Hello, I recently set up an account using my real name and legitimate information, registering with the email [redacted] Everything was functioning properly until I attempted to secure my account by enabling 2FA and hiding personal data from public view. At that point, Facebook promptly disabled my account. As it seems that Facebook does not want me to utilize their platform, I kindly request the deletion of my account along with any personal information associated with it. While it is acceptable to retain my email, IP address, cookies, and other necessary details for tracking purposes, I insist that my personal data be removed from your records. Thank you.

My Facebook Page was just hijacked an hour ago by three individuals who tricked me through messenger into signing up for Business Manager and adding my page to their account. They persuaded me to post articles from their websites on my page for money. I never suspected they would take control so quickly, removing me as an admin and seizing my page with 300k likes/followers. The page is "I hate when I have a great comeback and I ruin it by stuttering". I have the email addresses and business manager account ID of the hijackers. This situation needs to be looked into to prevent it from happening to others.

A video depicting me has been posted on a Facebook account belonging to the vigilante group called Dark Light. The video portrays me inaccurately, disregarding the principle of innocent until proven guilty. This misinformation has endangered my family, caused immense stress, and led to me losing both my job and home. My wife and daughter are overwhelmed and fearful due to the video. I urgently request the removal of this content to protect my loved ones. Dark Light's actions not only harm innocent individuals but also provoke serious consequences. I find it alarming that Facebook permits vigilante groups to promote hatred and disrupt lives on a platform meant for social interaction, not for inciting baseless accusations that could incite violence against blameless individuals.

My account, Maelyss Bidule, has been hacked. When I try to log in with my email, it says my password is incorrect and asks if the account under the email "Francois Perrin" is mine. It also mentions that the password was changed on Saturday around 10pm (when I was at work), which makes me realize there has been an error and hacking. This relates to the account associated with the email: [redacted]! I have filled out two forms on Facebook, but still have not received any updates. I simply want to recover my Facebook account as all my personal information, photos of myself, my pets, and my family are saved only on Facebook. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Maelyss Bouzerar.

There is a concerning individual using various names such as David Rodriguez, Tyler Smith, James Richardson, and Tyler Bindery. This person, posing as an expert named Donna Smith, is engaging in suspicious behavior across multiple social media platforms. They are deceiving women by claiming to be in the UK and Nigeria, despite showing a phone number from New York. I have evidence of this person using fake accounts and making threats with manipulated photos. Their presence is persistent across different social networks, sometimes under the same picture but with different names. I can provide proof from conversations on Hangouts, Instagram, and numerous phone numbers associated with this individual. Despite reporting and disconnecting some of the numbers, this individual persists in their fraudulent and scam activities. I stand ready to share the photos I have for further investigation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to password issues. Even though I have two emails linked to the account and full access to one, Facebook sends the confirmation code to the email I no longer have access to. Despite the option to choose the email for receiving the code, they still send it to the inaccessible one. I've been through this before and it took a month to resolve. I am frustrated and simply want to close my account now due to these ongoing problems. It's frustrating that I can't even seek help without logging in, which seems counterproductive on their part. Any advice or assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I used my friend's Scott Spurlock's phone to access my Facebook account. However, I realized my password was changed and later found out he had my account downloaded on his phone. Due to a recent fire destroying my home and phone, I was unable to reset my password or receive a code. I attempted to fix this issue on a desktop computer only to discover that Mr. Spurlock had deactivated my account. I kindly request assistance in regaining access to my account with a new password, as the photos on my Facebook were the only things salvaged from the fire. My Facebook account is under the name Kathy Ellis Lemley. Unfortunately, I do not have a phone at the moment, but will have one soon. I am troubled by Mr. Spurlock's actions and would appreciate an investigation into his behavior and the consequences of assuming someone else's identity.

I believe my Facebook account has been hacked and cloned. I recently updated my account after being prompted to do so, thinking it was legitimate. However, a friend suggested searching for my name on Facebook, where I found two profiles with my name - one with my photos and another with pictures of strangers mixed in. This is worrying. I messaged my contacts to avoid accepting any new friend requests. I urgently need this resolved. Please respond quickly. Thank you. Marie M. from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I have two Instagram accounts, one for my blog and one for personal use. Yesterday, when I tried to switch to my personal account on my phone, I was asked to log in again. However, when I tried, it said that the account was not found. It seems like my personal account has disappeared entirely. Searching for the account on Instagram yields no results, and all tagged photos seem to have vanished as well. I have tried to report the problem and seek help through the Instagram Help Center, but most solutions require access through the app, which is not recognizing my username. Additionally, my mobile number was not linked to the personal account, complicating matters further. I recently discovered an email notifying me of a password change on September 28th, which I did not initiate. Clicking the link to report the issue asks for a username that the system claims does not exist. Any assistance in retrieving my photos from the missing account would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was disabled for pretending to be someone else. I appealed by submitting my passport and Indian visa copies as requested. Despite following their requirements, Facebook has not responded. I have used this account for four years without any issues. I am unsure why someone reported me for impersonation, as my identification is genuine. What should I do next to regain access to my account?

On September 29th, I was prompted by Facebook to log into my account. I discovered that my account had been compromised due to a hack earlier in the week. I entered my password and awaited a verification email, which I never received. Despite changing my email address to receive the message, I have not received any communication after requesting it multiple times. Instead, an error message appears, saying, "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later." My username, Su Zie, reflects my 10-year history as a Facebook user. While my current email is [redacted], I am sharing an alternate email for Facebook to contact me as I have not had success with the previous one.

