My Facebook account was hacked and the password was changed a week ago. As a 75-year-old professional artist who relies on Facebook to stay connected with my family and fellow artists, I'm struggling to prove my identity and regain access to my account. My page, painterjayne or Jaynee Andrea Levy-Polis, is crucial to me as it is my main means of communication being homebound. Despite creating a new email address, Facebook keeps rejecting it with an error message claiming it's not valid due to a single incorrect letter. This situation is isolating me from the online community I depend on for social interaction.

My Facebook account got hacked. The username is Jake Lakusa. I believe it happened because my cousin Jermery Lovell's account was hacked before, and I had given out my phone number to him. I intended to give him my number as he was planning to get a new phone, but after someone I thought was him had my number, my account got signed out. In short, I am requesting to have my account restored.

For the past month, whenever I attempt to log into my account, I keep getting an error message saying my password is incorrect. I am certain I am entering the correct password as I have used it before without any issues. I have tried to resolve this by using the "FORGOT PASSWORD" option, but after requesting a code to reset my password via email, I never receive any emails with the code. I recently noticed a strange issue on my Messenger profile. Another person's picture is showing up using my name, but with different capitalization. Despite changing my password twice, I can't remove this person or delete the account. My account was hacked a month ago, and this is a new problem. I've been vigilant about updating my passwords, so I'm unsure how this occurred. I urgently need assistance resolving this and having the imposter removed from my account. Dear Sir or Madam, On Friday, October 23, [redacted], I received multiple emails in a row notifying me of changes to my email address and password. A stranger has become an admin for my advertising account, leading to its current block and my inability to access it. I suspect I was deceived by a phishing email posing as technical support. I had both a personal account as a Digital Creator and a business account with active ads under the name Stefanie Parnemann. When asked for my details, they were confirmed, and a code y4P8AucN5o was emailed to me. Unfortunately, the code does not work, and I receive messages stating my account is temporarily blocked or the function is not working due to swift action on my part. The code was valid until October 21, [redacted]. A friend in India received a ticket for a personal call and was told they needed a receipt from my ad account or a remittance slip verifying my ad activity. I provided this, but now they insist I find someone in Europe or Germany due to changing regions and laws. However, I have tried this and found the service was discontinued. I am left frustrated. I unfortunately fell victim to a scam run by someone claiming to be Michael Johnson selling basset hound puppies. He requested half of the cost as a deposit to be paid through Cash App, claiming it was on behalf of a "family member." Following that, he asked for the remaining half to be paid, and later, a transport company emailed me requesting a $[redacted] refundable crate fee. To make matters worse, they then demanded an additional $[redacted] for insurance. Please be cautious as this individual even went to the extent of sending me pictures of a family supposedly in a hospital after a car accident. He also had accomplices on Facebook verifying the legitimacy of the process.
