I believe someone is pretending to be me, Zelda Mitchell, by sending friend requests to people I am already connected with. I accidentally created two additional pages that are not in use, which I suspect might be how my account is being compromised. I want to deactivate these extra pages and maintain only my active one. This has happened in the past, and I am concerned about the continued harm. Could you please look into this? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am Sara, an 18-year-old girl from Skopje. I've been facing a recurring issue with my Facebook account for about six months now and I'm concerned that someone is using it without my permission. Tonight, I noticed suspicious activity in the search history that led me to believe someone else has access. Upon checking my "Security and Login" section, I discovered multiple logins from different devices, with the following IP addresses: 1. 77.28.[redacted].[redacted] - mobile device 2. 77.29.[redacted].77 - Windows PC 3. 77.29.54.[redacted] - mobile device 4. 77.29.[redacted].1 - mobile device I've tried changing my password, using the Code Generator, and various security measures, but unfortunately, the problem persists. Hello, my name is Thalia Alexiou. For the past two days, I have been unable to access my Facebook account. When I initially tried my usual password, it said it was incorrect. After creating a new password and resetting all my information with the code numbers Facebook sent me, it still wouldn't allow me to access my account. Each time I attempted, it claimed I had tried too many times and needed to wait. I turned off my iPad overnight but encountered the same issue in the morning. I require assistance to regain access to both my Facebook and Messenger. Thank you.

My Facebook account was disabled suddenly without any notice, and I believe I didn't violate any rules. I have already submitted my government ID to request access to my account, as I am confident I have not breached any guidelines. I value the memories on my account and do not have a backup copy. I hope to recover my account and understand the reason for its disablement. It is concerning that accounts can be disabled without valid reasons or prior warnings, affecting many Facebook users. I attempted to delete my AIRBNB account but accidentally came across my previously deleted Facebook account resurfacing in a new format, triggering a welcome back message on my phone. Hello, I have been trying to reach out to Facebook multiple times without any luck. My page, Boss Ladies with Attitude, was taken from me about two weeks ago via Business Manager. Initially, I was invited by a girl via email to join Business Manager to access Instant Articles, not fully understanding the process. Two days after joining, I was stripped of my admin rights as they took ownership of my page through Business Manager. My only hope is to get assistance from Facebook to reclaim my page. I can provide evidence of previous ad payments made for the page using my email associated with the ads account. I have owned the page since [redacted]. It's crucial to retrieve it and ensure that the scammers involved are reported for their deceptive actions in stealing business pages.

I am concerned about a fake profile on Facebook that is sending messages to my boyfriend, causing problems in my relationship. I no longer feel secure on Facebook. I have lost my admin rights on the Fitneass Facebook page after granting someone access to my business manager with admin privileges. Initially, I assigned this individual analyst rights for the page within the business manager. Unfortunately, they then removed me as an admin for the page, eliminated my business manager account, and altered some of the page's images in a way that does not reflect my business. While they were unable to modify the page's name, which matches my website www.fitneass.com, I am distressed by the situation. I established both the website and the Fitneass Facebook page five years ago. I have endeavored to reach out to Facebook through various report filings and contact forms, but regrettably, I have not received any responses. I am willing to share the entire email correspondence with the individual in question if it assists in identifying them and reclaiming control of my Facebook page. (URGENT) Trouble Accessing Business Manager While Ads Are Active Hello Facebook Support, I am currently unable to log into my Facebook and business accounts due to forgetting the recent password change. Additionally, I am unable to reset the password as I no longer have access to my Yahoo email ([redacted]). Hello, my name is Andrew Murray. I use Facebook, and I recently noticed that I got logged out of my account. I quickly changed my password and regained access. However, today I've been logged out again due to suspicious activity. It's crucial for me to recover my account promptly as I rely on it to communicate with my ill mother in Spain via FaceTime. I suspect a person named Stuart Bruce, who lives in Redhill and has multiple Facebook accounts, of hacking into my account. He seems to be from the Reigate area and uses the email Stuart Bruce@uknutter. Please provide me with any evidence of logins from locations other than my own (Wallington, Hackbridge) so I can involve the police, as we have already taken out harassment orders against him. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

A few years ago, another company created a Facebook page using our business name. Unfortunately, the quality of this page is poor, and we have never had control over it or posted anything on it. We have been trying to have the page deleted by reporting it as a duplicate. Despite our attempts to reach out to the company through the email and phone number listed on the website, we have not received a response. The original creator of the page was www.smartphonesearches.com. We would like to emphasize that we do have another Facebook page under our business name, 'Highland Timber Buildings,' which we actively manage and have a 5-star rating. Both pages show up in searches, but the one we are requesting to be removed has a 4.5-star rating.

