I have been attempting to contact Facebook for support about a fraudulent ad and other issues with my account since March 3, [redacted]. Despite making reports online, I have not received any feedback. I urgently request for someone to investigate and correct the problems on my account. An unauthorized ad with Ad set ID [redacted][redacted] charged my account $63.36. On March 3, [redacted], individuals named T. Slater, J. Baguio, and A. Bausing were added as admins without my consent. I deactivated my ad account immediately and provided feedback, but have not received any resolution. I received an email on March 7th stating another ad was rejected, even though I had deactivated my ad manager account. It is evident that my account has been compromised. I urge for swift resolution of these security breaches to secure my account. Facebook should streamline the reporting process for users, especially those running ads, to address such incidents promptly. Without a resolution, I cannot continue to use Facebook for business and await a prompt response. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

During the months leading up to the recent election, Rita Coonley Brown engaged in disrespectful behavior on Facebook, using offensive language towards individuals with differing political opinions. Despite being absent from the platform for about a month, upon her return, she resumed posting multiple articles criticizing President Joe Biden and Democrats while resorting to name-calling. She even went as far as threatening a friend who posted positive content about Democrats. I believe Facebook should take a stand against political hate speech and harassment to maintain a respectful online environment.

I have been actively promoting a website and engaging with various individuals. Unfortunately, due to encountering individuals using inappropriate language first, I reciprocated. I wasn't aware of the guidelines prohibiting promotion beforehand. I received a form to verify my identity as a real person but struggled to provide my ID. Upon attempting to revisit the link, I discovered it had already been submitted. Though my profile picture displayed a green wolf, I ensured to complete the real captcha. I have utilized this account for 7 years, connecting with childhood friends and managing online transactions. Regrettably, my account has been permanently disabled. I am seeking assistance from their support team, as this decision was swiftly made without thorough consideration or investigation of my account history.

While researching country music star TJ Osborne, I encountered a 'send message' button. Despite issues with my laptop, I received a message after waiting for some time. I expressed my laptop problem to the sender, who later offered their private number for texting, which we did for some time. I only shared my name and nothing more. Curious about the number, I did a White Pages lookup and discovered it belonged to a Pamela Sheppard in Warren, Michigan, not in Nashville where TJ Osborne resides. Upon raising this concern with the sender, I later received an unpleasant text from them. Puzzled, I posted on Facebook about this and received another disrespectful text. I seek assistance in investigating this matter and informing TJ Osborne of the incident on his homepage. Thank you for your support. - Larry D.

My Facebook account got disabled without a clear explanation except for a violation of the Terms of Service. I've always shared my honest opinions based on my Libertarian political views which support free speech and protesters' rights. Despite previous warnings, I made efforts to comply. I hope my account is reinstated soon so I can continue fostering meaningful discussions on societal issues. To whom it may concern, Our nonprofit organization, Every Ability Plays Project, has been experiencing issues with our Facebook page for a few months. Despite our efforts to resolve the problem on our own, we have been unsuccessful. When attempting to log in through Facebook.com on Google Chrome, we are prompted to clear cookies each time, a step not required when logging into personal accounts. While we can access the page through m.facebook.com, it limits our functionality. My cousin, the exclusive director of EAPP, has encountered the same issue on his computer. There has been an impersonation attempt using the name Kathy David. The conversation was suspicious, asking personal questions. When confronted about the deception, the imposter claimed to be single with no children, which contradicts the true identity known to the writer. The pictures and name used belong to the mother-in-law of a cousin, who has been a victim of scams for years, resulting in loss of finances and possibly more. The writer's cousin has tried to help the victim, but she refuses to believe it's a scam. The imposter needs to be stopped, and the real victim needs assistance.

Hello. I'm Bree Branconi. Recently, Facebook suspended my account for 30 days after I commented on a post about a man behaving inappropriately towards my girlfriend. Despite this man's offensive messages not violating Facebook's guidelines, my mere labeling of him as a "pig" led to my ban. I am disappointed by this inconsistency in enforcement. With my birthday coming up on March 29th, I am eager to regain access to Facebook as it is my primary means of staying connected with loved ones. Hello, I noticed on Monday, February 22, that my account was hacked. Early in the morning, I received three emails informing me of a password change, which I did not initiate. When I tried to log in to Facebook, it said my password was incorrect. Upon attempting to reset my password, I discovered the hacker had taken over my old domain www.travelinglightpartners.com and updated the FB email to my previous one, [redacted] It seems this old email was still linked to my Facebook account. Now, whenever I log in, I get a message requesting a 6-digit login code for two-factor authentication, which I never set up. I filled out the "Login Approvals Code Issues" form but haven't received a response. I hope you can assist me with this issue. Thank you! Stephen B.

I fell for a scam where I mistakenly gave out my account information, thinking I was speaking to my niece, April D. Unfortunately, it was a scammer pretending to be her. They changed my email and my phone number is now linked to an account under the name Keisha, indicating that my number may have previously belonged to her. I have conversations saved in WhatsApp, including text messages from a number on TextNow which the scammer used, and potentially messages on Messenger if they haven't been deleted. My friends have been contacted by this scam with messages supposedly from me, but I've been locked out of my account since this morning. This scam, which originally targeted my niece, has now affected me under my own name. I've advised everyone contacted to report it as spam.

My Facebook account has been hacked, and I've attempted the provided steps without success. Resetting my password and requesting a code have not been effective. Instead, I receive a link for an unfamiliar account. I want to stop the hacker from using my account to scam my family and friends. They even have my driver's license and are impersonating me. I deactivated my Facebook account for personal reasons around ten months ago. Recently, my deactivated account was somehow reactivated, and I have been unable to find help despite multiple attempts over the years. To add to the frustration, my profile one day appeared as a suggestion to someone I may know. This situation is very unprofessional and upsetting. I recently discovered that my Facebook page has been taken over. This morning, my daughter-in-law and I attempted to regain access by using the "forgot password" feature on facebook.com. However, it stated that there was no email or phone number linked to the account. Even though my phone number pulled up two other accounts, they were not the ones we were trying to access. The account we are trying to recover is linked to the email of [redacted] Furthermore, when we entered the phone number of the person who we suspect removed my information, we received a message stating that the account was disabled for violating Facebook's Terms.
