Good morning,
We were scheduled to check in at the Gallivant Hotel NYC on Monday, May 15th, for a 7-night stay. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency on our United Airlines flight, we missed our connecting flight and couldn't make it to the hotel on the 15th. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them by phone, their voicemail was full, so I sent an email to inform them of our delayed arrival on the following night. Upon our arrival on Tuesday the 16th, we were informed that our booked Queen room was given away because they assumed we wouldn't show up. Antonio offered us a smaller alternative initially but then promised to accommodate us in the originally booked room the next day. A single functioning elevator caused delays, and the lobby carpet was worn out. Our room was cramped with a large air conditioner on the floor. The working elevator later broke down, adding to the inconvenience. The noisy adjacent nightclub and overall chaotic situation made us feel unsafe and dissatisfied. After discussing with Antonio, we decided to leave, and he agreed to a full refund. However, when Alphonso, the receptionist, processed the refund, he realized we had booked through Expedia instead of Qantas as we thought. We respectfully request a refund as the hotel experience did not meet our expectations.

We had a vacation booked through Expedia that involved multiple flight connections. Despite being notified of a flight time change, we encountered issues upon arrival for our flight from Marseille to Edinburgh. The Lufthansa staff informed us that there was no reservation for the early morning flight as indicated in the email from Expedia. We had to purchase new tickets from Swiss Airlines, costing $[redacted] each, to reach our destination. Additionally, upon checking our return flight, we were informed that the Newark flight had been cancelled. After a lengthy conversation with Expedia, our return tickets were reinstated. We are requesting a refund of $1,[redacted] for the alternative flight tickets and reimbursement for the Best Western Hotel booking near Marseille Airport, where we were unable to board the 7:00 a.m. flight.

I have a confirmation for my stay at the S. F. Holiday Inn Golden Gateway, and I was wondering if there is an option for online check-in. We are arriving at the San Francisco airport at 10 PM on Monday, and I am concerned about making it to the hotel on time. After driving for 6 hours from Atlanta GA to New Orleans, LA, I arrived at Wyndham West Bank Esy where I had a hotel room booked for May 13-14 through the ASAP Tickets app. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the room I was shown was dirty, smelly, and had an insecure entry door, making me feel unsafe. The surrounding area had homeless beggars, was noisy, and unclean, prompting me to seek accommodation elsewhere in Slidell, LA for the night. Despite not signing for the room and canceling before leaving, my bank card was charged $[redacted]. I am requesting a full refund due to feeling deceived by false advertising. I used Expedia to book a hotel, and everything seemed fine until I tried to access my itinerary. While I can view it on the website, the app shows an error and the hotel's website says "details not found." I have paid in full and received a confirmation email from Expedia. I have a couple of questions regarding my reservation at Windjammer in St. Lucia from May 21st to May 24th. It seems that an additional day was mistakenly added to my booking, as I have a return flight scheduled for the 24th. I need assistance in adjusting this error without canceling my reservation. Additionally, I am interested in adding the all-inclusive option to my stay, but I am unsure how to do this in advance for the first three days of my visit. I made a reservation and payment at Timhotel Eiffel Tours on May 19. Despite not receiving booking confirmation from Expedia or Timhotel for my stay on May 24-26, [redacted], I reached out to the hotel and they had no record of it. Consequently, I rebooked directly with them and unintentionally made a duplicate reservation. Today, the hotel confirmed they have both bookings in their system.
I am seeking a refund from Expedia for the duplicated booking and wish to cancel it. I have not been successful with Expedia's automated responses and need to contact a representative via email for assistance.

I recently made two bookings on your website, and this weekend someone from Expedia attempted to charge my credit card. Subsequently, airlines like Spirit and Frontier Airlines made various unauthorized charges. While searching for a flight to Sacramento, I stumbled upon what I thought was a good deal. As I was in the process of filling out my information for flight D1F25T, my daughter found a better flight option for me. However, a few days later, I received an email from Expedia stating they were going to charge me $[redacted]. I regret to inform you that the Evergreen hotel experience in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee was disappointing. Upon arrival, the conditions were not as advertised, with dirty rooms, a safety hazard by the elevator, and a closed breakfast area used for storage due to renovations by Wyndham. These unforeseen circumstances led to us seeking alternative accommodations and subsequently requesting a refund of $[redacted].00. As a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, this situation significantly impacted our vacation plans, forcing us to spend an additional $[redacted].00 at another hotel. This unforeseen expense has disrupted our trip, depleting our budget for planned activities. We kindly ask for the refund to be processed promptly to our REGIONS ACCOUNT so that we can salvage the remaining days of our vacation.

On April 23rd, we made a reservation for the Shinjuku Golden Gai Food Tour in Tokyo, costing $[redacted].58, scheduled for 5 PM on May 9th. Around 4:00, we took a taxi to 3-38-1 Shinjuku, Tokyo [redacted] as indicated on the Expedia voucher. According to the instructions, we were supposed to meet the guide outside the Police Station, or Koban, in front of the Red Post Box. Despite arriving at the Koban by 4:15, we were informed by the police that we were in the wrong place and were directed elsewhere. After spending 45 minutes searching for the guide without success, we even attempted the alternate address provided on the website: [redacted] Shinjuku City. In my communication with the vendor, Arigato Japan, they have acknowledged the error on Expedia's part and are working to resolve it. I need assistance canceling a reservation for Michelle Taylor at Motel 6 in Lincoln City. The reservation is for June 12-13, and we have had difficulties getting it canceled. We made a hotel room reservation and were promised a conference room for a deposition. I thought I was speaking with a hotel booking agent. When attempting to cancel the room because the attorney needed to due to the unavailability of the conference room, we were instructed to contact Expedia as the reservation was made through them. None of the numbers we reached out to were identified as being from Expedia, all were listed on the hotel's website. How can I confirm if the booking was indeed made through Expedia using the itinerary number?

I made a car rental reservation through Expedia on 2/25/23 for Sunday, March 12, 23, with NextCar at [redacted] McCoy Road, Orlando, FL, USA. My itinerary number is #[redacted][redacted]. I paid $[redacted].50 via AMEX at Expedia Checkout on the same day. However, upon arrival at NextCar, they refused to accept my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD for payment and insurance. I usually only use AMEX while traveling. I was surprised by this as the email from Expedia mentioned I would pay $[redacted].47 at the rental counter. Since I did not receive any service from NextCar due to payment issues, I chose to rent from Budget Rental Car at Orlando Airport instead. I am requesting a full refund of the $[redacted].50 deposit made through Expedia as I did not rent anything from NextCar. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why Expedia would recommend a company with such poor service.

I booked an excursion via Expedia in Cancun, Mexico with hotel pick-up included. I initially emailed for pick-up details but received no response. I managed to confirm the time over the phone with the concierge. Despite waiting early, the driver never arrived. I tried contacting the local tour company multiple times but didn't get through. Hi, I require technical assistance with my Expedia account to consolidate all my booked flights into the app on my iPhone. Three years ago, I made separate flight reservations under three different email addresses. First, in [redacted], I used [redacted] to sign up for an account when booking a flight. Recently, in [redacted], I made two more flight bookings using [redacted] for a trip to Chicago and [redacted] for a trip to Maui.
