I recently discovered that Facebook Marketplace has banned me from buying or selling, and I believe it might be due to an error in my name format. Instead of "Floyd Hollister," it appeared as "Floyd,,Hollister" in one instance. This error could have occurred when my son helped me create an ad for a Subaru Outback on Marketplace. I did not receive any prior warnings about violating rules. I only realized the issue when I tried to use Facebook to sell items as I downsize. My account has been in 'Review Requested' status for 30 days. However, a new image review is being requested every 7 days on different dates. I am now on the 4th image review with only 1 day remaining before my account is permanently disabled. This situation is unacceptable to me as it has not refreshed the 30-day period. The time I have waited for each review due to content deemed 'suicidal' appears to be automated and flawed. I urgently need help with this issue to ensure my account's longevity. Facebook must lift the reviews on my account today as they are the result of faulty automation. The 30-day period should be reset with each new review to address this critical bug in the process. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties connecting my new Shopify store to Instagram. Although it indicates it's approved, navigating my Facebook admin is perplexing. In some areas, it shows the connection, while in others it does not. When accessing Instagram-settings-business-shopping-products, there are no listed products. I've been prompted to verify permissions in the business manager, adding to the confusion. Finding the process and next steps are challenging. Under the new requirements in settings-business-new requirements, I'm instructed to select my website, which is not listed, and update my catalogue. This has left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure. While others may find it straightforward, I'm struggling. Facebook support seems unavailable, and Shopify support has been unable to assist. My business Facebook page appears to be experiencing issues.

I logged into the Instagram app and noticed I was logged out of my account, brii.sings. The email linked to it is [redacted] This was unusual as I haven't changed my password recently. When trying to log back in, the user doesn't exist or the password is wrong. Sometimes it mentions sending a confirmation code but I don't receive anything. I've contacted Facebook and Instagram multiple times with no responses. My Instagram account is important to me, and I have many photos saved there. I would appreciate any help in recovering it. My Facebook account was disabled on 29-07-[redacted], citing the reason as "pretending to be someone famous." If not recovered in 30 days, it will be permanently disabled. I was prompted to choose a contact number for a verification code, yet despite having the correct, functioning number, I never received the OTP. After multiple attempts to resend, I was blocked for 24 hours. This is my sole account used over 9-10 years without issues. I suspect it was flagged due to using a different first name and a profile picture of Leo Messi, despite having many photos of myself.

I have had my Facebook account for almost a decade, and it contains numerous pictures, videos, and memories. Unfortunately, I was recently logged out and cannot regain access despite using the correct password. After reporting the hack and providing identification to Facebook, the hacker changed the email associated with the account, making it impossible for me to reset the password. I believe someone has accessed my account and altered both the password and the 2FA email to a hotmail.com address that I cannot access. I have reported the account as hacked, submitted my ID, and had it reset by Facebook. Despite following the instructions provided by Facebook, I remain unable to log in due to a 2FA confirmation being sent to the inaccessible email. I have attempted to reset my account email and password twice through facebook.com/login/identify, using various emails and involving my trusted contacts. However, I am still locked out, receiving an invalid password error with the new password I set and 2FA sent to the hacker's @hotmail.com address. I use [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] for this account. The hotmail address in the screenshot is not mine. I seek assistance from Facebook to remove the unauthorized email linked to my 2FA and regain access to my account. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account under the name Tammy Trujillo McDermott. Both my husband, Terry McDermott, and my daughter, Elaina McDermott, are unable to locate me as well. My Facebook account has been taken over by someone I don't know, and they changed my primary email address to another email. I have created a new email address, uploaded my Photo-ID, and added this email in addition to the unknown email address. When I try to recover my password, both emails receive the pin, making it impossible for me to recover my account. On Wednesday, July 28th at 5 am, I was alerted by Facebook that my password was changed. However, when I tried to log in, I realized that my account had been hacked, and the settings were altered. The security code is now being sent to two email accounts starting with k. @hotmail.com. Unfortunately, I am unable to regain access to my Facebook account or any associated services. The IP address traced the fraudulent activity back to Cardiff. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account. I recently faced an issue on Marketplace. I was selling a pair of Gucci sunglasses, and despite my assurance that they were authentic, I received a warning about their authenticity. I removed the listing, and things seemed fine until I found myself restricted from buying or selling on Facebook Marketplace.
