There is a distressing situation regarding a Facebook page named Henry's Family Fire Theories and Speculations targeting a mother who tragically lost her three children in a house fire over a year ago. The creator of this page unjustly accuses the grieving mother of intentionally causing the fire, despite her heroism in attempting to rescue her children, resulting in severe burns and unconsciousness. The mother is subjected to constant ridicule and criticism on the page for simply trying to move on with her life following such a harrowing ordeal. She has bravely confronted those behind this page multiple times, expressing her distress and pleading for the harassment to cease. It is heartbreaking to witness this ongoing aggression towards someone who has already endured unimaginable trauma. Urgent action is needed to have this hurtful page removed to prevent further harm.

Hello, I have encountered a complex issue with my wife's hacked Facebook account. The hacker attempted to extort money from my contacts, taking advantage of the lack of two-factor authentication. The hacker infiltrated her email, changed the Facebook password, and enabled two-factor authentication with their phone number. Despite providing necessary documentation like passport and ID through the recovery form, we face a roadblock as the 6-digit code for account recovery is sent to the hacker's phone. We urgently seek assistance from a human representative at Facebook who can comprehend the gravity of the situation and aid in restoring access to the account along with its important data. Our primary goal is to regain control over the account and safeguard our information. Your prompt attention and genuine support are highly anticipated. Best regards, Adam

On Wednesday, November 6, [redacted], I received a message on my Facebook Messenger from a friend, Karleigh Cyr, asking to use my phone number to access her own account since her phone was broken. Despite only giving her my phone number and withholding any additional information like my password or email, I found myself logged out of my account shortly after. Despite setting a new password just an hour before, I couldn't log back in. Friends and family have informed me that my account is active and someone else is reading the messages. I even received photos showing friends being asked to block the new account created. To cut a long story short, I simply need my Facebook password reset. I no longer have access to my ymail, which I haven't used for years, and I'm unable to change the password using my phone number. I would appreciate any help with this matter.

My Facebook account was compromised by a person named Zamora Sanchez. They have deleted my photos, changed my email address and password. Despite trying Facebook's recovery steps with no success, they claim there are no issues. Please investigate Zamora Sanchez's profile. I am a dark-skinned Nigerian girl, and fortunately, my videos are still available for viewing. These videos go back to my school days at the University of Lagos, featuring me and my friends. However, the profile now shows pictures of a white woman. A friend received a message from my hacked account. I had to create a new account to alert my friends. Kindly assist me in reclaiming my account promptly to prevent further harm.

I kindly request Facebook to remove the inappropriate and harassing statement made about me and my work. The review left by a lady was intimidating, especially in front of her family and another professional. She posted a wrong picture of a hairstyle which was actually done correctly, as confirmed by the person. I have evidence in the form of before and after pictures. Seeing this review makes me contemplate closing my business page on Facebook. I would appreciate it if Facebook could take down the review and restore the 5-star rating on my page. Thank you.

I have an agency-level business manager account. In the past, I had a client with issues on his personal ad account. I tried creating a new ad account for him through my business manager, but Facebook disabled it due to payment method mismatch. Despite reaching out to customer care (the link is now broken), the issue recurred, leading us to abandon the campaign. Recently, I encountered a problem creating a new ad account for myself. Facebook cited some ad accounts were not in good standing, later identified as the disabled one. I attempted to delete it but found no removal option. In an attempt to resolve this, I accidentally removed myself as the admin and cannot re-add due to Facebook's restriction for only active accounts to have admin rights. I am currently unable to create a new ad account, delete the problematic one, or regain admin access. Any guidance on resolving this predicament would be greatly appreciated.

Our company's Facebook page was unexpectedly deleted. We purchased a cafe and confectionery business from a previous owner who controlled the Facebook page. After a dispute where he removed us as admins, we created a new page that received positive feedback. We asked Facebook to delete the old page, which they did. However, about 5 days ago, our new page was hidden and then vanished because it was deemed similar to a removed site. We have been unable to reach Facebook for clarification. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I would like assistance with removing my brother-in-law's Facebook account following his passing. While I would prefer to keep his profile as a memorial, his daughter is using it to distress our family. Over the months, she has shown signs of mania and delusions, leading to troubling behavior on the platform. Despite our efforts to support her, she continues to post distressing content, and she may have created a fake account in his name. This situation is causing a great deal of stress for us, especially for my elderly in-laws. Friends are contacting us about the posts, which are hurtful. Please reach out to me for support in addressing this issue. Stacey F. [redacted] [redacted]

Hello, I recently had my Facebook page disabled. I acknowledge my mistake in live streaming the boxing match as I was unaware that it was against the website's policies. My page holds valuable photos and videos dating back a decade of deceased family and close friends. It also contains important professional images that I urgently require. My name is Stephen Greaney, and the email associated with the page is [redacted] I am requesting assistance, perhaps by temporarily reopening the page for a day so I can retrieve some of my vital photographs. This situation is distressing for me as there are private photos from the birth of my daughter and a decade worth of memories on the page. Any help to resolve this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you, Stephen Greaney.

I recently discovered that my Facebook account has been disabled without any warning or explanation. I attempted to log in, only to be informed that I am deemed ineligible to use the platform based on its terms of use. Despite numerous attempts to address this issue by submitting my identification and seeking clarification, I only received generic emails stating that the decision to disable my account is final for safety and security reasons. These emails were impersonal, with some signed off as "Thanks" and others seemingly from a person named Mallory. I have forwarded these emails to [redacted] as advised and continue to seek assistance, as Facebook is vital for my communication with some individuals and contains valuable photos spanning years. I have always maintained a positive and respectful presence on the platform, never engaging in political, inappropriate, or offensive behavior. Feeling unjustly disconnected from my account, I am concerned about potential hacking and feel helpless about resolving this issue.

