I purchased tickets for the Fantasy of Lights Drive through at Vasona County Park through parkhere.org. I received a receipt confirming my payment, but I have not yet received the actual tickets. When I try to log in, I am prompted to create a password via email, but I have not received any email. I suspect there might be an issue with the email address I used to purchase the ticket, [redacted], and the default email address on Paypal, which is [redacted] (they are the same company, just with a different address format). I purchased a ticket for an event at the Camelot Theater in Palm Springs, CA on Friday, December 2, [redacted]. The event was scheduled for 5:00 pm on the same day. I am frustrated because the event was canceled, but the listing was not removed. I do not want a credit for a future event; I want a refund of the $[redacted].00 I spent. This is the second time I have had a negative experience with Eventbrite. It's disappointing.

I recently joined a food tour in Lisbon that promised to showcase the best of Portuguese cuisine, complete with a variety of dishes, wines, and insightful information from a local guide. Disappointingly, the experience fell short as we were only taken to one venue without the promised culinary journey across different regions. Dear Team, I am experiencing an issue with my recent ticket purchase. Prior to finalizing the purchase on your website, the tickets were personalized for each of the 4 individuals in my group. However, after completing the purchase and receiving the email confirmation, the PDF ticket attachment now shows only my name repeated 4 times. I am concerned whether the tickets are still personalized correctly or if there is a mistake that might cause issues on the day of the event. Hello, I accidentally started a 15-day trial period for a marketing service without fully understanding what it entails. I have a couple of questions: 1) What happens after this trial period ends? Will I automatically be enrolled in a subscription? If so, I would like to unsubscribe now. 2) Is it possible to pause or stop the trial period? The timing isn't great for me at the moment, as my event is on February 4th. Ideally, I would like to start the trial on January 21st, two weeks before the event. My mother gave me a ticket to an event, but I am unable to attend on that day. She created it under her account with my name instead of gifting it. Since the next event date isn't out and I need a refund, I face issues transferring the ticket to my account to proceed. Despite contacting the event host, they mentioned it's an Eventbrite ticket issue. The event costs $[redacted], and rebuying is not an option. I don't want to upset my mother or miss a friend's wedding. The lack of support from Eventbrite adds to my distress. I comprehend the push for less human interaction but struggle to guide my non-tech-savvy mum through fixing this over the phone.

I bought tickets for Ladies Night Out at Marty's Bar in Mexia, Texas on March 4, [redacted], but mistakenly entered my email address as "[redacted]" instead of my correct email "[redacted]" Due to the error, I did not receive the confirmation email for the purchase of the two tickets.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am hosting the event "Holz als neuer Werkstoff" and I am encountering issues with the direct debit (SEPA) payment option on Eventbrite. Despite selecting it during registration, I keep receiving an error message stating "Please enter correct IBAN" even though I have verified the account owner and IBAN multiple times. Hello, I had a disappointing experience with an event organizer whom I asked for a refund. Despite their initial confirmation of providing refunds, they have now failed to fulfill their promise. Below is the email I sent requesting an explanation for their change of behavior and emphasizing my right to a refund based on their policy. I expressed my concern about the treatment of individuals with disabilities and requested a full refund as I did not receive any services in exchange for the payment. I am dissatisfied with the handling of this situation and expect an apology and my refund promptly. This experience on Eventbrite was unpleasant, and I do not wish to deal with this event organizer again. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Eventbrite account. I am unable to log in or create a new account, therefore, I cannot access support. The reset password link is not working as my email cannot be found. The create a new account option is not working either because my email is already in use. I also attempted logging in using Google, but it gives me an error message to try later. I have tried multiple times and would like to have the technical problem with my login fixed. Thank you.

I ordered tickets with the following ticket number: #[redacted] in early April. On the 19th of April, the tickets were canceled, and a refund request was made under #[redacted]9. Unfortunately, this request has not been addressed to date. Further attempts to contact the organizer via email or contact form have been unsuccessful. I am experiencing issues with my login for an event registration I have successfully completed. I am unable to access my account to join the event as the system does not recognize my email address. I suspect I may have two accounts under [redacted] and [redacted], but I only received confirmation for the former. I registered for an event today the 16th and another on the 18th. The email notice is asking me to login to connect, but it's not accepting my email address. I suspect I have two accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] I used the former to register and got confirmation. However, when logging in, it initially says my password is invalid. When I click "forgotten," I receive a link but still can't log in with my email address. I tried creating a new account, but it won't accept either email. The error message simply says, "whoops – something went wrong." There's a Melbourne office, but no contact information. Can you pass this on to someone who can assist? I had a well-described event planned through a flyer, but someone misinterpreted the information and reported it as fraudulent, leading to its cancellation and ticket refunds. Despite clear event details, this individual seemed to have misunderstood or had ulterior motives. Unfortunately, Eventbrite did not reach out to me to address the situation, and guests are now questioning why their tickets were refunded. I am unable to access my account, leaving me feeling helpless in resolving this issue and salvaging my ruined event.

I have tried contacting Eventbrite multiple times via email and phone to address an issue with a ticket I purchased for a canceled event in Austin on March 30th. Despite receiving a quick refund for the ticket, there were three unauthorized withdrawals totaling $[redacted] following the refund.
