I am facing a serious issue with my account. I recently bought a new phone and when trying to log into Facebook, I need to use a code generator. However, the code is not being sent even though my email and phone number remain the same. I never activated the code generator, so at least send it via SMS or email. I want to access Facebook but I require the code generator within Facebook. This feature is truly frustrating and illogical. Technology is advancing, yet it seems to make things more complicated for us on Earth.

Hello, I have been attempting to settle the remaining balance on my advertising account since yesterday. After receiving a message stating that my Visa ending in [redacted] was successfully charged and that it may take up to 5 minutes for the update to reflect in my account, the money has not been deducted from my credit card. Despite this, when I try to launch an ad, I am prompted to pay my balance. I have verified with my bank that there are no issues with my card. I am experiencing an ongoing issue with my Facebook newsfeed. Despite refreshing the page, I keep seeing the same posts and can go days without any updates. Even when scrolling down for new content, it eventually stops loading, leaving me stuck with old posts. This has been happening for several months now, despite reporting the problem to Facebook numerous times with no response or improvement. Strangely, when Facebook crashed in October [redacted], my newsfeed worked normally for a brief period before reverting to the same issue. While I do see a few new posts daily, they are mixed in with over [redacted] posts from previous days.

I recently experienced a security breach on my account. Even after changing the password and enabling two-step verification, the account got hacked again. Now, after changing the password once more and logging out of all sessions, I found myself logged out of my phone without access to the verification code. I have submitted various personal identification documents, such as my driver's license, marriage certificate, birth certificate, and photo ID, to verify my identity and regain access without success. This situation is impacting my business as I cannot receive messages from clients, resulting in financial losses.

On December 4th, [redacted], around 3:00 PM, the hacker contacted me claiming to take $[redacted] and used the email company7giveaway19.com. The hacker accessed my account, changed the email associated with it from [redacted], and posted fraudulent videos. Despite my attempts to fill out forms and seek assistance from the sign-in center, the hacker continues to regain access even after briefly regaining control. I have access to [redacted] and I am willing to follow any necessary steps to secure my account.

Due to security reasons, I had to dispose of my phone and laptop, and change my phone number. The new number [redacted] is now in use, which is different from the one linked to my account used for two-step authentication. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account currently. My account got hacked, and everything was deleted. My fiancé can still see a chat with that account, but when they try to view the profile, it shows an error message. After receiving an email warning of a login from Mexico, I promptly reset my Facebook password. However, I encountered issues with the email confirmation process, despite numerous attempts to trigger it. Trying to verify my identity with an ID scan redirected me back to the faulty email verification page. Eventually, my account was disabled for being allegedly too young for Facebook, even though I am 27 years old. This situation is frustrating as I have owned the account for 11 years, and now it has been completely erased.
