Hello, I have encountered a couple of issues with the ad I paid for to promote an event this week. Firstly, I received a notification regarding a problem with my payment method causing the ad to be put on hold. Secondly, I am uncertain whether the ad is active. Using the ad manager was confusing, and I'm unsure if the event called "Homeward" is being advertised rather than the generic "business" I had to create for it. Speaking with someone over live chat or phone would greatly help me clarify these concerns. I am concerned about paying for an ad that may not be functioning correctly, and time is of the essence for this promotion. Thank you.

My account is in the name Cherie Stevenson, previously under Ciara Tory when initially opened. The login info accepts the name ciaratory, and the email address is [redacted] Today, I'm unable to log in without a security check. The account is old, with 5,[redacted] friends I can't recall. This is the only access option available. I tried my phone number [redacted] but couldn't gain access. My legal name, Cherie Stevenson, is also on the account as an alternative name. I am in great need of assistance regarding my account access issues. Despite following all suggestions received, I am unable to access my accounts due to changing phones or resetting them. Consequently, I now have two Facebook accounts under my name, Jessica Keenen, linked to my email address. I suspect a cell phone number associated with the account is [redacted] or possibly [redacted]. Despite attempts to receive SMS codes for verification, I am not getting them, and the code generator is inaccessible without login. I have tried various verification methods to no avail. The frustration of losing access to 9 years of photos has been immense. My current password is Bluboy9266, having been changed recently. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as the connected email addresses are no longer accessible. While I remember the password used a month ago and have my mobile set up for two-factor authentication, I am unable to use the new password. Despite knowing the old password, I receive a notification that it was changed a month ago. I used to log in using codes sent via SMS to my mobile, but now I cannot access my account. Is there a way to log in considering the situation with both passwords and my connected mobile? Hello, I'm Daniel Meloy. Unfortunately, my Facebook account, which I primarily used for gaming, has been disabled. To verify my identity, I submitted images of my Driver's License and Federal Government Identification Card. I'm a disabled U.S. Marine, and gaming helps distract me from the pain. I am uncertain why my account was deactivated, but I was only connected to one game, Golf Clash. Despite not knowing how my account attracted so many friend requests from individuals worldwide, I suspect this caused the issue. Hello! My boyfriend faced an issue today as his account got disabled seemingly without cause. He hasn't violated any policies or discriminated against anyone as far as we know. Despite not uploading photos to social media, he uses his real name for the account. Facebook requested his ID for account recovery, but I've heard this process can be excessively long. Is there a way to expedite this or provide proof of ownership to resolve this issue faster? He's had the account for almost a decade, so it's surprising that it's been disabled so suddenly. I am seeking assistance with my Facebook account, which has been compromised by someone named Meena Dempsey. Despite reporting the issue four times, my account was abruptly shut down last night by Facebook due to supposed security concerns caused by Meena's actions. I have been struggling to contact Facebook as someone accessed my old account in August [redacted] and attempted to use my credit card details. Then in September [redacted], another person managed to use my credit card information to make purchases in various stores and online, totaling $[redacted]. He has been using Facebook to slander me by posting malicious content, including false statements about me. My account has been disabled, but I'm unsure why. I can't access the help options without my account, and this extends to my Messenger account too. I recently relocated across the country and have crucial information regarding my job and residence search. Tonight, I have a meeting scheduled to make a purchase, and I can't even reach the other party. I suspect it might be due to accidentally posting a prohibited item in a garage sale group. If this is the case, I will promptly remove it and ensure compliance in the future. While I can understand being removed from a group, losing access to my entire Facebook account of over 10 years is devastating as I try to rebuild my life in a new city. Please assist me as I have no other way to retrieve the contacts, conversations, and pictures stored in my account.

I am unable to access my Facebook Messenger as it indicates my last login was 2 days ago. I was using it last night, and now it prompts me for a six-digit verification code that should be sent to my cell phone. However, my account is linked to my old [redacted] number, while I now have a [redacted] number that is not updated in my settings. To resolve this, I need the six-digit verification code to be emailed to me at [redacted] as I suspect either a hacking incident or the code going to my old number which I no longer use.

My mother, Martha Moorhead, passed away suddenly four years ago. Her Facebook profile has been used as a memorial where friends and loved ones can share memories and view pictures. Recently, we reported her account being hacked, fearing it would be taken down once Facebook realized she had passed. Unfortunately, her account was deleted, and we've lost access to cherished photos and posts. I didn't have her password to address the hack myself, so I reached out to Facebook for assistance, resulting in her account being removed. Please, if possible, restore her account. Thank you.

This person has been posting false statements along with photos of myself and my family members. This situation has escalated after I was a victim of attempted assault over the weekend. The perpetrator has been arrested, and I have obtained a restraining order against them. To my dismay, I recently discovered that a person named Chacha Carrillo, residing in Fontana, is the perpetrator's sister and is also sharing my personal information. This has left me feeling extremely unsafe, especially since they are well-connected in Fontana. I am a mother of two and this has disrupted our lives significantly. The individual posting this information needs to be held accountable, and I kindly request Facebook to take down the content or disable the account promptly.

I am unable to access my Facebook account as I am no longer receiving the code on my old phone number. I have completed the verification steps by taking a selfie with a given number and submitted a photo of my driver's license in July. I have not received any updates from Facebook. Hello, I am reaching out to discuss the Saskatoon Buy, Sell & Swap group. The group's admin team includes four individuals, notably Aaron Stuart Fairbrass. It appears that two of the members may be the same person. Aaron posts political and social commentary on a platform primarily meant for buying and selling items, which has over 22,[redacted] members. Unfortunately, his posts promote racism and hatred. When confronted, he mobilizes his followers to attack, only to delete his comments shortly afterward. I have documentation of his followers making harmful remarks, including suggestions of self-harm and assault. This behavior is unacceptable, and I am taking steps to file a police report locally. Is there any action that can be taken in this situation? Thank you.

Recently, a man messaged me with screenshots showing that my account appeared on his phone, even though I don't know him and we are not in the same country. He shared a screenshot of my account being logged in, which concerns me about my privacy. I have never met this individual and have never traveled abroad. I am worried about who else might have access to my account. This breach of privacy is unacceptable. I need Facebook to address this issue promptly. Despite Facebook's emphasis on privacy, accounts are being accessed on strangers' devices globally. I await a response to ensure this is resolved to prevent future occurrences.
