Hello. I need assistance regarding my Facebook account that was deactivated approximately 3 to 4 weeks ago due to a breach of terms and conditions. On that day, my account was clearly hacked (Facebook had even sent me a warning message that someone was trying to change my password). Consequently, my account, which is linked to my business page, was closed for something I did not do. I understand the loss of all my data but now I am unable to create a new account as Facebook seems to have banned me entirely. Anyone who viewed my profile before the hacking incident would have seen that I am a mother of two who only shares posts about children or children's books (related to my side business). I have come across old photos of myself on Facebook that were posted without my permission, causing me distress and impacting my self-esteem negatively. The person who posted them claims they forgot the account password and are unable to remove the images. I am feeling very anxious and low due to this situation. I have reached out to report the photos but fear they may not be taken down. I have personally emailed the account owner, Selena Ali, requesting the removal of these two pictures. I have reviewed your policy multiple times and believe I have not violated any rules. The video ads, ad copy, and products were all fair and were running smoothly after being verified and approved by Facebook.

In January [redacted], I was hacked. Unfortunately, my husband passed away in April, and the person I suspect took advantage of me during this difficult time. I lost access to all our pictures together, which hold so many memories of him. They were marked inappropriate, which is untrue. I am unable to access my accounts, emails, or even my phone as everything seems to have been taken. Additionally, my Facebook account has been filled with emojis and all the pictures have been deleted. I remember every friend, tag, and detail about who tagged me in the pictures. My account has been disabled, and I am unsure why this has happened. I deactivated it for personal reasons, fully intending to return. With over [redacted] connections worldwide, it's vital to me to regain access. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reach any human support, compounding the frustration. The phone number attached to my account is no longer valid, making the recovery process harder. My friends' attempts to help with codes have been unsuccessful due to broken links. I forgot my Facebook password and attempted to recover it using my only email address, which has been associated with Facebook since [redacted]. Despite entering the email, Facebook repeatedly rejected it, stating there is no account linked to it. During my account recovery attempts on my computer, I accidentally disabled it. Although I am still logged into the Facebook and Messenger apps on my phone, they are no longer functional on my laptop.

Last night, I switched from US Cellular to Sprint and upgraded to an iPhone 11. I successfully transferred everything to my new phone. However, when I tried logging into Facebook from my new phone, it requested a 6-digit code which I never received. I also attempted to log in from my laptop, but it requested a code sent to my phone, which I still haven't received. I've been struggling for a day to obtain the code to access my account from my new phone. If possible, could you send the code to my email to avoid the hassle of creating a new Facebook account?

My account was compromised, leading to the creation of a personal ads account without my consent. This unauthorized activity resulted in the disabling of my legitimate business ads account. The hacker conducted 13 ad sets in Canada, spending €82.00 since May 10th, with ads still running under the time zone of Jakarta. Despite my efforts, including changing passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication, my Facebook has been breached three times. The hacker continues to gain access even after securing my accounts multiple times.

Last week, I changed my password and unfortunately forgot it, leading me to log out of my Facebook account. Strangely, I'm not receiving a verification code via SMS. My friend sitting beside me received a Facebook call supposedly from me, even though I wasn't using Facebook at the time. When they attempted to answer, it just showed that the call was attempting to connect with me. Puzzled by this, I opened my Facebook app and tried calling my friend back, which then successfully connected the call. This has happened before when someone tried to video call me, but they were physically with me and not initiating the call. I'm concerned about what could be causing these strange occurrences.

I recently found myself in Facebook jail due to using a word that I had no idea was offensive. I would never use hate speech towards anyone. The word I used, which I've used my entire life, was meant in a playful way. I also referred to my friends as “ladies” because I was addressing a photo we shared. I am shocked to be labeled as a bad person over this incident, and it's been upsetting me for days. I've been an active Facebook user for over 8 years without causing any issues. I seem to have forgotten my password and attempted to login multiple times, resulting in being locked out with a request to try again later. After waiting a few days and trying once more, I submitted my photo ID and cell number as requested but have not received any response. Frustrated, I decided to create a new Facebook account using a different email and a slightly modified professional name. However, before making my first post, Facebook flagged this new account for suspicious activity, and now I am locked out of both accounts. I have been using the same Facebook profile for many years without encountering any issues like this before.

I am a member of Paducah Improv. Last January, we had to remove a member from our group who is also the administrator of our Facebook page. Although we have another editor for the page, we are unable to add new editors or remove the current admin. Lately, this admin changed the profile picture of our group without our consent, which was concerning for us. We would like to have this person removed as the admin or page manager. Claudia H., who is a current page editor, could be assigned as the admin, or I, Sarah H., could take on this role.

Hello, our page, "Chabad Decatur," is in the process of setting up a fundraiser for Facebook's Giving Tuesday. I noticed that when searching on Facebook, there is an organization called "Chabad of Decatur Inc." which is our legal [redacted](c)(3) entity, but it is not linked to our page. I am wondering if our funds will still be matched and if the donations will reach us if we create the fundraiser under that organization.
We submitted our page for registration last Tuesday but are still waiting for approval.

Facebook removed my marketplace ad for brass casings used for reloading. They are cleaned spent shell casings, not ammunition. The platform flagged it as "gun related." Yet, searching for "reloading" revealed numerous ads for reloading presses, gun holsters, and other accessories. Why are those ads allowed while my harmless metal pieces were taken down?
