I recently got a new iPhone and discovered that my old phone has the wrong email linked to it. I can't recall my password and I've requested the code to be sent via text, but I haven't received it on either device. I can access Facebook on the old phone but not on the new one. The email carrier changed our email address a while ago, and I didn't update it or remember the password. The old email is now inactive. I tried setting up a new account, but it linked to my husband's email, which I can't use because it's not available for another 30 days. I'm struggling to transfer my account to the new phone without my email or password. Sorry for the hassle, feeling a bit overwhelmed by technology at my age. Thanks, Terry P.

The original account was under the name Holley Vangordon. I created a second account, which was later closed because someone reported it as not being me. Some of my contacts have received a message in Messenger that seems to be from me, displaying my name as Shelley Jensen and using my profile picture. The message states it is from Shelley Jensen, utilizing Messenger without Facebook, logged in via a Nigerian phone number, and mentions that the account was recently created. The message consists of two separate text boxes, starting with "Hello" followed by "How are you doing" with considerable space between them. There are accept and decline options below the text boxes. At the top of the page, it shows the time at 6:10 am above my name with Messenger below, all centered. To the left of my name, there is a back arrow and "home," while the top left displays cricket and wifi symbols, and the top right exhibits lock, arrow, clock, and Bluetooth symbols, with a [redacted]% battery symbol. I need guidance on safeguarding my account and personal information.

I recently posted an ad on the Cop & Shop closed member only page, but Facebook removed it without fully reviewing it first. Initially, I posted a market analysis for a project to gauge interest and it was taken down. I acknowledge my mistake and removed the post. However, I then posted items for sale, but it was also removed because it looked similar to the previous one. I believe my second ad was not fully read before removal, and I feel this is unfair and goes against Facebook's guidelines. I kindly request a review of my case to clarify if my new ad violated any rules or if it was an error. I'm concerned that both removals are connected. I recently listed starter guns that use blank cartridges to create noise at sporting events like track and field. A Facebook user reported me for posting a banned firearm, resulting in a 72-hour block. I explained that these items don't fire projectiles or cause harm as they are like cap pistols. Surprisingly, they are also prohibited under the explosives rule. After the block was lifted, I found myself banned again due to a lingering post marked as sold from my previous listing that I had deleted following their guidelines. Frustratingly, I am now banned once more. I have submitted another appeal to clarify the situation; this is the second day of my ban.

I made a new Facebook account, but I'm unable to log in. The system is requesting a photo of me, which I uploaded, but it's not accepting it. Clicking "continue" is not progressing the process, keeping me stuck on the same page. The issue began after setting up this account to link with a business page I manage, and I already have some friends added on this account. My business page, "Kathmandu Lounge and Bar," has been compromised. I asked "Omess Rana Nepali" to create the page, but he removed me as an admin, leaving me unable to access my business page. This situation is severely impacting my business and livelihood as I can no longer monitor the business activity. There is a concern that he may misuse the page, jeopardizing my business that I have invested in promoting and building a following. As the owner, I, "Rajesh Shrestha," am requesting to regain admin access and have him permanently removed as an admin. I have proof of ownership, including a business license issued by the government of Japan, as well as utility bills and a tenant agreement if necessary. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Jasmine Watts, and I'm a new Facebook user. I recently set up my account a few days ago. While editing my profile and adding friends, a popup asked me to verify my identity with a photo. After submitting the photo, I got locked out of my account. Despite waiting a few days and attempting to log in again, it keeps showing my account as disabled. I haven't violated any rules and being new to Facebook, I'm puzzled about why this happened. I want my new account reinstated as I can't start over since my details are already there. I recently bought a new phone, but I'm having trouble logging into my account. I've forgotten my password and whenever I try to reset it, it creates a new account. My pictures are not showing up in the account, but they do appear under requested friends. When I enter my phone number, it says it's incorrect and I'm not spelling my name correctly. I'm not sure if Sprint provided me with a Gmail account for Facebook when I got my 6s four years ago. My profile is linked to dawnyork79gmail.com, which I believe is the Gmail account I can't access. I need access to my videos and photos on Facebook, as many are not saved on my phone. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

My account was hacked on Tuesday morning, October 23, [redacted]. The hacker changed my email address, password, and phone number. Friends told me that someone pretending to be me contacted them on messenger with strange messages, then blocked them when they realized it wasn't me. One of my friends even received a creepy reply from the hacker saying I was "In Hell". I can't access my account to change the email, phone number, or password. The account belongs to Christopher Lee Watkins, created in December [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted], and my email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted]. I have identity documents to prove my identity and can fax them if needed.

Hello, I have had a Facebook account under the email [redacted] since around 2[redacted]. I typically access Facebook through the app daily. However, on Sunday, October 20, [redacted], I attempted to log in and couldn't. I left it as I was busy. The next day, my friends and family informed me that someone was asking for money via Facebook Messenger using my account. It seems my Facebook account and email were hacked. The hacker altered all of my details, including email and phone number. They even created a new Facebook account using my email. Although I regained access to my email, [redacted], the issue persists where the hacker is asking my Facebook friends for money. I possess screenshots that my friends sent me and can provide them to the Facebook team. Please inform me if further verification is needed, as I wish to regain access to my account or have it closed. Thank you.

Facebook has repeatedly locked me out of my accounts over the past decade, claiming I am not who I say I am. This situation is unacceptable as I've had to create new accounts due to being unjustly locked out of my previous ones. I need this issue resolved promptly and expect to be contacted with a solution. I do not wish to create another account and lose access to my photos and contacts because of this misunderstanding. I've been experiencing issues trying to access my account. The login codes sent to my email are not working, and I am unable to receive the codes via message. Even my registered devices are unable to log in. After contacting support, they mentioned that my account might be compromised and suggested purchasing anti-hacking software for [redacted] solar, which I cannot afford at the moment.

Please address this issue urgently. I do not have a Facebook account, but I am receiving numerous emails in Arabic from Ahmed Djilali, claiming to have obtained my information from Facebook. The emails have been coming in at a rate of about 10 per hour over the last day. It appears that our email addresses are being picked up, as my wife is experiencing the same problem through our son's Facebook account. This is a serious breach of our privacy, and my email should not be accessible through a third-party source. This violates Canadian laws regarding email usage. If this is not resolved quickly, I will have to file a complaint with the Privacy Commission. Gary Kaminski

I am seeking assistance in reactivating my Facebook account. Facebook disabled my account after I shared a warning message from my cousin about potential account misuse. I inadvertently created a new account for my needs instead of making a page on my existing account. However, I now wish to access that new account to disconnect my Instagram account. Facebook has locked me out of the new account, preventing me from making the necessary edits. I would like Facebook to delete the initial page I created, disconnect the Instagram account, and then delete the new account to undo my actions from yesterday. The new account is "Twentyfourseven BJJ," which I used to create a page. I request that both accounts be deleted. Additionally, I hope to reconnect Instagram and retain the page username that was already established on the new page.

My laptop's connection kept skipping, so I switched to my phone. This happened a couple of times, making me think someone was trying to access my account, leading to it being locked for verification. It was indeed me. I just want to access my account. Please let me in or delete it so I can start over. Also, I created a new account because you claimed my last account didn't have the correct username and password I provided, but I had it written down. Now I can't access the old account where all my friends and pictures are stored. To resolve this, please change the email of the account named Tylor Thompson 12/24/91 from [redacted] to my new email [redacted], then delete the new account and the oldest one. Reset my password to shadowkast187. This would resolve all my issues and make me a happy Facebook user forever. 😊
