I am Gary B., and although I created the Friends of the Historic Columbia River Highway account 10 years ago, the real owner is Jeanette K. It seems your system doesn't allow me to update this. Kindly switch Jeanette K. from "Legacy Admin" to "Owner" and myself from "Owner" to "Legacy Admin" promptly. Thank you for your assistance in making this crucial adjustment to our account!

I am a member of a small group of women called the Shamanic SiStars who are organizing retreats in our local area. Being in charge of technology and marketing, I realized a mistake was made by setting up two separate email accounts. I intended to have them as aliases, all going to the same inbox, to manage event communication effectively. However, unknowingly, I cancelled the wrong email, which was linked to our Eventbrite account where we have already sold tickets for our upcoming retreat. Despite trying to rectify the situation by undoing the cancellation, I am unable to access the account. I understand now that I needed to transfer ownership beforehand. I urgently need to regain access to the Eventbrite account to finalize arrangements for the event and ensure everyone involved is compensated accordingly. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Darrell Walker, and I work as an event coordinator in Los Angeles. I'm reaching out personally because my Eventbrite account under the email [redacted] was mistakenly suspended. I have been using Eventbrite for four years without any issues until now. Unfortunately, my largest upcoming event is at risk due to this suspension. My account was suspended because of another website selling tickets, which I had no knowledge of, and when I inquired about it, I did not receive a satisfactory response. I find this situation to be unfair as I have been a loyal user for four years, followed all regulations during the pandemic, and now that California is reopening, my account is suspended for something beyond my control. It feels like Eventbrite is undermining my business. I have already taken steps to involve legal assistance in this matter.

Hello, my name is Darrell Walker, and I work as an event coordinator in Los Angeles. I am reaching out because my account on Eventbrite was suspended unfairly. I have been a loyal Eventbrite user for four years without any prior issues. However, my upcoming event, crucial to my career, is now at risk. The suspension was triggered by another website selling tickets, a situation I was completely unaware of and did not participate in. When seeking clarification, I did not receive a satisfactory response. This suspension is unjust given my track record of compliant event hosting. I feel that my business is being harmed by Eventbrite's actions. I have initiated legal proceedings to address this matter.

My employer, The Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, has been using Eventbrite successfully for years to sell event tickets. Normally, we receive a check promptly after the event, and I can access payout records dating back to [redacted]. However, for the last three events - Arts and Macrons on May 9, [redacted], Photo Transfer Workshop on June 13, [redacted], and Behind The Scenes with MOCA on July 15, [redacted] - we have not received any payout records or funds from Eventbrite. This delay is causing issues as we are unable to pay the artists involved in these events as per our non-profit charter guidelines. Urgent assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Kim Hurt, Social Media Content Manager & Pop-Up Gallery Director

I tried to access an event I purchased a ticket for at the Sonoma Valley Authors Conference but encountered difficulties. Despite having a ticket, I was unable to log in and was repeatedly informed I did not possess a ticket. This issue has recurred at previous conferences and with an event in Los Angeles through Eventbrite. I suggest reviewing your listing on gethuman.com, as it lacks transparency. My experience aligns with the 92% negative rating your customer service has received on Trustpilot. The distribution is as follows: Excellent 4%, Great <1%, Average 1%, Poor 2%, Bad 92%. It's essential to address these concerns to improve customer satisfaction.

I've been using Eventbrite for the Hopkins Festival events since April 10, [redacted]. Recently, I received an email from Eventbrite addressed to my colleague William Adamson about a payout of €50 for the G.M. Hopkins society Celebrity Concert. However, there is no record of this payout in the Eventbrite Reports. I have checked my Bank Details on the Eventbrite Dashboard, and everything appears correct. Despite trying to update my payout information, I am unable to find where to insert my banking details on the platform after spending an hour on it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I encountered issues with the events section on the restaurant websites. After informing the restaurant staff about this, they directed me to eventbrite.com. Consequently, I registered for the Christmas Parade event at Cafe Ole on 11/26, but my receipt shows a booking at the Westin instead. I did not intend to book at the Westin due to menu restrictions related to my husband's allergies. I am uncertain if the confirmation is erroneous or if bookings are linked. Though the policy indicates no refunds or swaps, the error was not my doing. The malfunction of the event section under each website, seemingly back to June [redacted], must be rectified to avoid such mistakes. Kindly adjust my reservation to Cafe Ole. Name: N. Dembinski Conf. [redacted] [redacted] Email: [redacted]

I requested a refund for a Botox class scheduled for Saturday, November 20th in Charleston, SC through EventBrite. The class was initially advertised as a full day of learning with live demonstrations and practice from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. However, upon contact with Empire Medical Training Organization, I discovered it was only a 4-hour session for live practice, with pre-course material to review independently. The class did not match the description provided on EventBrite, and I am seeking a refund I requested over a month ago. -Sharmaine F.

