I would like to update my password to transfer the Facebook app to my new phone. However, I no longer have access to the mobile number or email linked to the account. Despite using saved login credentials on my current phone to sign in easily, I am unable to reset the password to log in on my new device, update my phone number for authentication, or add a new email address due to password requirements for any changes. How can I proceed in this situation?

I am dealing with the frustrating situation of someone taking over my Facebook account. Every time I attempt to recover it using the email I initially used years ago, the system claims it's linked to another account. It's baffling because that email is specifically tied to my original Facebook account, along with all associated details. Figuring out how to provide my ID to confirm my identity seems impossible amidst this confusion. Calling for assistance seems like the only option left, but that avenue appears blocked as well. I'm beyond frustrated and contemplating giving up on Facebook entirely.

I have a secondary Facebook account that I used alongside my main account on Messenger today, but I kept getting logged out. This resulted in me being kicked out of both my original Facebook account and Messenger. Although I managed to log back in twice, I'm now having trouble accessing Messenger. Despite trying various methods, I can't log in as it won't accept my password and doesn't seem to recognize my email.

I have two Facebook accounts and encountered issues with Messenger today. I kept getting kicked off one account and had difficulty accessing my messages. After multiple attempts, I managed to log back in but now Messenger keeps logging me off and I cannot log back in with my email or password on my main account.

Good morning. Facebook has restricted my advertising account over alleged suspicious activity. Recently, I installed WhatsApp Business and tried to integrate the call icon into my Facebook profile. I was in and out several times until I succeeded. To reinstate my advertising, they require me to send a photo of my ID with both sides visible. Good day. For several days, I have been trying to recover my account with the ID=[redacted][redacted], for Nagid Z. To secure my account (as recommended by Facebook), I set up two-factor authentication, which is no longer supported. I didn't save the recovery codes. Trying to log in with my phone number and SMS code doesn't work either. I can't log in from another device and confirm my entry because I only used my phone for account access. The password changes, but it still won't let me into the account, repeatedly sending me back to the two-factor authentication code entry window. I have sent my passport for review several times (only one file per submission). The response stated that the photo is unclear and insufficient. Only you can help me resolve this issue. I have already tried all possible ways to solve this problem.

I deactivated my Facebook account over a year ago. Despite this, I started receiving numerous emails from FB indicating login attempts on my account. Today, I got another email warning me that my account would be deleted in [redacted] days if I didn't log in to make updates. Feeling unsure if my account was still active, I tried to log in only to find out that my password wasn't recognized. After resetting it, I logged in to discover that my account was suspended and scheduled for removal in [redacted] days. The initial email urged me to update to avoid deletion, but logging in caused a suspension. This situation has left me frustrated as I do not use Facebook anymore and am unable to access my account to delete it. Attempting to contact anyone for assistance has been unsuccessful. I find this whole process concerning and suspicious. I would like a Facebook representative to help me close my account permanently. Facebook's communication method through email is not reassuring for me, and I prefer to speak with someone directly.

On May 29th, [redacted], my Facebook account under the name Jackie A Lee was compromised. The email associated with the account was changed from the one I originally used to set it up in November [redacted]. Despite reaching out using the provided information, I have been unable to regain access to my account. The correct email linked to this account is [redacted] Reports from friends confirmed that the account was hacked, and I am struggling to recover it. I'm unable to receive the verification code from the identity application as I never set it up and saved it. Even when I enable unfamiliar device notifications, the device I'm logged in on doesn't receive the notification, and I can't click "Confirm" to authorize new devices. This issue is preventing me from logging into the webpage or a new device to carry out advertising promotions or top-up credit. The device I'm currently logged into doesn't allow me to conduct advertising business using the mobile terminal. I require assistance.

I am trying to schedule posts through Business Manager while keeping my business page private, but I am struggling to find this option. This simple task has left me with multiple tabs open and no clear guidance on how to proceed. I even created a new page to try and find the feature, but had no luck. I am now unsure how to delete the original page. I feel frustrated as there seems to be a lack of clear instructions and too many tabs opening up while I search for a solution. Our company's Facebook page was created by a now deceased associate. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the associate's phone to receive the password reset code. Hello, I've been a long-time user of Facebook, but after taking a break, I've forgotten my password. When I try to reset it, I'm not receiving the code and it's not prompting me to enter one, instead directing me to a page stating my device isn't recognized. I've tried using another device as suggested, but it hasn't worked. I have valuable memories stored in that account, so I'm hoping for a solution to access it again. Any help would be appreciated. Hello, my Facebook account was disabled on the 20th of May. When I tried to request a review, it stated that my email address was invalid, preventing me from sending an appeal.
