I am facing issues with my Instagram ads being blocked repeatedly, despite not violating any rules. My ads only promote a logo design and are not related to drugs; however, they are being flagged for promoting illicit substances. Strangely, one of my ads featuring the same design on a printed sticker got approved while the original design itself was blocked. I have appealed numerous times without success. Additionally, my freelancer design account seems to be shadow banned without cause, as I have not breached any terms or promoted any inappropriate content. I feel unfairly targeted, discriminated against, and frustrated with the unhelpful automated responses from customer service.

I recently requested to change my business page name to PearligirlJewels, but the request was denied due to concerns about misleading customers. However, my page mainly focuses on jewelry and my artwork, particularly the PearligirlJewels brand. Keeping the name Pearl Tree Arts might be confusing for those looking specifically for jewelry. My intention is for Pearl Tree Arts to encompass PearligirlJewels and PearliPillows. Having a separate page for each category would require duplicating content. Renaming the current page would streamline the process and make it clearer for customers searching for jewelry. I have been using the same Facebook account since it started, but now I am unable to reset my password. I can no longer access the email associated with it, and when I try to receive a code on my phone, I do not get any text messages. The specific concern is the photographs of myself at my father's funeral. I've politely asked Holly to remove the album or at least the images of me. However, she only blocked my access to view the album without taking any action. I've previously tried Facebook's automated tools without success and now appeal for a more personal approach to rectify this privacy violation.
