I am experiencing serious issues with my Facebook account. I have been hacked, and despite my efforts to reach out to Facebook for assistance, I have not been successful in resolving the problem. The hacker is posting inappropriate content and sharing my personal pictures. They have changed my password, leaving me unable to regain control of my account. Leola D. and Antwan D. have been sharing embarrassing photos of me from a gathering on 12/31/[redacted]. Despite feeling ill at their house, I remember only using the restroom and later waking up sick on their couch. Their actions, including taking pictures of me and their inappropriate behavior towards me, have continued since then. Leola, who is married to my husband's best friend, has a personal issue with me. Their behavior is unacceptable, and Antwan, who is involved with my son's ex, has also participated in sharing the photos. This situation is concerning, especially considering Antwan's involvement in a gang and the threats he has made against me and my family. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. I haven't logged in for years and recently discovered a lot of friend requests from unknown people after checking my old email associated with the account. Upon trying to log in, I found my account locked. The security checks are showing me pictures of unfamiliar individuals. I tried to submit a picture of my driver's license, but it was not accepted due to being unclear. Despite taking a better photo, I couldn't find a way to upload it. There are two picture challenges, one with multiple names where I recognize some but not the corresponding faces. The other displays the same unknown faces repeatedly, prompting me to call them for a code. I am requesting assistance from a support representative to guide me through reactivating my account by verifying my identity with my driver's license. I can also provide a copy of my passport or voter ID for confirmation.

I shared my opinion on immigration and border security during a political discussion on Facebook. Unfortunately, someone took offense and reported me, leading to my inability to post or message on the platform. My intention was not to be racist but to discuss the topic civilly. I mentioned the need for a border wall, inspired by Germany's challenges with illegal immigration. I believe this was a misunderstanding and apologize for any offense caused. I would like to know the duration of my restricted access and if there is a way to get unblocked to resume posting.

I fell for a scam where I was told I won money but refused to give my password. Despite my distrust, the scammer bombarded me with images of people supposedly receiving money. They then hacked into my Facebook account, changed all my recovery details, and now I can't access it. I have my IDs and a screenshot of the conversation. I've been locked out since November 22, [redacted]. I need to regain access because it's my only means of reaching my kids' father, who I can't contact otherwise. Christmas is approaching, and I desperately need help to recover my account. I'm willing to provide any necessary documentation to prove my identity.

I've been experiencing a lot of spam on Facebook Messenger, leading me to change my password frequently. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and can't access my recovery email. Despite my page not being found, it's still linked to my boyfriend on our relationship status. I'm hesitant to create a new page as I worry about losing precious photos and videos of my kids. I recently asked my fiance for money through Messenger, but his debit card got canceled because it was linked to both our Facebook accounts. Even after changing my default card and requesting the money again, the second transaction he sent got declined. We contacted his bank to check if the decline was due to it being his first time sending money on the app or the amount. The bank informed us that since the first transaction was canceled and the second one is pending, we need to speak with someone from Facebook to ensure the cancellation is complete. Otherwise, the pending status could prevent me from receiving the money. The bank advised against forcing the transaction again, as it might result in a double charge and affect the account balance.

On October 20, my Facebook and email accounts linked to that profile were hacked. I've been receiving emails informing me of a new email and phone number added to my account, as well as login attempts from various countries. I haven't been able to access my Facebook since. The hackers also tried to contact one of my family members pretending to be me. Only two individuals know the full extent of my situation. I'm not sure what steps to take or whom else to reach out to. I have a suspect in mind. Additionally, I'm receiving unsettling emails on another email address, which are luckily ending up in my spam folder. I'm in desperate need of assistance.

I have two accounts and have repeatedly tried to cancel one without success. It seems challenging to deactivate accounts on Facebook. Despite informing them about having two accounts, the one I want to remove persists. Whenever I search for Facebook, it reappears. I am frustrated as I have no intention of reactivating it and want it off my computer. The situation makes me consider deleting both accounts. Friends keep notifying me that we are already connected on FB, confusing them due to the existence of the other account. I need help resolving this issue as it is causing inconvenience.

