I am experiencing challenges trying to communicate online with your service as I am only able to use email. My phone number is [redacted]. It appears that your company's systems have not been updated, as my closed debit accounts were not reflected accurately. Despite winning my disputes and having my student loans discharged, I do not understand why my credit score decreased after using my credit cards. My income has changed, and I kindly request that you correct my report accordingly. Please reach out if you require any additional details. Furthermore, I am disappointed by the poor service I have encountered, as well as the extended waiting times. I feel constrained by the lack of alternative methods to address issues beyond your prescribed terms in case of a system breach. Thank you, Lisa L Enos

I have always managed my wife's finances due to her incapacity to do so. Recently, my computer was hacked, putting her identity and finances in jeopardy. I urgently need to freeze her Equifax credit report to protect her from potential fraud. Unfortunately, I am struggling to complete this process online or over the phone despite having all her current information because I am unfamiliar with her credit history. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter as the majority of our finances are under her name, making us vulnerable to these aggressive hackers. I have tried to reset her Equifax account password as a security measure, but have not received the verification code due to a misspelled email address in their system (mistakenly captured as "Yahoo"). I have been attempting to reach out to them for three days now without success, and this issue is urgent for us.

Hello, my name is Jason Perry, and I am contacting you regarding an ongoing issue that has persisted for several months. In February [redacted], my wife and I returned our leased Kia vehicle to Kia Motor Finance and subsequently leased another car. Despite believing everything was settled, in August I began receiving calls claiming I owed over $[redacted] towards the end of my lease. After reaching out to DiFeo Kia and Kia Motor Finance, it was clarified that I actually owed $[redacted].74, which I promptly paid. However, this unexpected balance led to a significant drop in my credit score, a consequence I was not informed of. Despite disputing this with Kia Motor Finance, they were unable to rectify the situation. They suggested I contact you to dispute this further in order to restore my credit. I possess all relevant documentation and would gladly provide it upon request. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention, I eagerly await your response.
Additionally, my wife, Rebecca Perry, is available to discuss this matter as well due to my demanding work schedule. Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Jason Perry

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am reaching out to contest the information in my file. I have indicated the disputed items on the attached report I received. LVNV Funding LLC has listed amounts of $3,[redacted], $3,[redacted], and $2,[redacted], all dated January 20, [redacted] on my credit report. I have no agreement with this collection agency and believe these entries to be fraudulent. Despite my previous disputes and correspondence, the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request a thorough reevaluation of this matter, the removal of the disputed items from my credit report, and a notation confirming my lack of any contract with LVNV Funding LLC.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Dr. Patricia Brumley

I recently discovered an old account with Koodo, a phone company, that was sent to a collection agency without my knowledge. Only when I applied for a credit card did I realize this when someone advised me to check my credit report. Upon reviewing my Equifax report, I noticed a collection account that I promptly paid on January 21st. However, four months later, I received another alert with the same account number showing a decrease of 78 credit points. Concerned, I contacted the agency and explained that I had already paid the debt. They made me pay the amount again, including extra interest. I made the payment twice and now I am seeking assistance to dispute this negative information impacting my credit score.

I have attempted several times in the past few days to unfreeze my credit with Equifax without success. After entering my details online, a message instructed me to call 1-[redacted]. When I phoned, I had no trouble answering the initial questions, but the final few were impossible to respond to accurately based on the information provided. I encountered the same unhelpful outcome each time - they could not assist me. Despite searching online for alternative contact numbers, all the lines connected me to the same automated system. Frustrated, I gave up on Equifax and successfully unfroze my credit with Experian and TransUnion. I would appreciate assistance in unfreezing my Equifax credit. I am reachable by phone at [redacted] and would like to speak with a person or engage in a live chat with a representative.

I have been a victim of fraud, and I have been in communication with the company for several months trying to correct the inaccuracies on my account. Despite my efforts to provide evidence that the unauthorized transactions were not done by me, they have failed to investigate and address the issue effectively. This is the final warning before taking legal action. I have already retained legal representation and am prepared to escalate the matter to court if necessary.

I have attempted multiple times to unfreeze my credit with Equifax over the past few days. When I tried to do it online, I encountered an error message instructing me to call 1-[redacted]. Upon calling, I answered the initial questions with ease, but the final questions were unanswerable with the information provided. Despite trying other contact numbers, I faced the same automated system each time without reaching a human representative. I found it frustrating that unfreezing credit with Equifax seemed so complex compared to the straightforward process with Experian and TransUnion online. After these difficulties, I chose to unfreeze my credit with the other two agencies successfully. Could someone please assist me in unfreezing my Equifax credit? I would appreciate a call at [redacted] or a chat with a human representative.

I've made numerous attempts over the past few days to lift the freeze on my Equifax credit report without success. After entering my details on their website, I received an error message instructing me to call 1-[redacted]. Once on the phone, I answered all questions except the last few that were unanswerable based on the information provided. Despite this, I was unable to proceed. After trying various other numbers found online, I encountered the same automated system with no option to speak to a representative. Frustrated, I successfully unfroze my credit with Experian and TransUnion online instead. Could someone please reach out to help me lift the freeze on my Equifax credit report? I seek assistance via a phone call at [redacted] or through a chat with a live agent.

