My 17-year-old daughter created an Etsy shop, put effort into setting it up, and even began promoting it. After someone placed an order, Etsy informed her that she couldn't have a shop and suspended her account. I agreed to partner with her, submitted my ID and an appeal, but we haven't heard back. My daughter is stressed as many of her friends have been promoting her on social media. We updated her account with my information, but we're waiting for Etsy to respond. I have recently received an email from Etsy regarding my unverified bank account. They have requested verification by confirming two small deposits from Plaid. If these deposits are not confirmed within 14 days, my shop on Etsy will be suspended. I am unable to contact Etsy customer support as I have closed my Etsy account. Can someone provide guidance on how to shut down Plaid?

I purchased product Transaction ID: [redacted] from HealthSupplies123 on December 3, [redacted]. The delivery was supposed to take 3-5 days, but it has not arrived yet. I emailed them on December 10, [redacted], but I received an unreadable response. I informed them of this issue in another email. My bank account was charged €[redacted].98 immediately. I tried contacting the seller, but it was unsuccessful. I have reached out to Etsy and will take further action if necessary. Regarding your response, I have not yet heard from the seller about the tracking information they promised to provide. I believe they will eventually give it, so I acknowledge I may be too anxious about this and trying to avoid overthinking various scenarios. It's challenging not being able to directly communicate with those to whom you've paid money, hoping they are as trustworthy as they claim, and that you'll receive what you've purchased. All my concerns revolve around this. I did receive a dispatch notification via email, which gives me some hope regarding the ring. I'm simply waiting for the tracking number now. The Etsy Admin closed the case and issued a full refund to the customer for the more than [redacted]-year-old French silver-plated spoons she claimed were not clean enough. The Admin did not ask for the items to be returned, only requested a shipping label which is not an option for European sellers. The seller offered to take back the items if clear photos were provided to support the claim, but the photos submitted were taken in dim lighting to make the spoons appear darker. The Admin did not ask for better photos before making the decision. The seller's account balance has been negative for over 58 days due to the refund, and they are still seeking human support with responses that seem automated. The seller feels that if only AI support continues to run the company, it may not survive much longer. They feel robbed and are considering seeking advocacy to recover their money and may also ask for moral compensation for the insulting attitude.

I purchased 4 yards of purple rose fabric on Dec. 28th from Smyrna Fabrics in the UK. Although the package arrived promptly, it contained the wrong color material. Smyrna's website offered the fabric in red or purple, and my order clearly specified purple. Despite notifying the seller of the error, I have only received vague responses requesting photos of the material. I feel I have been patient and cooperative, and I still desire the correct purple fabric. I believe I should receive compensation for this inconvenience. I purchased a grave marker for my late husband in December [redacted], but it has since changed color and become unreadable. I am attempting to purchase some "Life of Spice" cards on Etsy. I chose the selection of a 4-card pack where I can pick and choose the cards. However, when I select a specific card, I get charged immediately for that one card. Subsequently, choosing another card results in an additional $29.50 charge. The $29.50 is meant to cover 4 cards, not one at a time. I need to order them quickly as I want to send them as a gift soon. I am having trouble figuring out how to order the specific cards I want. I purchased a branding iron for $[redacted].55 from one of your vendors a while back. Upon delivery, I discovered it was defective. After informing the seller through email, I returned the item at my own expense via priority mail to the provided address. The USPS confirmed the delivery. I reached out to the vendor multiple times without much success. Finally, after a month, the vendor responded, claiming to have been away. However, I have yet to receive a replacement or any update on shipping. Recently, I received the package back, marked as "return to sender." It seems the vendor has moved out. As an Etsy seller under the username WagnerPhotographyFL, I primarily sell shirts through the platform using Printful for the printing process. Unfortunately, in January, my credit card linked to Printful was compromised and needed to be updated. When a customer ordered 3 shirts from my shop on Etsy, Printful couldn't process the payment due to the outdated card. I promptly updated my credit card details with Printful upon notification a week and a half ago. However, it seems Printful has not reattempted to charge the new card for the printing costs, causing the order to be delayed. The Etsy order number for this transaction is #[redacted]. I purchased a rectangular wall clock from The King's Shadow in January with transaction ID [redacted]. The total amount charged was £[redacted].25, which included a shipping fee of £8.45. The estimated delivery window was between the 9th and 22nd of February. However, I received an email from the company two days ago stating they will not be shipping my order or providing a refund anytime soon. The charge on my bank statement appears as Etsy. I purchased a handmade, unglazed 35mm terracotta Tajine from OthboutiqueFrance on Etsy on 01.11.22 for 70,00€ (Transaction No. [redacted]). Unfortunately, the product arrived poorly packaged, resulting in the Tajine being broken into pieces, with the top knob of the lid sticking outside of the box.
I have been attempting to contact the seller since 4 Jan. [redacted] without success. The only response I have received is an automatic message from elhahy stating they are currently busy fulfilling orders. I would like a replacement for the item, shipped with appropriate packaging for fragile items.