I am trying to contact Instagram Support regarding an issue I am facing. I recently received a response from [redacted] informing me that they no longer provide support through that channel and directed me to visit the Help Center instead. I am seeking more information about one of my Instagram Stories that was deleted due to violating Community Guidelines. In my initial email, I asked about the process of taking legal action against the removal of the post and expressed my concerns. I found a discrepancy in Instagram's policy regarding the removal of content from personal accounts and requested clarification on this matter. I am requesting that the deleted clip be restored to my Archive so that I can save it on my device. My main concern is about Instagram's authority to remove content from user's personal accounts without clear consent. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I previously raised an issue regarding confirming my identity here. I have been experiencing this problem for over two weeks and have lost access to my account. I attempted to confirm my identity using my passport and national ID as instructed. After multiple attempts at attaching the documents, I received an email requesting my photos. I have provided the requested details several times, but the link provided for access has expired, despite the deadline being January 6th. At this point, I am still unable to access my account. I urgently need assistance with this matter, as it is critical for me.

Hello, My name is Zeeshan and I'm from Pakistan. A while ago, I enabled two-step verification on my Facebook account. This feature requires Facebook to send a login code before I can access my account. Recently, my old mobile phone, which had access to my Facebook account, stopped working. I got a new phone and tried to log in to my Facebook account, but I didn't receive the login code from Facebook. I have two mobile numbers linked to my Facebook account, one from the Pakistani network Zong and the other from the UAE network DU. Both numbers are active, but I have not received the login approval code from Facebook. I am quite concerned about this issue and would appreciate any help in resolving it.

Recently, my page @mariathadon was mistakenly deactivated after a hacker gained access to my account. I always abide by the guidelines and have put immense effort into this account, which is my main source of income. Without it, I am struggling to provide for my family and cover rent. I recently used the two-factor authentication feature by adding my phone number. However, since it was my first time, I wasn't aware that I needed to save all ten codes from the generator for future logins. Consequently, I got logged out of Facebook and Messenger on my phone. When attempting to log back in, I'm experiencing significant delays in receiving the SMS security codes from Facebook. The delays have been as long as 5 hours, which is not ideal. Despite trying again last night, I still haven't received the codes promptly. I've also encountered a message stating that I've requested too many codes, which is concerning as I rely on this account I've had for 3 years. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account for two weeks. Despite submitting multiple forms and providing my identification documents, my account remains disabled without any communication from Facebook. Prior to the disablement, I was asked to provide a photo due to perceived unusual activity. I believe my usage of different devices and locations may have triggered this. I have not violated any terms and was only attempting to create an ad and related page. After successfully appealing a previous lockout, I faced this issue. My situation is complex. My incarcerated ex-boyfriend got his new girlfriend to post a negative letter about me and another woman on his social media. She even sent me screenshots of it, mentioning my name and another woman, Carmen, in a harmful way. This was posted on the account "Joe Jiggy," where he is pictured wearing a blue tank top and shorts. It's defamatory and humiliating, and I need it removed promptly. Thank you.

Twice now, I have encountered fraudulent accounts attempting to deceive me. The first incident involved someone using my friend's name and images in reverse to discuss a lottery prize, which raised suspicions. Luckily, I was unavailable to engage further, and by the time I returned, their messages were deleted. The second occasion involved another individual using a similar tactic by adding a number to their name. These messages, too, were flagged as abusive or spam and subsequently removed. I am curious if there is a mechanism to identify and block future attempts from a specific IP address to prevent similar fraudulent activities in the future.

My account was blocked for a photo that clearly doesn't violate the Community Standards on nudity. I'm going to copy and paste what it says on Facebook: - Visible genitalia except in the context of birth giving and after-birth moments or health-related situations (e.g., gender confirmation surgery, genitalia self-examination for cancer or disease prevention/assessment) - Visible anus and/or fully nude close-ups of buttocks unless photoshopped on a public figure - Uncovered female nipples except in the context of breastfeeding, birth giving and after-birth moments, health-related situations (e.g., post-mastectomy, breast cancer awareness, or gender confirmation surgery) or an act of protest. I don't see any of that in my photo.

I have already reported my issue with confirming my identity here. I have been facing this problem for over two weeks and have lost access to my account. I have tried to confirm my identity using my passport and national ID, attaching the required ID photos several times as requested in the emails I received. However, when I clicked on the link provided to gain access, it had already expired even though the expiration date was supposed to be 6th January. I have tried contacting support multiple times via email with no response. When I attempted to resolve the issue through Facebook, I encountered four options, but after trying three of them, I was informed that I had exceeded the hourly limit. Each time I faced connection problems midway through the process. The fourth option requires confirming using a computer, which I do not have access to. Now I am completely locked out of my account. Please assist me at your earliest convenience as this situation is very important to me. Your help is greatly appreciated.
