About a week ago, my Facebook account was hacked, making it impossible for me to log in. Consequently, my account information like email and phone number were unrecognized. My friends started receiving fake messages asking for money from my hacked account. This situation is incredibly frustrating as I have lost access to my friends and pictures. We're always looking out for your security, so until then you won't be able to use Facebook." This account was created recently, just a few weeks ago, and now I can't log in. Hello Facebook team, I'm Gera Micha Egos Rodriguez from the Philippines. I'm unable to access my Facebook account and I suspect it might have been hacked. Despite saving my password on the app, I received a "Session timed out" error this morning, followed by an incorrect password message. My Instagram, Gmail, and Facebook passwords are all the same. I have a business page where I frequently share content. Recently, I attempted to post in some local "sale or swap" groups but found my posts were being deleted. Subsequently, an admin from one of the groups contacted me via private message, offering to post my content in multiple groups with a significant number of members for a fee. They promised to share the content daily, limit competition, and even provide page likes and positive reviews for payment. Suspecting it might be a scam and a violation of Facebook policies, I discovered they operate using multiple fake profiles. I am uncertain how to proceed with this situation, however, I have preserved screenshots of our conversation and obtained all the necessary links for reference.

I recently encountered a distressing incident on Facebook Messenger involving a video of possible child abuse that was shared by one of my contacts. The video depicted twin infants being mistreated, and I was deeply disturbed by what I saw. There have been multiple accounts created using my identity, which are being used to defame me on Facebook and Instagram. Despite reporting this to Facebook, no action has been taken. I have tried to recover my account but to no avail, and even creating a new account has been difficult as there are restrictions in place. Before escalating this issue to court for defamation and identity theft, I urge Facebook to remove any unauthorized accounts pretending to be me. I also seek assistance in recovering my original account with treasured photos. I strongly believe that the individual, Achara Vittayakhun, should be banned from Facebook and Instagram to prevent further misuse of my identity.

Recognizing the importance of staying connected with my family, I decided to create a new page. However, after three days, Facebook required a photo for verification, and even after submitting multiple images, I remain locked out of both my original and second accounts. I came across an ad on Facebook for an LED mask that caught my attention. After a lengthy wait, the item finally arrived just as I was about to leave for a trip. Upon opening it yesterday, I encountered two issues. Firstly, the mask only seemed to be compatible with either an iPhone or iPad, which wasn't made clear in the ad. Secondly, the instructions provided were lacking. My husband and I made several attempts to make it work, but were unsuccessful. Contacting the company revealed that without an extended warranty, they couldn't assist beyond advising me to return it at my own expense. Unfortunately, they failed to provide return instructions. Despite reaching out twice, I have yet to receive a response with the return address. Dealing with international companies can make problem-solving extremely challenging. I wish Facebook would reconsider featuring such products for sale. The product in question is called Lumina Perfect, supposedly from a location in Luxembourg. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have unexpectedly been disabled on Facebook without any clear explanation from them. Despite being an active user since [redacted], my account was disabled about a month ago due to supposed unusual activity. I've attempted to reach out to Facebook numerous times, but they have not provided any information or response regarding why my account was disabled. I tried to open a Facebook account, but I kept receiving messages to make my password stronger. After numerous attempts, I finally created one but now I can't remember it. When I try to log in and click on "forgot password," I am still unsuccessful. I have reported this fake profile multiple times, but Facebook has not taken any action so far. They are not only impersonating us but also posting diabolical photos as if we were satanic.
