Dear Info and Kristina,
I am reaching out regarding Kristina Ciplinskaite's experience with her credit card payment for the Jazz Festival ticket at Roulette in New York City. I am willing to cover the full fee using my Bank of America MasterCard. Kristina and her boyfriend are in the city for the festival, staying with me. While her boyfriend's payment was successful, hers was rejected. I kindly request guidance on how to ensure Kristina can also participate in the event.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best,
Judith Weiss

I need to update the email address on my Eventbrite account from email address A to email address B. When attempting to make the change to email address B, I receive a message indicating that there is already an account linked to that email. However, I am certain that email address B is new and not in use.
I have tried the password reset process, but I do not receive the reset link despite checking spam, refreshing, and logging in and out multiple times. As email address B is a Gmail account, I attempted to log in with Google to address this, but I cannot delete the account without a password. When trying to add a password, I do not receive the password reset link as promised.
I believe I need assistance from customer support to resolve this issue as it appears to be beyond my control. None of the available help center resources cover my specific problem, and there is no available email contact. The Eventbrite account associated with email address A has only hosted free events, and I understand that customer service is primarily for paid event hosts.

In [redacted], I purchased 2 tickets through Eventbrite for the Psy-Fi Festival. The event got rescheduled multiple times due to Covid-19, but in [redacted], it was canceled just two weeks before as the city revoked its rights. This happened in August [redacted]. Despite promises of refunds, it's now June [redacted], and I've received 5 emails asking for patience, with most people still waiting for their refunds. I've reached out to the Psy-Fi organization six times for more information, but they've only mentioned they are working on it without any further details. The refund option on Eventbrite is disabled, and many users, as explained on the festival's Facebook page, cannot even access their Eventbrite accounts.
The lack of communication and delays in refunding have left me in a difficult financial situation. I hope to finally receive the refund promised since 10 months ago for an event that was supposed to occur nearly 3 years ago. I've also tried contacting Eventbrite without success as there is no helpline available. I feel anxious and desperate to resolve this issue and would be grateful for any advice.
Warm regards and thank you in advance for your help!

I signed up for the Lungs&You event on June 22 at 2 pm but faced issues accessing the Zoom session as the Eventbrite page did not provide a link. I did not receive a second email with the Zoom link or phone number, which made it impossible for me to join the event. When I contacted BI for help, they mentioned that they often receive calls about this problem with Lungs & You Eventbrite events. I am now registered for the July 11 event and need assistance on how to access it. I hope to connect successfully this time and not encounter the same issue again.

I have an account that I haven't used in 12 to 14 years. I signed up on United Healthcare Advantage to watch a free dance program at 2 PM ET today. I received an email confirming my sign-up and was asked to get my tickets for the information. However, when I tried to sign in and reset my password, the system prompted me to list my old password, which I do not have a record of, making it impossible for me to set a new password. This has resulted in a frustrating experience dealing with the customer service, leaving me dissatisfied. If this were a purchase transaction, I would consider reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau.

I paid for an event through Eventbrite that was shared in a Meetup group. Assuming it was a Meetup event, I later found out it was actually a private Eventbrite event promoted on Meetup. The event was meant for older women to socialize and make friends. By the day before, only one other person had RSVPed besides the host from the Meetup group. I decided not to attend and asked for a refund. Despite the Eventbrite page stating to contact the organizer for a refund with no restrictions mentioned, the host declined, citing Eventbrite's non-refundable fee. I have requested a full refund but have not received one yet.

Last night, I had to request a refund for the Waka Flocka Flame concert in Bloomington, Indiana, due to a sudden death in my family. My roommate, who drove me back home, also requested and received a refund. Even though I got an email confirmation for my ticket, it never showed up in my Eventbrite app. I'm hoping there's a way for me to get my money back since I couldn't attend the concert due to circumstances beyond my control.

Our organization, AATIA, has an Eventbrite account and recently received a notification regarding a [redacted] payment of $[redacted].40 that had expired. To rectify this, we provided our bank account details as requested in the email sent to our communications manager at [redacted] As the finance manager, I was granted access by her via [redacted] to submit our tax and bank information. However, upon accessing the website, I could not find a process to reclaim the outstanding payment due to our organization. Kindly review the payment status, update it from "expired," and proceed with transferring the funds to the Chase bank account we have now provided to Eventbrite. Thank you.

I purchased 2 tickets for a Naas event called "Winter Wonderland" on December 27th via Eventbrite. Upon traveling 3 hours from Limerick to attend, we realized it was an event only for under 18s, so we were unable to enter. The event details did not mention this restriction in the title, poster, advertisement, or description. The organizer, which wasn't clearly identified, apparently had "teen" in their name, indicating it was for under 18s. I requested a refund immediately, but it has been over a month now without any response despite my multiple follow-up attempts.
