Around 5 weeks ago, my Facebook account got hacked, and now it's disabled for apparently breaching Community Standards. I'm perplexed about what rules I must have broken. Despite numerous login attempts, it keeps saying I'm disabled. I am hesitant to provide a copy of my driver's license as requested since I don't share that information. Given the hacking incident, I'm unsure whom to trust with such details. I believe Facebook should be able to verify my account activity, which mainly consists of sharing woodworking and gardening photos with friends and family. The hacker seems to be liking posts of people on my friends list. Any assistance in restoring my account would be highly valued.

I need help with my Facebook account. Usually, my tablet auto logs in, but today, a login screen appeared asking for my email and password. After entering my credentials, it said I used an old password. When I tried to reset it, the email address displayed seemed incorrect. It only showed the first and last letter, which were not part of my email address. It seems like my account has been hacked.

On September 13, [redacted], Purab, you have expressed disagreement with a decision made. Normally, we require slightly more than a day to reassess your details. Your Facebook account is currently hidden from others, and you are unable to access it. In the next steps, we will conduct another review of your account. Please note that our team has limited capacity to review information due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, therefore the process may take longer than usual. If we determine that your account adheres to our Community Standards, you will regain access to Facebook. However, if your account is found not to comply with our standards, it will be permanently deactivated, and further disagreement will not be possible.

Hello,
I have not used my account since August 10th because my phone fell into water. I now have a new phone, but when I try to log in, my account details are not being recognized, stating it's not my account. When I try to reset my password by requesting a new link:
- If I use my email ([redacted]), it says "no account with this email."
- If I use my phone number (+[redacted]3), it says "no account with this phone number."
- If I use my account name, gilles.ferraton, I see my "avatar" which is a Tesla logo, but the email for password recovery, r****@hotmail.com, is not mine as I've never had a Hotmail address.
I also tried posting a Facebook post through my Instagram account ([redacted]), and that worked. Can you assist me?
Thank you.

Hello, I recently updated my email from [redacted] to [redacted] However, Facebook is still referencing my old non-existent Comcast account, which was discontinued over 10 years ago. I find it challenging during the pandemic, being in Italy 🇮🇹, and I think speaking to a live person would be more helpful. Until July [redacted], all FB notifications were sent to my janicemforster@yahoo account, so I'm confused about the request for my old beijabone@comcast information. Additionally, my FB account was under the name janicemforster before it was changed to beebe, but my passport was not accepted. My current email is janicemforster@yahoo, and I have a backup email at [redacted] I believe providing my backup email might help resolve the issue. Your assistance with my Janice M Beebe passport issue is appreciated. Thank you.

To whom it may concern,
I would like to report an incident where a friend's account was hacked, leading to me also falling victim to the hacker's scam. My friend's compromised account messaged me, and believing it was her, I shared my account details for what I thought was help in gaining followers. Unfortunately, moments later, my password was changed, locking me out of my account. Upon contacting my friend, I learned that her account had been hacked as well, leaving the hacker free to exploit others for money.
This breach is particularly distressing for me as a model reliant on social media. Losing access to Facebook has significantly impacted my audience reach, affecting my professional opportunities and community engagement. Furthermore, being unable to participate in competitions or stay informed about future events is detrimental to my career. The hacker's actions have not only disrupted my income but also damaged my reputation in the industry, posing a serious threat to my modeling prospects.
I am desperate for a resolution to this dire situation.

I am facing issues with the game State of Survival through Facebook Pay. Since Facebook changed its layout, I am struggling to play the game due to a connection error. The game developers claim it is a Facebook issue. I have invested a lot of money in in-game purchases and now I am unable to play. I could download the game as a standalone, but I would have to start over from scratch after six months of progress. I believe I should receive a refund equivalent to two months due to this inconvenience caused by Facebook's layout change. I suggest Facebook revert to the previous user-friendly interface to avoid such problems. It feels unjust to pay for a game that is now unplayable. I am not wealthy, and this situation is frustrating. Facebook's lack of responsiveness and the lack of real customer support is disappointing. I am curious about the Facebook community and if there are actual people working there given the lack of support. It is clear that more investment in customer service rather than inefficient interfaces and forms is needed to reduce complaints and enhance user experience.

I am open to sharing my driver's license or passport as needed for verification. Currently traveling for business in Japan, I reside in Sammamish, Washington.

I mistakenly granted access to my account to someone posing as a friend, and they have changed the email associated with my Facebook and Instagram accounts, making it impossible for me to access them. I am unable to log in as I have forgotten my password. This individual is using my accounts to contact my friends and scam them. I urgently need assistance as they have pictures of me and I fear for my privacy and the safety of my children's photos. Reporting the issue and contacting customer service have been ineffective. I am willing to verify my identity using my phone number or any other method necessary. Please help me regain control of my accounts. You can also reach me via email at [redacted], although contacting the new email address will yield faster responses.

Our advertising accounts on Facebook were disabled back in February. One of the accounts was reinstated after being improperly disabled, but we still can't run ads on any of our 13 pages. Despite the account reinstatement, we have been unable to resume advertising as the issue persists. Recently, we discovered unauthorized charges on our corporate credit card from Facebook advertising, even though we are not running any ads. We have taken the necessary steps by filing a claim with American Express. Despite following all guidelines, completing their online courses, and selling only compliant products, Facebook has not been responsive to our concerns. We are seeking a fair review of our case with Facebook, requesting to communicate with a human representative rather than an automated system, especially in regards to the unauthorized charges.

I fell for a scam on Facebook that pretended to be associated with Cash App, promising me a prize. They asked for ID verification claiming it was to send the money. After receiving my license, they tried to control my FB account, saying it was for an easier prize setup and urged me to open an online bank account. They seized my FB and now use it to scam others while I'm locked out. I've made multiple reports with no response, and it's been 8 months with no resolution. Now, someone is using my account to deceive people. I've made a new FB and keep asking my friends to report the fake account. Maybe I should involve the police.

I had an inactive Facebook account for a while due to using new devices and an invalid email linked to the account. I wanted to transfer data to my new account but faced an issue with the new login verification system. Despite my attempts to verify my identity, I always receive a message saying that they are unable to grant me access to my old account and may hide the information. It is frustrating as all my data is now inaccessible.

I recently experienced a hacking attempt on my Facebook account. As a security measure, I added two-factor authentication. However, after changing my password, I am unable to access the code generator to log back in.
I do not have access to a code generator on either of my devices used to access Facebook. I have tried to obtain codes from friends without success.
Following the password reset, I am directed to the Two-Factor Authentication Required page. However, I am unable to locate the code generator as indicated at the bottom of the page.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