Someone has gained access to an old email account of mine that was linked to my Facebook page around 9 years ago. The individual tried to reset my Facebook password by clicking "forgot password" and received the reset code on the old email they now control. They have changed my login details, created advertisements, and spent £[redacted] boosting them using my money. Although I am still logged in on my phone, I cannot change my password because the primary email is linked to the old compromised email account. I am unable to make any changes or deactivate the account/advertisements as it requires the password, which the hackers have altered. It is frustrating that Facebook does not offer a helpline to speak with a real person to address this issue.

Around 2 to 3 years ago, a friend created a Facebook account with no activity except sharing illegal content via Messenger. The creator has now forgotten the password and lost access to the associated phone number. Concerns arise about the repercussions for the friend who shared the content if discovered. Several friends have reported the account to Facebook, resulting in it becoming non-searchable after 6 to 7 reports. The inquiries are about the effectiveness of this method in making the account disappear and whether it is possible to regain access with the original mobile number in the future.

My name is Adijat Mohammed and I have been using my Facebook account under the same name for many years. Suddenly, I was unable to log in and found my account had been hijacked by a scammer who changed the profile picture and the name to Zamora Sanchez. The email and phone number associated with the account were also altered, making it impossible for me to recover it. Despite reaching out to Facebook for assistance, I have not received any help. The scammer has removed my photos and replaced them with those of a white woman, but my videos remain untouched, showing my true identity as a dark-skinned girl from Nigeria who studied at the University of Lagos. The account was created in [redacted] while I was still a student, and many friends can confirm its authenticity. I am requesting that Facebook either return the account to me or permanently delete it.

On November 1, [redacted], I encountered an issue with logging into my Facebook account as it prompted me to log in after the session timed out. Despite several attempts, I was unable to access my account due to an incorrect password. To recover my account, I tried to log into my email linked to Facebook for a security code but found that the email password had also been changed. Unfortunately, the phone number associated with my account is outdated. I sought assistance from friends to locate my profile without success, only to discover multiple profiles with my name. This unsettling situation leads me to believe my Facebook and email accounts may have been compromised, potentially putting my personal information at risk. I urgently need assistance to recover my account to prevent misuse of my photos and data.

This situation is becoming frustrating. Despite following all the instructions to regain access to my account, I am constantly blocked at each turn. A friend was asked to send $[redacted] under the false pretense that I am unwell and unable to leave the house. Another friend received a message that was completely out of character for me. Additionally, someone noticed that the imposter didn't communicate the way I typically do. I've also noticed that seven other customers are facing the same problem, as indicated on the right side of the screen. Is Facebook a secure platform anymore? Moreover, now I am unable to send a message.

I recently clicked on a link sent by a friend via messenger, which resulted in unusual activity on both my Email and Facebook accounts. Despite changing my passwords, I continued to receive notifications about suspicious behavior on my Facebook account. After changing my password multiple times, the issue seemed to be resolved briefly, but I received another alert about unusual activity. Consequently, I logged out of Facebook on my phone. Unfortunately, I forgot my password when trying to log back in and the password reset emails weren't coming through. After receiving a 6-digit number, I was prompted to generate a code but couldn't access my account to do so. I attempted to use my Authentication App without success. My connected email address with Facebook is [redacted] Thank you.

I suddenly lost access to my Facebook account when it was disabled without warning one day. I have always been careful to follow community guidelines, avoid posting anything inappropriate, and ensure no one's feelings are hurt by my posts or comments. I provided identification to confirm the account's legitimacy. It's concerning that I was deemed ineligible without any explanation. I suspect my account may have been hacked, leading to its disablement. I've submitted it for review, but the timeline for this process is unclear. While I've adjusted to not having Facebook, the mystery of why this happened continues to bother me. I appreciate any assistance or insight from Facebook. Whether this was automated or intentional, I'm trying to see the silver lining in having more time to engage with real people. Thank you, Facebook, regardless.

Respectfully, I am kindly requesting a manual review of my ad account. Approximately four years have passed since my account was deactivated. As a 61-year-old individual striving to earn a living through advertising consultation for local businesses, I acknowledge the mistake I made in a health and wellness ad several years ago. Despite thoroughly familiarizing myself with the Advertising terms of service since then, I receive only automated responses reiterating the same message. The ad in question was not inappropriate but rather inaccurately phrased. Though I admit fault in the unintentional error made in the campaign, I have suffered financial losses during these four years of being banned from advertising on the platform. I have learned from this experience and respectfully request the opportunity to create ads again after this period of reflection.

I am reaching out for the second time regarding an issue with accessing past event invite lists on Facebook. I have been successfully inviting people to music events on Facebook for 8 years, but suddenly, I am unable to see the past events invite lists when trying to invite friends to events I am hosting or co-hosting. Normally, a menu bar appears on the left listing past events I've hosted and invited to, but now it disappears after turning grey. To troubleshoot, I created a new event as the main host but still couldn't access the list. I attempted to access my account from different computers without success and confirmed the issue wasn't affecting others by checking my girlfriend's account, which displayed the past events lists correctly. As someone who organizes events professionally, I rely on these lists for my work. I need this problem resolved promptly to continue my business. For any insights or solutions, please contact me at [redacted]