My account was hacked. The profile picture, username, and contact email were changed. I've tried having friends search for me on Facebook, but I'm only searchable through [redacted] Someone attempted to log in from an unknown location, prompting me to change my password, but the hacker made further changes. I have unread messages and notifications, fearing for my identity's misuse. Please assist me in recovering my account and ensuring the hacker is blocked. Contact via my JMU or Gmail account is preferred.

I've set up two-factor authentication for both my personal profile and business page. However, I'm not receiving the six-digit code on my cell phone. The email addresses associated with receiving the codes are not granting me access to the accounts. I am currently locked out with no options for resetting the security settings. I have received several friend requests recently, and I suspect that one of the three I accepted this morning may have compromised my account. This issue started right after accepting friend requests earlier today.

Hello, my name is Catina. I recently got locked out of my account for 30 days due to a disagreement with another user. I have noticed that some people are allowed to be offensive on this platform, while I quickly got blocked. I would like to request access to my account for 24 hours to remove all my content before leaving the community. It seems the platform has a bias towards certain behaviors, as some users can make disturbing comments without consequences. It seems that I have been blocked from Facebook after sharing my thoughts on an article about Muslims arrested for rape. I find it concerning that Facebook may be accepting of this behavior. I am also curious if "The View" faced any consequences for mocking Christians, but I doubt it, given their political stance. Despite being blocked, I plan to delete my account once the restriction is lifted. I feel that my freedom of speech has been restricted while others are allowed to express their views freely, especially if they lean liberal. I hope Facebook meets a fate similar to MySpace and declines rapidly. I have faith that God has the power to make things change. I am disappointed by the lack of understanding and respect for differing opinions on Facebook.

I, along with my family, have proudly served in the military to defend our rights, including the First Amendment. I am frustrated that Facebook is restricting my access to my private page for exercising my right to freedom of speech by sharing evidence about Byron Searles. This is my constitutional right to speak the truth and warn my friends with proof. As a Criminal Justice major, I believe in upholding justice and fairness. It is concerning that Facebook is censoring me on a private platform meant for my friends, especially when reports have shown their association with promoting racism. I feel my freedom of speech is under attack, and I hope to resolve this without legal action as someone who has served my country. I urge Facebook to reconsider their actions and respect my rights.

Recently, I've been receiving texts to my phone about notifications and friend requests, but I no longer have an active Facebook account. Someone is using my phone number ([redacted]) and name without my permission. I tried reporting this in the hacked or fake account section, but it required a URL that I don't have. The email addresses associated with my previous account, [redacted] and [redacted], have been voided. If needed, you can contact my wife, Staci Roark, whose email I will provide. I am currently unable to access my Facebook page due to what I believe is a violation of my rights under the First Amendment. As a veteran, along with my family, I have fought for the freedom to express myself on my private page, which is only visible to my friends. Recently, I posted about a person on Facebook spreading lies, backed up with evidence, to warn my friends. I did not use any profanity or make threats. I simply exercised my right to call out this person for their falsehoods. I am concerned that Facebook is impeding my First Amendment rights by censoring me for sharing the truth. This issue needs to be addressed promptly to avoid any legal action. As a student of Criminal Justice, I am aware of my rights and the importance of upholding them. I urge Facebook to consider the implications of restricting free speech, especially when there are more pressing matters like combating racism on the platform.

I would like to inquire why my account linked to this email was deactivated. Subsequently, I created another account using my phone number, [redacted], and now it has been blocked by the security system. Both accounts share the same password, DeviDm4114Dm. Could you please explain why I have two active accounts? I kindly request the restoration of both accounts associated with this email and phone number. Although I have deactivated one, I wish to remove the email from that account and use it for the second account.