I am reaching out on behalf of my mother, Maria Elena Garza. My name is Luis Garza. My mother is currently in the process of purchasing a home, but we encountered an issue with her Equifax credit report. The problem stemmed from a Wells Fargo credit card that my father held, for which my mother was an authorized user. Unfortunately, my father passed away on November 7 of last year, leading to the cancellation of his credit card and a remaining balance. My mother never provided her Social Security number for that card, as she was only authorized to use it. I believe this situation should not impact her credit score. My mother, who is 85 years old, is present with me and can authorize me to communicate on her behalf. I can provide her Social Security number for you to address this matter. If necessary, I can also provide my father's Social Security number. We appreciate your assistance, and we await your call. Thank you.

I am writing on behalf of my 85-year-old mother, who has difficulty hearing and speaks Spanish. The issue we are facing is regarding a credit card that was under my father's name as the primary cardholder, with my mother listed as an authorized user. Unfortunately, my father passed away on November 7 last year. When we visited Wells Fargo to remove his name from the accounts, we were informed that the credit card had been closed, and the debt was cleared. However, my mother is now experiencing a negative impact on her credit score due to my father's credit issue. Upon reviewing my mother's credit report, we noticed that my father's Social Security number was linked to her name, which seems to have caused a mix-up. We would appreciate clarification on this matter as my mother is in the process of purchasing a house, and her credit score has dropped significantly, possibly by up to [redacted] points. If necessary, my mother can provide permission for me to communicate with you regarding this issue. Thank you, we look forward to hearing from you soon.

I need to temporarily lift the credit freeze for 24 hours in order to switch to a different internet provider. The freeze was initiated due to a hacking incident, which is continuing to cause issues. The call center in India is requesting documentation. I am requesting a representative from the USA to contact me today at [redacted] or [redacted] for identity verification. It is frustrating that the online verification code was sent to the same phone I am using to speak with your automated system!

I have been attempting to access my Equifax account for over two years now without success. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received any help. My locked account prevents me from logging in properly as I receive conflicting messages prompting me to call customer service or informing me that I both do and do not have an account. The verification questions on the annual credit report do not pertain to me, leading to further verification issues. I would appreciate it if Equifax could reset all of my login information so I can start fresh. Additionally, the ability to change my password without accessing my report further suggests website issues.

I have discovered that someone in California has been using my social security number since I was just 7 years old, and I am now 20. I filed a police report in September and have sent all relevant information to Equifax three times. Despite sending letter packets in both September and October, I have not received any communication back. Following the advice of an Equifax agent, I faxed all my details on October 28 to the number [redacted]. Sadly, when I attempted to contact Equifax today (11/22), the automated system hung up on me as it could not locate my account. I urgently require assistance as this situation has been causing me significant stress. I have credit records with Transunion and Experian as well. It seems impossible to find the right person to help me at Equifax. I am a college student and really need this issue resolved promptly. Megan Lenz from Katy, TX.

I need assistance with unfreezing my credit. I can't recall my password and I'm unsure if I even have a myEquifax account. I initially froze my credit over the phone. Today, when I called and attempted to speak to a representative, I was unable to answer the credit report questions correctly, although I tried my best. As a result, I couldn't proceed. I do have a PIN number: [redacted]. Please help me unfreeze my credit!

I have recently been appointed as my mother's Guardian and Conservator by the court. My mother is currently in a court-ordered facility due to being deemed unable to make decisions or manage her affairs.
I am looking to obtain her credit reports to review her banking and credit accounts, monitor payments, and evaluate her financial capability to cover her care expenses. I possess a certified copy of the Letter of Appointment and can provide a scanned document if required.

I recently attempted to switch my mobile contract provider. After being a loyal customer with 02 for over a decade, I decided to end my contract due to dissatisfaction with their service. I chose to move to EE, which is now under the BT umbrella, a company I have trusted with my landline, internet, and television services for a number of years. I obtained a PAC number from 02, completed all required paperwork at the EE store, and was prepared to pay the deposit. Unfortunately, EE declined my application. Despite my impeccable payment history with both 02 (£50.80) and BT (£67.90), EE was unable to provide a reason for the denial. They referred me to their credit assessment company, and when I contacted them, they were also unable to offer any specifics. As a long-standing customer, I am puzzled as to why my application was rejected, and I am seeking clarity on this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. - William D.

I am a 77-year-old individual who has consistently paid bills on time and avoided credit card interest for over 30 years by paying off the balance monthly. Despite my responsible financial habits and pursuit of high interest rates, I find some institutions viewing hard credit pulls negatively. I maintain accounts with Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union, Lake Michigan Credit Union, and Consumer Credit Union, all yielding over 3% returns, which is challenging to find in CDs. As someone with an exceptional credit score of [redacted], I believe it's unfair that systems penalize individuals like me who are seeking financial stability on a fixed income. Your model should accommodate responsible individuals navigating these tough economic times. - Fred W.
