Recently, I lost my old phone and had to acquire a new one with a new phone number since my password was saved in my old phone's notebook. Thankfully, my screen lock prevented anyone from accessing it. However, during the transfer of my Facebook account to the new phone, I mistakenly clicked on the wrong option for two-way authentication, resulting in being unable to access the six-digit verification code sent via SMS to my old number. All my Facebook activity involved the CCR HomeBuilders Group. I initially signed up on Tuesday, 14 August [redacted], at 11:25 UTC+01. My first post was on 15 October [redacted] at 16:15, and my last was on 18 October [redacted] at 06:24.
My access was interrupted during the recent Facebook outage, details of which can be seen on sites like the Independent and Downdetector.
Following the outage, I complied with Facebook's request for new identification and a password update, after which my account encountered issues and was consequently disabled on 19 October [redacted] at 08:28.
I was unable to address any in-Facebook queries during this time due to the outage. If there were any unanswered questions relating to my current situation, I sincerely apologize.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. I am currently unable to log in. Despite my attempts to reach out for help through the help centers, I have not been successful in regaining access. One day, my Facebook app automatically logged me out, and since then, I cannot log back in. When I enter my password, it prompts me that an SMS will be sent for verification, but I have not received anything yet. I have made several attempts by sending my government ID and multiple emails with no response. I rely on receiving Facebook notifications about events and birthdays through text messages, but I am not receiving any SMS for the login details. This is my fifth time trying to contact Facebook, and I have not received any replies. I have also not received any emails regarding the government ID submission. I am experiencing recurring charges for a Facebook Ad that I did not create. Despite previously disconnecting my Facebook from PayPal due to a similar issue, it got relinked when I received money via Facebook. I have been charged $[redacted] for an ad that keeps renewing, even after I turn it off multiple times. This problem occurred before when an unauthorized payment was taken, and despite my attempts to address it, PayPal tends to side with Facebook. Today, another $50 was charged for ads that I am not running. This all stems from a $20 ad I initially set up for my business for 7 days, which somehow keeps switching to a lifetime ad. I have tried to resolve this issue with no success. I urgently need to stop this ad from running and have it deleted as it has cost me over $[redacted], far more than the original $20 budget.

I am currently experiencing issues on Facebook due to harassment by a troll. Following an altercation with Patrick S., who made racist comments towards me on Facebook, he reported my responses, resulting in Facebook blocking me. He continued by reporting more posts from the same conversation, leading to another three-day block. This seems like double jeopardy and likely violates Facebook's Community Standards. He even threatened me through messages, expressing intentions to harass me until my account is removed. I am hopeful that Facebook will review the situation, reinstate my account, and prevent this troll from causing further harm to others.

I am frustrated with being blocked for 24 hours from messaging due to alleged threats, harassment, or exploitation, which didn't happen. I'd like to understand why this action was taken against me. Last night, I engaged in a heated conversation with an unkind individual from Kentucky. While I used inappropriate language in response to their behavior, I never threatened them. After reporting the individual for their behavior, they seemingly retaliated by reporting me. I want a thorough review as I believe there was no actual threat or harassment from my end. My work computer, which is linked to my email account, was hacked. We tried to fix it, but I keep getting notifications about people accepting requests I haven't sent. These notifications don't have any pictures. I've posted online warning people not to accept requests without a picture of my husband and me. I just received a Messenger notification on my email, but I don't have Messenger on my phone. I think it's best to temporarily close my Facebook account. Please help me with this issue.

I need assistance with setting up a Facebook Business Page for our company. We'd like the name to be 'TxMQ Disruptive Technology Group,' reflecting the division of TxMQ called 'Disruptive Technology Group.'
Facebook does not allow inconsistent capitalization, as in 'TxMQ.' Our existing page was created before this rule, so it currently appears with mixed capitalization.
As our company specializes in blockchain and other new technologies, we plan to run Facebook ads to promote our specialized services. However, this is not possible without having our Business Page display our correct company name.

How does Facebook categorize a leading industry conference as a crypto-financial scam? The inconsistency in approving ads is evident when comparing WebSummit ads that feature blockchain and crypto startups. I am trying to delete my Facebook account. I searched for instructions online but the steps provided did not match what I see on my account. It's possible I have an old account from [redacted] that I haven't updated. I rarely use Facebook except to check notifications. I initially joined to support a friend's advertising efforts. I have an old Facebook account that was hacked and I would like it to be deleted. After the hack, I created a new account with the same name. However, I now realize that I have two Facebook accounts active, which I want to resolve.
To update my current Facebook account with the correct information, I need to change my cell phone number and email address. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my old account to reset my password, as the reset information is sent to my old phone number and email address which were compromised in the past.