Our company pages on Facebook were housed under an account with the same name as my personal account. Unfortunately, the account was falsely reported for impersonation, leading to Facebook requesting proof of identity such as IDs. I submitted my driver's license, global entry card, and business card to show the connection to the pages. Despite this, I continue to receive automated messages asking for proof. I attempted to claim the pages through my personal account but faced the same automated response. This ongoing issue has persisted for over two weeks. I have even tried creating new pages with the same name and username without success. It seems like the original pages still exist somewhere. I am eager to regain control of our pages, as they are essential for our business.

Hello, I have a comprehensive Facebook account where I manage pages for the college courses I teach. After over a decade on the same account, it was devastating to have Facebook delete my account due to an alleged violation - someone apparently uploaded a nude photo to Facebook Marketplace using my account. I strongly believe my account was hacked as I have never posted such content before. Despite my appeals being denied with a generic response citing community standards violation, I am desperate to restore my account. My students rely on the pages I manage, and my personal connection to Facebook is significant. Any assistance on whom to contact would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, M. DeCastro

Hello, I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account. It seems there have been suspicious activities, prompting me to complete a security verification process to unlock my account. Initially, I attempted the photo identification method, successfully identifying all 5 friends, but clicking continue did not progress to the next step. Subsequently, I tried another method by identifying friends I had recently messaged, but encountered the same issue with the continue button. Lastly, I tried to reset my password. The code was sent to my email at [redacted] However, upon entering the code, I received an error message stating I had made too many attempts and need to retry later. I would appreciate any further guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you, Pinky

Hello, I need assistance with reestablishing access to my business's Facebook account. My previous administrator, whom I parted ways with last year, had linked the account to the office webpage. As I have a new individual managing my webpage now, she is unable to access the Facebook account without the previous login credentials. Despite reaching out to the ex-administrator with no success in retrieving the login information, the Facebook account remains inaccessible, making it challenging to manage our online presence. The new administrator suggested creating a new account, but the old one is still active. I am unsure how to proceed in either recovering the original login details or having the outdated account removed so we can start fresh. How can I contact Facebook to prove ownership and resolve this issue promptly? Thank you.

Hello GetHuman, I accidentally included my email address in a comment I posted on your forum and would like to request its removal in compliance with data protection regulations. Kindly delete the comment that I posted earlier today. The content of the comment is as follows: A friend on FB mentioned receiving friend requests from me that I did not send, suspecting a hack on their account. I also received an email from FB about a password change request I did not make. I have contacted FB through their support center but unsure if it was received. I'm concerned and seeking advice on how to address these issues. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Thank you for your help.

For the past few weeks, I've faced unjust suspensions on Facebook. I work in animal welfare and share posts about animals in need of rescue or adoption. Initially, I got a 24-hour suspension for sharing a legit post about animals at risk in a county shelter. Then, on 10/7/18, I got a three-day suspension without any explanation. Could it be because I share multiple posts across different platforms to help animals find homes? I've also posted about neglected animals, some with graphic images. Waiting three days to share again may hurt their chances of adoption. This situation feels unfair, and I fear it may recur, as Facebook seems to target legitimate users like me.

Hello. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. When I originally registered, I only used my mobile as identification and did not provide an email address. I had set up two-level verification, but now I can't seem to remember it. I have attempted various passwords without success. The help options provided seem to lead me in circles, repeatedly asking me to enter a password I can't recall. I tried creating a new account with the same information in hopes of starting fresh, but it kept showing my old account. Despite setting a new password for the new account, I couldn't use it to change the old one. Without an email linked to my account and without remembering my password, I feel stuck. My details are as follows: Bjarne Hagen, born on 10/05/[redacted], phone number [redacted]. I have listed my email address for your reference. I have three children, Marie Elvik Næss, Karoline Elvik Hagen, and Martin Elvik Hagen. I participate actively in the Epleprat - Spørsmål og svar (AppleTalk - questions and answers) group on Messenger. I am hopeful you can assist me in unlocking my account. Thank you. Kind regards, Bjarne Hagen

Hello Facebook team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Vivian. I have been notified that my account is flagged, but I am uncertain about the reason. My ad campaigns comply with Facebook's policies and are genuine. I kindly request your assistance in identifying the issue and resolving it. I would highly appreciate any help in recovering my account. Additionally, your guidance on where we may have gone wrong would be beneficial to prevent similar mistakes in the future. Please note, the business is jointly owned by my sister and me, and we utilize Sheila's financial account for payments. I attempted to attach my National ID to a previous email without success. If there is an alternative method for me to share this information with you, please advise as I am willing to provide my National ID details. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Vivian

Our company placed a $[redacted] ad last month, and shortly after, the associated account got disabled. Our marketing team couldn't manage or stop the ad due to this issue. Subsequently, whenever we tried creating new Facebook pages, those accounts were also disabled. We've now set up a new account and wish to merge our old Facebook page with this new business account. Building connections with our followers on the original page was a significant effort, and we are unable to verify or gain access to link our business page to the new account. We are ready to provide business ownership documents and identification, but keeping access to our page is vital. Kindly assist us in resolving this matter.
