my friends without my consent. This has happened a second time, resulting in the loss of my friends and photos. I would like to know the reason behind my account being disabled as I believe I've been unfairly treated, especially when I see inappropriate content not being addressed. I use Facebook for business, and this situation may impact a vehicle sale. I am requesting the immediate recovery of my account as I feel distressed by this experience. Thank you.

She gained control of my various account passwords like email, iPhone, bank, and Facebook before her passing. This has caused distress as she posted inaccurate information on my Facebook account where I am depicted as someone I am not. Hello, I recently had my internet updated by my provider to access my emails, but it caused an issue with my Facebook page. When I try to log in, it prompts me to find a 6-digit code in my email which doesn't appear, or it mentions that cookies need to be installed and secured. The last time I was on Facebook was on Tuesday, February 12, [redacted]. I am struggling with logging in as it sometimes asks me to enter my password and then redirects me to "Forgot Password?" I believe I may need to create a stronger password and would appreciate any assistance. I hope this message provides clear information to anyone who can assist. - Dan L.

My name is Sarah Langley, and I am facing an issue with my Facebook account. Today, it was hacked, and I was forcibly logged out. When I tried to log back in, I was prompted for a verification code that was never sent to my phone. Additionally, one of my email addresses associated with a side project was utilized to create an account. Consequently, I am currently unable to access my account. Furthermore, I have received text messages regarding a video that I allegedly tagged someone in, but it has since been removed. My husband has posted on my behalf to inform others about the hack.