I bought tickets for a New Year's Eve event at Suite Lounge in Atlanta, GA (order #[redacted]) for $59.54 (2 tickets). I later realized this doesn't guarantee us a seat or table. As my wife and I are both 70 years old, standing for the whole event is not ideal. We were planning to have dinner and celebrate, but it seems difficult now. Can you please refund us? We are on a fixed income and can't afford to lose this money. We're already making a sacrifice to attend. Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

On November 14, [redacted], I attended a concert at St. John's Wood Synagogue and purchased a ticket for £40 plus a booking fee of approximately £3.00. The payment reference number is [redacted], processed at 18:26. I have noticed that the payment has not been deducted from my account yet. My card was recently misplaced, but NatWest Bank assured me that they can still process the payment using the same card details from that evening. Kindly proceed with deducting the payment at your earliest convenience, as I prefer to settle my obligations promptly. Please confirm the amount to be charged and notify me if any issues arise. I will contact the concert organizers for their bank details, as they have offered, to directly make the payment. Thank you. Edith U.

As an Eventbrite customer, I am facing a significant issue. Despite being promised a quick response, I have not received any assistance yet. The problem lies in our account status being incorrectly set to Professional instead of Essential, leading to Eventbrite deducting 12% from our ticket sales. We are a small community theater, and all our proceeds go to local charities. We only require features from the Essentials list and feel unjustly charged the 12%. Our theater group is Los Alamos Theatre, and we host 2 plays annually with an audience capacity of 30-36. To date, all payouts have been made to us without acknowledgment of our claim. We urge Eventbrite to address this matter promptly. Please contact us at [redacted] Thank you.

I recently bought tickets for the Drag Brunch at the Town House located at [redacted] Veterans Square, Media, PA [redacted]. However, upon arrival, the manager was incredibly rude and stated that I was not on the event list. Despite providing a printed confirmation clearly indicating two General Admission tickets under my name with the order details, the manager still refused entry and argued with me. Due to this unacceptable experience, I am requesting a refund of $54.67 for the event that I was unable to attend. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Regards, Jack M. I encountered an issue while trying to purchase tickets for the Field to Vase dinner at the Fern Trust event. Initially, I entered all the required details but had to step away to locate my guest's contact information. Upon returning, I found that my previous information was no longer there, so I re-entered my details as well as my guest's. However, the system then prompted me to add two more guests, assuming I wanted four tickets. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to start fresh and correct this. As of now, the ordering page has all the necessary information, including my credit card details, but I only need to purchase two tickets for the dinner scheduled for November 5, [redacted], in Seville, Florida. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I attended a Holotropic Breathing session with Logan Thomas Scott on Sunday, July 27th in San Rafael. The location was an office space that didn't feel like a healing environment. Despite this, I proceeded with the session. The facilitator seemed knowledgeable, but during breaks, he discussed dissociation and multiple personality disorder, which felt unrelated. He mentioned having autism, which I thought might explain the tangents. However, he has since sent me three unsettling emails questioning my emotions during the session and accusing me of ill intentions. I am troubled by this. I attempted to contact Eventbrite for assistance but was unsuccessful. I have reached out to the event host for a refund and support, but the limited space provided hindered me from fully expressing my concerns. My order details are: Holotropic Breathwork for Healing & Spiritual Practice (Private, In-Person) on Sun, Jul 24, 3:30 PM PDT, Order #[redacted] ($[redacted].37) purchased on Sat, Jul 23, 8:59 PM.

I encountered issues purchasing a ticket package for Bela Fleck at Maymont in Richmond, VA on September 1st. I attempted to buy a $65 ticket and VIP parking but received a payment error message despite correct information. After multiple failed attempts, I was charged on my Visa card without receiving an email confirmation or ticket. Can someone assist me with this situation? Thank you, Anthony F. [redacted] [redacted]

I accidentally purchased two tickets for the Comedy For A Cause event in Port Charlotte, Florida on September 9th. I made the mistake due to the confusing process on Eventbrite's website. After completing an order and seeing a spinning green circle with no confirmation, I thought the transaction didn't go through, so I repeated the process. However, to my surprise, I later found out that both purchases went through PayPal. I kindly request a refund for one of the tickets. The Transaction IDs are 3R721704SB298432T and 3YD[redacted]723W.

I am incredibly disappointed about our experience at the Hot Air Balloon Festival. We purchased tickets online in advance for our family of four, thinking it would save us money, only to find out upon arrival that kids 12 and under were actually free. This crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere on the website or ticket page, resulting in us paying almost $50 unnecessarily. We also paid for parking, which turned out to be a waste as we ended up using the free parking and shuttle service due to traffic. As a teacher, every dollar counts for our family, and this unexpected extra cost was frustrating. The event's lack of clear information about tickets for children and disorganization with parking left us feeling like we wasted about $60 before even entering the festival.

I recently registered for several events on Eventbrite for job training but did not create an account, only used my email. Now I can't access my tickets because it asks me to log in but I never received any booking confirmations. When I try to log in with my email, it prompts me to set a password but I'm not getting any emails from Eventbrite. I've checked the help center, there are no typos in my email, and I can't figure out why I'm not receiving the emails. I'm stuck and can't find a way to contact them.
