I need to cancel my hotel reservation at the Beachside Resort Hotel in Gulf Shores, Alabama. I have been dealing with Stay for Long, which I believe is affiliated with your company, for over 4 hours trying to resolve issues with my booking. Despite being on hold for most of the time, I have been unable to cancel the reservation myself. Stay for Long has notified me that my reservation may be canceled if I do not address the payment issue today. I have already booked with another hotel after spending so much time on the phone. Please cancel my reservation and refund the $21. If Expedia does not cancel it promptly, I will have to take further action to prevent any unauthorized charges.

Upon our arrival, we were informed that the room we reserved was not available. After some discussion, they managed to secure a different room for us. Unfortunately, the room we were given did not meet our standards. The main problem was a security issue related to the broken or missing door latch. Additionally, the mattress was uncomfortable and visibly worn down. To make matters worse, several elevators were out of service, and we had to use the only functioning one, which was vandalized and had a strong smell of urine. This experience fell far short of what anyone would expect from a reputable establishment.

I had booked a rental car insurance for October 4th, [redacted], but had to cancel due to unforeseen family circumstances. I attempted to contact your office earlier to request a cancellation and refund, but was unable to reach anyone until 10 am. Hello, I recently attempted to purchase flight tickets, but encountered an issue during the payment process. A message appeared in red letters stating, “Sorry we weren’t able to complete your booking, please wait and try again.” Despite receiving a confirmation email from the airline and having a reservation confirmation code, I am yet to receive the actual tickets. I've attempted multiple times to update my email address without success. The system keeps sending me in circles. Even on the App, when I try to change it in my "Account" by clicking on "update personal details," it prompts me to sign in again. After entering the code sent to my old email, it just repeats the process. At one point where I could enter the new email, an error message appeared saying "something went wrong." This process has been frustratingly difficult to navigate.

We had a frustrating experience checking in at Olympia Inn. Despite booking online, the staff insisted they didn't accept online reservations. After a back-and-forth, we had to use the receptionist's phone charger as ours were dead. They repeatedly asked us to leave the lobby, insinuating we did something wrong. Eventually, someone from the hotel came out with a paper confirming our booking, which caused further confusion about the payment. Unfortunately, the encounter left us without cash, relying on the hotel for help. Even though the situation was stressful and inefficient, we were treated poorly and felt unheard. It led to an uncomfortable and inconvenient night, waiting outside until morning. We hope the hotel can make amends for our ordeal by offering us a few complimentary nights. The lack of communication and disrespect towards us was unwarranted, and we believe the hotel should rectify the situation by compensating us for the trouble we faced.

We recently booked a package deal with Expedia and encountered an issue with United Airlines tickets stating the gates were not assigned at Terminal 1 in SFO. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss our flight to Puerto Vallarta. Expedia is requesting written proof that United Airlines does not operate at Terminal 1 in SFO, which can easily be confirmed by contacting SFO directly. Due to this inconvenience, we had to purchase additional tickets through Alaska Airlines to reach Puerto Vallarta without staying overnight in SFO. Could you please advise what documentation we need to provide in order to receive a credit for the new tickets? Thank you.

I made a booking for an all-inclusive trip to Allegro Cozumel but realized it might not be the right resort. I canceled within 5 minutes and got my flight refunded. I am now asking for a refund of the resort booking fee since the cancellation was quick. I later realized it was the correct resort and rebooked, resulting in double payment. On March 17, [redacted], I RSVP'd and paid $[redacted].10. We stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Boone from last Friday for two nights until we checked out last Sunday. I later discovered they charged me $[redacted].74 for the two nights I had already paid for on March 17 via Expedia online. I am disappointed by the double charge that has affected my account. I recently stayed at Buffalo Bills in Primm, Nevada from September 10th to the 12th. After checking my statement, I noticed that I was charged twice on the same day for the same room. I attempted to book a HAM-LON flight through Expedia but encountered issues with payment processing. Hello, my name is Luis R Soberats, and I made a reservation on October 23rd, [redacted], for Everline Resort and Spa in Olympic Valley (North Tahoe) from December 19th to 24th, [redacted]. I booked it on my work computer as a guest without signing in.
The issue is that I haven't received my confirmation number and the itinerary number, which should include the airline schedule. I feel lost now. I have spent over 13 hours on the phone trying to resolve a booking issue, only to now face an additional charge of [redacted]. Despite the company's attempt to compensate me by offering something for free, I was still wrongly charged. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and would like to speak with a representative to ensure I receive the trip I paid for. I am unable to reach a customer service representative by phone despite following the provided instructions. Even after dialing "1" and entering my itinerary number, I was met with a continuous recorded message. My reservation for a car with Europcar in Bourges, France was for October 7 to October 15. Upon arrival, we discovered the previous Europcar location had burned down 2 years ago without any update on the new address. We were informed by a taxi driver that it was 13 km away, which we couldn't reach. Upon returning to the hotel by taxi, I canceled the rental, but the Collision Damage Plan charge of $[redacted].00 from July, [redacted] remains. Expedia provided two contact numbers for Generali, the third party managing the plan, 1-[redacted] and 1-[redacted]. Unfortunately, both numbers only give automated responses with no option for my refund issue. I require assistance to resolve this matter.

I am having trouble reaching a person by phone using my itinerary number ***************. I followed the instructions provided, but the recorded voice kept talking. My car rental reservation with Europcar in Bourges, France for an October * pick up to an October ** drop off in Saumur, France ran into an issue. When we arrived at the address provided on October *, we discovered that the Europcar agency had burnt down about * years ago. Their response requests that we contact our booking agent for an amended voucher to proceed with the changes to our reservation. I have reservations for three rooms at Mahagiri Resort Nusa Lembongan, Bali, originally scheduled for November 22/23. I need to change the dates to November 21/22 due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted the US Travel Team for assistance, and they informed me that the hotel couldn't be reached, and no refund could be provided. However, I managed to contact the resort via What's App, and they advised me to have my agent send an amended voucher to alter the booking. I have lost access to the email I used when booking my roundtrip American Airlines flight from El Paso, TX to Seattle, WA. Additionally, I've replaced the VISA debit card I originally used for the booking. Consequently, I am unable to access my itinerary. However, I remember the departure times: 12:20 departure from El Paso to Seattle on November 2, and 5:05 departure from Seattle to El Paso on November 10.
