My account was compromised last Sunday, and I realized it when I couldn't log in and was informed that my password had been changed. I promptly attempted to reset it, but my original email associated with the account was also inaccessible. I successfully added a new email to the account, received a link, and obtained a security code to reset my password. However, upon entering the new password, I received a message stating I couldn't use that feature at the moment due to limitations on posting and other actions for security purposes. Subsequent attempts to reset the password yielded no new security codes, leading to a message about using too many codes. I understand there is a 24-hour limit for requesting new security codes. I tried again yesterday, using the newly added email, but encountered the same message. I would appreciate guidance on how to regain access to my account.

I am facing an issue with my locked Facebook account as I cannot access the two-way authentication SMS OTP code due to a forgotten password and an outdated linked phone number. Recently, my smartphone with the login information broke, leading me to use a new device and change the password via email. Upon successfully updating the password, I am prompted to authenticate with the inaccessible phone number. Over the years, I changed my phone number, forgetting that it was the only way for two-way authentication as my old device had the account logged in. The Facebook Help Center has not been helpful. Hello, I have been waiting for a response to my complaint for several days now. I will reiterate the situation:
I have submitted my identity card four times, and in return, I received a link to recover my Facebook account with a code. However, the email associated with the recovery link belongs to a hacker, not me. My correct email address is [redacted] I am unable to resolve this issue via the automated email process since I cannot remove the hacker's email myself. I believe this can only be corrected manually. I have also attached a screenshot showing the incorrect email address for recovery.
Furthermore, my business profile, Saphire Snowy Heart, is linked to my personal profile, Zeljka Fabijan Drobina. On the business profile, my authentic contact information is available, but I am unable to respond to messages due to the email issue. I kindly request that you replace the hacker's email with my authentic one to regain access to both profiles.

I have successfully connected two business Instagram accounts to my Facebook business page using the "connected experiences" option. However, I am encountering issues when trying to link one of the Instagram accounts in Creator Studio. After following the steps, I am prompted to link my Instagram account with Facebook. Despite trying to connect through the Instagram app on my phone and various scheduling programs like Buffer and Hootsuite, I have been unsuccessful in managing my Instagram business account through Facebook for my AdCampaigns. My account was hacked back in October. The hacker changed my email and trusted friends, leaving me locked out. On November 4th, they posted something inappropriate. After days of submitting my ID, I got my email back on my account but found it disabled due to the inappropriate post. I have submitted a review, but due to Covid, the wait time is uncertain. There are only 10 days left until it might be deleted. I recently lost my mother and wish to download my account or regain access. This situation has been a nightmare.

On November 5th around 12:45 am CST, I received a notification that a friend request was accepted, although I hadn't sent any requests. Upon realizing this, I checked and blocked the person immediately before proceeding to change my password. However, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address but corrected it later. Sadly, my account got disabled for review. Following the instructions, I promptly submitted my driver's license. Shortly after, I was informed that my account was disabled due to inappropriate content related to child exploitation, which I strongly deny. I've maintained this account for nearly 15 years without any issues. I genuinely seek to regain access to my account or at least retrieve my extensive collection of photos. This unexpected issue happened to my daughter earlier this year, and now I find myself in a similar situation. I hope there's a way to prove that I'm innocent, perhaps through verifying the location of the person responsible. I'm hopeful for assistance.

My phone was stolen recently, and all my social media accounts were compromised. Although I managed to recover my email, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my Facebook account. The email connected to my account lets me change my password, but I can't access my Facebook because it's sending a code to a number that is no longer linked to my account due to Two-Factor Authentication. I lost access on October 13th after 7 pm, and the next morning, a friend asked if I deleted my account, which I didn't. While I was asleep, someone gained access to my Facebook account Facebook.com/ella.nessbert. They changed the primary email and mobile number, eventually locking me out. This individual is using fake photos and reaching out to others using the name 'Michael Bishop'. Initially, they switched the primary email to [redacted], although I cannot verify its authenticity. Despite having my phone linked for about 7 or 8 years, it was impossible for me to regain control as all settings were altered. The person's IP address places them in America, while I am in the U.K. Approximately 20 people have reported the fake account, but no action has been taken. Since November 1st, my Instagram account has been hacked. Last week, when I attempted to log in through Facebook and change my password, the hacker logged me out and removed the Facebook link. They are now posting Bitcoin scam messages from my account to my friends, family, and even my daughter. I discovered the hacker is contacting my underage daughter and recorded a conversation with them, as well as got a clear picture of their face. They are based in Nigeria, not California, and I have their email and phone number used on my account. I am eager to regain control of my account and see the hacker caught, as they are deceiving many people into sending them money under false pretenses of Bitcoin investments.
