After uninstalling and reinstalling Facebook due to picture orientation issues, I'm now unable to access my account since Sunday. Despite being promised SMS messages, none have arrived. Hello. I recently received a 30-day postblock on Facebook, which I believe is unjust. This was my third postblock, and each instance seems unfair. The first time, I unknowingly crossed a rule while joking with a friend who reported me. The second time, despite not being the one who posted it, I was blocked six months later for a meme on a page I was an admin for. Now, I was banned for joking with my Indian friend in response to someone calling him names, which we both found humorous. This ban is affecting my studying, and I feel it is excessive given that I didn't intend any harm.

I recently fell for an advertisement from Buyyourkidstoy2 promoting cheap pet beds and other items. I placed an order for my dogs, but encountered issues with my credit card during the checkout process. After multiple failed attempts, my bank's fraud department alerted me to suspicious activity - there were unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted] from an electronics store in China, whereas my purchase should have only been $28. I discovered similar complaints online under a different business name associated with the same fraudulent activities. I am having trouble remembering my password for Facebook. I have attempted to receive the 6-digit code through my email [redacted] multiple times without success. I have noticed an unfamiliar email address listed as a possible option for receiving the code during the password reset process. The second email address (f**************s@a**.com) seems unfamiliar and may be linked to an old AOL account that is no longer active. Despite trying numerous times, I have not received any password reset code at my correct email address. How can I resolve this issue and gain access to my Facebook account?

I am writing on behalf of my brother, William Manassa, regarding his Facebook account. I recently received alarming news from my family in Baghdad, Iraq regarding my hacked Facebook account. It appears that someone has posted content and pictures on my old account, which I had requested to be closed 2 to 3 years ago.
I am puzzled as to how they obtained my photos and linked them to my original account. I have reinstated my account this year but have not engaged in any activity on Facebook. It appears there are multiple accounts under my name in both Arabic and English, although I only created one in English.
Could you please assist me in identifying the individuals behind this intrusion and their motives? Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On or around October 23, I was informed by your "HELP TEAM" that my post, "I want to remind all Democrats to get out and vote on Thursday, Nov. 8 to ensure a Blue Wave," did not meet your community standards, leading to a 72-hour suspension of my account. However, this morning, I received a notification stating my account was suspended again for the same post. I am confused. Do I have any recourse or a way to seek review? The post was intended as a joke. As a platform, you should allow all posts that are not offensive. I have noticed more offensive posts towards conservatives which were allowed. I have experienced multiple hacking incidents on my accounts. During a difficult time of domestic violence, I deactivated my previous account and later created a new one under the name Rhona Banks. However, I have been unable to access this new account for several weeks now. I can't log in even though I set up a new email for it. I have also lost access to the associated email, Instagram, and the old mobile number connected to my Facebook account. To make matters worse, my ex-partner has contacted my son through Facebook. I urgently need assistance in permanently deleting the account linked to my new email and keeping my Instagram account secure. I am considering creating a new email address that doesn't include my name. Can this new email be linked to my Instagram account? One of my family members shared a picture of the white man who tragically killed two African Americans at a grocery store simply because they were Black. This same person attempted to enter an African American church to harm more individuals but was unsuccessful. After the murders, he made a disturbing comment to another armed white individual. I advised my family member not to share the picture of this individual but to focus on honoring the victims instead. Surprisingly, I got banned for this suggestion. I find it unjust that I was banned for calling out the white man's actions, while using a similar term for African Americans didn't lead to any consequences before. I firmly believe that Facebook's decision reflects a certain level of racism. This has occurred three times now, and I will continue to speak out against such bigotry. I am eager to hear Facebook's response to this. Thank you.

I lost my phone yesterday and replaced it the same day. I deactivated all accounts linked to the lost phone from my Gmail. I also obtained a new phone number. However, when I tried to log into Facebook on my new phone, it prompted me to secure my account. Despite attempting the verification process multiple times, I am unable to complete it via email. The system keeps trying to send a code to my old number that is no longer active. The page indicates to continue securing my account, which I started at 2:38 pm yesterday. Unfortunately, clicking the email link only restarts the process. I need assistance regaining access to my Facebook account.

I recently served a 3-day ban that ended a week ago, but without specifying the reason. The ban mentioned that a post was "cross-posted." This morning, I discovered I'm now facing a 7-day ban for the same post. If the post had already been removed, why impose another temporary ban? Especially if the content wasn’t related to animals, drugs, or firearms, why am I facing this ban and post removal?

I recently received a notification stating that my account was suspended due to processing Friend Requests too quickly. I oversee four different Facebook groups for my high school alumni and each member is required to be a friend on Facebook to join. I believe Facebook should encourage this activity. At the moment, I have four pending requests that I was unable to address this morning alone. We are associated with Milby High School, the oldest high school in Houston, TX, with approximately 30,[redacted] potential members. Our organization, a [redacted] c 3 charity, focuses on reducing dropout rates among minority students. I have two Facebook accounts. One is for personal use and the other is for advocacy. My primary purpose is to share posts about dogs and cats in need of homes. However, I keep getting temporarily blocked by Facebook for what they consider "misusing" a feature. I believe that if there are limitations on sharing posts, it's a problem. If sharing quickly is deemed as misuse, that's another issue, as my goal is to help these animals. The more animals I share, and the faster I do it, the better chance they have of finding help. It feels like Facebook isn't suitable for large-scale efforts like mine, as it seems more geared towards family accounts posting occasional photos.

I attempted to use the one-tap login feature with my photo on the same phone and phone number I've had for over a decade. However, when I selected my icon this time, a phone number verification page appeared and when I entered my phone number linked to my account, it was deemed invalid. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account through various methods, I have been unsuccessful. I am unable to proceed past the phone verification step as no other options are provided.
