I've been attempting to add my bank account information to my Facebook Marketplace profile without success. I cannot locate where to do this, which is hindering my ability to ship items. I am using the desktop version, not the app. Despite adding a Paypal account for payments, it hasn't resolved the issue. I've been using Marketplace for months but the inability to ship is restricting my pool of potential buyers. Any help would be appreciated.

Back in September [redacted], I received a call from someone trying to obtain my personal information, which I declined to provide. Soon after this call, my personal Facebook account was locked, and a new page was created without my authorization. Hello Facebook team, have a nice day. I want to report something about my Facebook account. I don't know what happened, but when I try to log in, my account always shows that it has been locked. It asks to confirm my identity by uploading a valid ID. The issue is I don't have a valid ID at the moment, so I can't confirm my identity. I still remember the Gmail I use and the password, but my problem is the lack of a valid ID. There's an option to upload photos if I don't have an ID, but even after submitting photos multiple times, it still doesn't work. Hello, I recently got a new phone and forgot to transfer my two-step authentication to it. Now, I'm unable to access my Facebook account. I tried the process of resetting my account, following the steps provided, and even received the confirmation code via email. However, when trying to upload my ID documents, I encountered an issue. The document upload has been ongoing for more than 24 hours with no progress, despite clearing browsing history and attempting various fixes. I am frustrated as no one has responded to me yet regarding my hacked Facebook account. I rarely used the platform but enjoyed it when I did. However, after being severely hacked, I lost access to all my social media, leaving me with only one bank account and one phone number that I changed twice for security. I reached out to have my account closed and my pictures saved, but despite sending my driver's license for verification, nothing was done. Now, I can't even find my account, and all the pictures of my son are inaccessible. I am disappointed and running out of patience for assistance. The issue seems like it should have been an easy fix, but the lack of response is frustrating. I hope to get help soon.

Hello, I am in need of assistance to address a recent issue I encountered. Last month, my account was unexpectedly suspended, and I suspect it might have been due to unauthorized access (possibly hacked). I received an email from Facebook on Sat Aug 20th at 5:19 am regarding a password reset request which I did not initiate. Later at 9:11 am on the same day, another email informed me of the account suspension. Despite requesting a review of the suspension, I fear that any malicious activity during the possible hack could affect the outcome of the review process. Though I attempted to submit a request to review the account disablement, I have not received any response yet. Recently, I was reminded via email that I have limited time to act on this matter. I am having trouble logging into my old Facebook account because the site is saying my device has never been used to log in before. I attempted to use my new account to access the login page for the old account and changed the password, but I am still unable to access it. I recently got a new computer and phone within a short timeframe, which may have caused this issue. I only realized this problem when I tried to use Facebook after switching devices. Last Wednesday, a friend contacted me via Messenger seeking help with their Facebook. After assisting them, my own account was unexpectedly disabled, and I have been unable to log in since. Despite entering my password, Facebook now requires a code from the code generator, which I was unaware was activated in my settings.
