Virginia St, Reno, I wanted to mention that this location seems to cater to homeless individuals and transient lodgers. There were disturbances such as drug-related activities, fights, and even drive-by incidents near my children. The room had numerous cockroaches which made it unpleasant to stay in, even after cleaning. I suggest that the establishment be thoroughly reviewed before accepting any further bookings to ensure a safe and suitable environment for guests.

I had reserved a car with Fox Car Rental through Expedia from May 27th to 30th using Itinerary [redacted][redacted]. I paid $80 for the booking. However, Fox refused to honor the reservation, citing the need for my full name on the credit card for the deposit. My name, Colleen Francis-Whitter, is too long to fit on a card, and they did not accept any of my cards. As a result, I had to book an Uber to and from my hotel. An email from Jose at Expedia Group's logging support team on May 31, [redacted], confirmed the communication. However, we have not received any updates from Expedia since checking out of the hotel three days ago. We are requesting a prompt refund due to booking discrepancies, unsatisfactory conditions, and cleanliness issues.

I tried to book a hotel for July 28th and believed I had successfully done so. However, I discovered that the date had changed between when I selected it and when I finalized the booking. I mistakenly booked a room at Best Western in North Myrtle Beach from June 1st to June 2nd when I meant to book it for June 9th through June 10th. I made a reservation in Paris from 3/5 to 3/8 at The Charming Trocadero Eiffel Tower Hotel. Upon arrival, it was apparent that it wasn't a hotel. After a lengthy process to retrieve the key, I found the place unclean with blood on the walls and no working heat. Following discussions with Expedia through virtual chat, the owner promised a refund within 7-10 business days. However, it has been more than 3 months, and despite having written confirmation in the chat, no refund has been issued. Despite multiple attempts, contacting Expedia has not resolved the issue.
