Hello, my name is Aniello Max Esposito. I encountered difficulties reaching you by phone and needed to speak with someone. I am confused why I am labeled as having serious delinquency when I have paid all my debts. During my six months in Italy each year, I do not frequently use my credit card. Despite being 57 years old and never having credit issues before, I received an email informing me that my credit line would not increase due to serious delinquency. It mentioned a few accounts being paid as agreed, some with delinquency, and a lack of recent installment loan information. I would appreciate if you could contact me as these details do not reflect my honest and hardworking nature. Thank you.

Hello, I recently tried to unfreeze my Experian account to apply for an American Airlines credit card, but I faced difficulties accessing it despite several attempts. After contacting Experian, I thought I had successfully unfrozen the account, only to be declined the credit card application even with an excellent credit score. Currently, I find myself locked out of my Experian account as it does not recognize my email, date of birth, or social security number. I am encountering the identical issue with Experian. I have lodged a complaint with the Consumer Finance website. Perhaps this will grab their attention, as their customer support is non-existent. No contact number leads to an actual person. It is beyond frustrating to deal with the unhelpful automated system, especially after entering my credit card details to upgrade my membership. It was a futile effort. Let's proceed with filing a complaint under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The FCRA mandates the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of data in consumer reporting agency files. These agencies include credit bureaus and specialized agencies. I am seeking advice on how removing my daughter as an authorized user from our credit card could impact her credit score. She recently obtained her own credit card from the same company. We are considering this change because our current balance is affecting her credit score negatively. I am unsure if her credit score will drop due to the removal of the "credit history" she gained from being on our account for several years. I am looking to understand the implications of removing my daughter as an authorized user on our credit card since she now has her own card with the same company. By taking her off our account, will this impact her credit score negatively by losing the credit history associated with our card which she has been on for years? We want to remove her because our high balance on the card is affecting her credit as a part-time working college student. Would it be a good idea to do the same for the account that our other daughters are on as well? Both girls are over ** now. The Capital One card includes them all.

My details need updating, but the automated system is not allowing the changes. Experian sent me an email (legitimate, not phishing) to access my free credit report. However, during the login process, I couldn't receive the verification text as my old cell phone number was registered which hasn't been active for a decade. Despite trying the "another way" option, I kept encountering an error message stating, "Oops. We seem to be having a problem." After numerous attempts and navigating through their phone menu, I eventually reached a customer service representative. Unfortunately, she spoke over me and didn't address the issue properly, only informing me that their system was down and to try again in 72 hours. Frustratingly, even after 5 days, the problem remains unresolved.

I recently noticed a charge for a subscription that I cancelled 2 months ago. I assumed the cancellation had processed since there were no charges until now. I had canceled before the trial ended to avoid any issues with your terms and conditions. Please check your records, the cancellation should be there. I am frustrated that this is the second time this has happened after signing up for a trial. Kindly refund the money debited. I don't owe anything as I had canceled the subscription long ago. I am attempting to unfreeze my Experian account, but I have been locked out and cannot log in. I have contacted four different numbers in an attempt to speak with a representative for assistance. Unfortunately, the automated system does not provide an option to connect with a live person or offer a solution to regain access to my Experian account. When I attempt to reset my account, I receive the following message: "Your account has been locked due to too many failed attempts. Please contact us at [redacted] to unlock your account."

Good afternoon, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. When attempting to reset my password, I encounter a message stating: "We could not confirm your identity. We have not been able to verify your application details and identity at this time. Security is of utmost importance to us to safeguard your credit score, report, and personal information." Why was my identity not confirmed? Reasons for unsuccessful identity verification include limited information on the credit report, recent address or name changes, or incorrect responses to identity verification questions. I placed a credit freeze on my Experian report and now want to delete it. It has been a big inconvenience. My email is [redacted] Here is what I have done so far: 1. I logged into my account with [redacted] 2. It does not show an account with my email. 3. Trying to create a new account with the same email says it's already in use. 4. The password I have does not work. 5. I believe I changed the password. 6. The new password is not accepted. 7. I attempted to unlock via voicemail, but it did not work. 8. A message suggested retrieving the pin on a website, but it redirected to a mail process. 9. The credit union says there is a freeze on the account while I am trying to open a CD. Unsure if it was me or another vendor who put it there due to a compromised credit. 10. I reached out to customer service via Twitter, but they are closed today and requested a direct message. My husband and I are dealing with identity theft and do not have a credit card. My husband wanted to monitor his credit report, so my dad allowed him to use his credit card to subscribe to the Experian app. Now, my husband is currently incarcerated, and the monthly charges for the subscription are still being deducted from my dad's account. We have tried contacting the 1-[redacted] number linked to the Experian App on my dad's account numerous times to stop the charges, but we have been unsuccessful in reaching a human. Any suggestions?

On October 1st, I attempted to remove the freeze on my account as shown online. After 12 days, Chase credit card still indicates it is frozen. Despite spending hours today on the phone, I was unable to speak with a live representative and was led to incorrect extensions that did not resolve my issue. I believed I could easily unfreeze my account as needed, but it seems this is not the case. Even after navigating the website extensively, the problem persists. Despite previous issues, I was able to sign in on 10.2.22 to freeze my account and received a member ID, which I couldn't find where to input. After multiple unsuccessful login attempts, I opted to create a new account. Although I reset the password, I faced another challenge during the verification process. I'm frustrated by the recurring issues accessing my account and urgently need to lift the freeze on my report. I'm perplexed by the ongoing login troubles. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Despite providing accurate answers to the questions later on with a different representative, I am locked out of my account for 72 hours. I have raised four disputes with Experian regarding Cedars Business Services. Certified letters were sent to the debt collector and Experian, but only Experian seems to have not taken any action. Despite three disputes, Experian has failed to provide any confirming documentation regarding the presence of Cedars Business Services on my credit report. While TransUnion and Equifax have removed the entry, Experian has not followed suit. TransUnion even sent me information justifying the removal, unlike Experian. I urge Experian to address this issue promptly.

I have a fraud alert on my consumer report through your organization. The phone numbers listed for companies to verify my identity are incorrect. This has caused me to be denied credit extension. I am having trouble accessing my account. I am unable to retrieve my ID and password as they are misplaced. When attempting to recover them, it states that my birthday and social security number are mismatched. I am 74 years old, and they have always been correct. I also need to verify if my address was updated when I moved in [redacted] and make corrections, if necessary. My previous email was [redacted], and my old ID, which is not working, is [redacted] I require assistance from a representative to resolve these issues and update my address since I am unable to log in. I have my pin number but have not found a place to input it. I would like to speak with a customer service representative.

I am unable to access my account. The Experian website indicates that my username and password are invalid. When I try to reset the password, it asks for the username, but my username is not recognized. After requesting my username, the email is sent, but then the loop starts again. I am frustrated as I cannot reach a live person after multiple attempts through the automated phone system. This issue has persisted for more than 2 weeks.
