Order FID113584 placed on 9/25/[redacted] at 4:08 pm. I received a delivery confirmation email for the flowers I ordered to celebrate my daughter's promotion at work. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered. This has happened multiple times recently, and I had to cancel the order. It seems like the FTD standards have not been upheld. It appears that North Branch MN Floral, your FTD contact, may not be a reliable vendor as they are facing closure. I would recommend partnering with Forest Lake Floral instead. I then made another order, FIB117284 for the Perfect Day Bouquet Deluxe. While it arrived on time, some of the roses wilted within two days, and the bouquet did not match the quality I expected based on your website. The arrangement looked haphazardly put together in a plain vase, rather than the beautiful purple etched vase I had envisioned. I am disappointed with the quality, especially considering the amount I spent. I can no longer trust FTD for important occasions that require significant investment. I am inquiring about the delivery of roses intended for Valentine's Day. I received a call thanking me for the flowers on 2/13/19 instead of 2/14/19, causing confusion. After contacting customer service, they assured me the flowers would be resent on Valentine's Day. Although a confirmation was sent stating the order was delivered, the flowers have not arrived. After subsequent calls, I was informed that the delivery might occur the same night or the next day. The various shipping fees for Wednesday, Friday, and 2/15/19 are also a concern. I am frustrated by the mix-up and seek clarification on the delivery status of the Valentine's Day roses.

Order placed on February 14, [redacted], for Larysa Shurkina with order number FIG181562. Payment account email is [redacted] Multiple emails with photos sent since February 14 without response. Concerning the bouquet received, it is significantly different from the description, with excessive greenery compared to the website's image. Dissatisfied with the discrepancy and the size of greenery in the bouquet received. Express disappointment, especially on the 11th Anniversary. Hoping for a better outcome for a mother's delivery with order number FIF181849 today, although unable to confirm due to her circumstances. On March 26, [redacted], I placed an online order for flowers for a friend recovering from a mastectomy. The delivery was scheduled for March 28, [redacted], and it arrived on time. However, upon inspecting the bouquet, I noticed discrepancies between the flowers received and the ones shown online. I ordered the $50 Sweet Surprises bouquet, totaling over $75 with delivery and tax. Unfortunately, the bouquet consisted mostly of greenery with no roses, not meeting my expectations. I am disappointed by this experience, especially as I chose FTD for its reputation. I have comparison pictures of the ordered and delivered bouquets available for review.

I placed an order for flowers on Thursday, April 4, with delivery scheduled for April 6. However, I received an email indicating that the order couldn't be fulfilled. After speaking with a supervisor, the promise was made for delivery by 9:00 AM on April 7. Upon calling to confirm, I was informed that the order couldn't be completed. I was offered a refund, but this has been my worst experience with FTD. I will not be using their services again, and I urge others to consider this before choosing FTD. The customer service was absolutely terrible.

I recently purchased 12 Assorted Roses for my aunt who is homebound and rarely gets visitors. I make an effort to brighten her days by sending her flowers from FTD. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day with what I believed was a two-day delivery option for a $16 fee and used a $40 Groupon certificate. The total cost after the discount was $24.34 plus the delivery fee. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered on May 12th as I specified, and FTD claimed the delivery date was actually the 25th. Despite my initial order and payment for expedited delivery on the 9th, I was told the earliest they could deliver was the 18th. The disappointment continued when my aunt received the flowers; over half of the roses were wilted, dried up, and only a few were alive. This was not the quality I expected from FTD, and I am requesting a full refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

My parents in Michigan sent flowers to my daughter in Chicago. The order was placed on a Tuesday morning with an upgrade for same-day delivery. Despite being informed it would arrive the next day, it wasn't delivered until 5:05 pm by a nearby florist. The $74 arrangement had wilting mini roses and expired mini tulips, giving the impression that leftover flowers were used. After calling to complain, I was promised a new delivery the following day to my daughter's workplace, but it never arrived. It's disappointing that a large company like FTD didn't stand by their product. With several florists in Chicago, I won't be ordering through FTD again. I have been ordering Christmas flowers from your company for many years. Today, when I tried to place an order, I encountered two issues. Firstly, I had difficulty understanding the representative due to a heavy accent, which led me to call multiple times, only to face the same challenge. Secondly, the call quality was poor, making it hard to hear and verify my order. I was hesitant to provide my credit card details under these circumstances. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with my order, resulting in a loss of a significant amount of money for your business. It is disappointing as I have been a loyal customer of yours for a long time.

I am interested in understanding why FTD, once a high-class reputable online florist, now has customer service representatives who are challenging to communicate with. As a Gold Member, I am concerned about the unexpected $14.99 delivery fee being added to my orders, which I did not authorize. Despite the appealing website, the service provided by FTD has been disappointing. I seek clarification on why my payment for Gold Member benefits does not seem to reflect in the services I receive. I attempted to address this over the phone, but unfortunately, the representative was difficult to understand and was persistent in pushing me to place an order. I placed an order on 12/16 with a delivery set for 12/19. Unfortunately, the order has not arrived yet. I intended for it to be part of a special family gathering to symbolize my presence. I expected it to arrive promptly this morning, but it has not. This is not what I anticipated from FTD. I relied on their good reputation, and I am disappointed that they have not met my expectations for my Christmas gift to my family. I believe a refund is necessary.

I wanted to share my disappointment with the delivery service. The high fee to have my order delivered by noon on Feb 14, along with the $20 shipping charge, was excessive. Today, my flowers arrived without the promised vase, and some were damaged. I believe I deserve a discount or refund due to these issues. Unless your company offers a satisfactory solution, I am unlikely to use your service again in the future.

We received our Valentine's Day flower order on time but were disappointed by the smaller size and fewer flowers than advertised. In the future, we'll visit the shop in person to avoid this issue. The order was for Betty Mangel at [redacted] West 4th St., Waterloo, IA [redacted], filled by Peterson & Tietz Florists and Greenhouses at [redacted] Independence Ave., Waterloo, IA [redacted]. We received a delivery confirmation email from FTD.

I purchased a bouquet online for my friend's birthday on April 8, [redacted]. I paid extra for a full-size card with my text printed on it. Unfortunately, the so-called card was just a folded piece of paper, which shouldn't have incurred an additional charge. Additionally, some of the flowers in the expensive arrangement were already wilting when she received the delivery yesterday. I am disappointed with the product's quality and am kindly asking for a partial refund to address these issues. Thank you for considering my request.

I placed an order (Order number: [redacted]7) for a birthday flower arrangement for my daughter. Today is her birthday, and I want to find out which florist is responsible for making and delivering the flowers. I need the florist's name and phone number to follow up on the order since FTD.com has not been responsive. It's already 5 pm, and the flowers have not been delivered yet even though I ordered them 5 days ago to allow for ample preparation and delivery time.

I spent $85 to send flowers to my mother today, May 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, they arrived almost dead, with most of the buds fallen off. I have been attempting to reach out to FTD customer service without success. I was on hold for nearly an hour, but no one answered. The chat and email options are also not functioning. I am seeking a refund for the poor quality flowers. I have images of the arrangement if needed. FTD's customer service has been incredibly frustrating.

I placed an order for flowers on the 7th to surprise my [redacted]-year-old Aunt on the 8th, but they were not delivered. After contacting customer service, I was informed the flowers were unavailable, but I was never notified. I wish they had informed me earlier so I could have arranged for an alternative gift. The representative suggested I reorder online for delivery today, but the soonest available date is the 12th. It's disappointing that despite being told the flowers were in stock when I ordered, they were not fulfilled as promised. Hopefully, I can find a solution soon to still make my Aunt's day special.

The delivery address was incorrect, so the flowers ended up at a neighbor's house. Thankfully, the honest neighbor brought them to me the next day. Unfortunately, upon receiving the flowers, I noticed they appeared wilted and not in the best condition, possibly due to the long distance they traveled from Miami to Sarasota. The amount of packaging seemed excessive compared to the actual flowers. I had to spend time trimming, cleaning off dead leaves, and arranging the flowers, which was disappointing considering the price my son paid. I shared a photo with my son and would be willing to send one to you as well. In the future, we plan to order directly from a local florist rather than through FTD.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Recent Order Good Afternoon, Regarding Order # [redacted]9, on October 11, [redacted], I ordered the Endless Elegance Bouquet with Vase for my aunt’s funeral services in Loris, South Carolina on October 14th, [redacted], at a cost of $95.03. Although I specifically asked for the bouquet to be delivered before the 2:00 pm service, it arrived late after the service had ended. This failure by ftd.com is unacceptable, especially given the timely order placement. The funeral home informed us of the delivery post-service. As my family resides 2 hours away, the purpose of my order to pay tribute to my deceased aunt was unfortunately missed. I placed an order with order number [redacted]9 for a Gardena plant for a friend who recently lost his father on January 1st. Originally, the delivery date was set for January 12th. I reached out via email to change the delivery date to January 6th but didn't receive a response. After calling the [redacted] number, I was informed it would be delivered on the 6th. Despite this, it did not arrive. Another call led to being told it would come on the 12th. Today, on the 19th, I finally received a tracking number indicating delivery. I paid extra for quicker delivery, and I am extremely disappointed with the delayed service. If I had known, I would have supported a local florist for $91. I am highly upset and dissatisfied with FTD and will be sharing my experience with my friends and on social media. -Nancy M.
