I recently purchased an EPSON ES 300W scanner and was amazed by its efficiency as I scanned over 1[redacted] pages of research articles into the Cloud using my cellphone. Unfortunately, I lost my Samsung Galaxy phone and my Chromebook laptop, which has left me unable to access my Cloud documents. I'm struggling to troubleshoot this issue even after visiting the Epson customer service platform. I believe I used the email [redacted] to set up my Epson account, and my old US cell phone number was [redacted]. My address is [redacted] E. Carpenter Street, Midland, MI [redacted]. I've tried various methods like print head cleaning, nozzle check, and alignment to fix the banding issue on my printer but still, my prints come out faint due to low ink. Even though we are low on ink, we can't eliminate the banding. Recently, my partner misplaced the compression spring inside the printer that holds the paper feeder, and although the printer is still working without it, the banding issue persists. I've attempted all troubleshooting steps, including setting it to plain paper mode and not using high-speed printing, but the problem remains. I'm seeking advice on how to address this issue effectively.

Since the last few upgrades on my iMac to Ventura 13.2.1, my Epson Perfection [redacted] Photo scanner has stopped working. While it captures the image well, it fails to transfer it to the desktop. I had a similar issue with previous upgrades, but I managed to resolve it by removing the scanner from my settings and then re-adding the scanner information. I recently purchased a new computer and tried to use my WI FI-connected printer but was prompted to enter a password, which I don't recall setting up. I registered the printer on 7/15/22 but didn't remember creating a password. I tried to request one through your "request page," but it required email verification, which I never received despite multiple attempts. I am eager to get my printer up and running!

I purchased a WF-[redacted] in June [redacted]. Recently, I replaced the EPSON black ink cartridge, but the printer is not recognizing it. Despite following the proper procedure multiple times, the printer continues to display instructions for changing the ink cartridge repetitively. I even removed all the Epson cartridges and reinserted them. Now, the screen indicates that the yellow ink cartridge is missing. I recently purchased a brand new Epson XP15000 printer. I've successfully printed A3 documents using the rear loader, but I'm now having trouble printing thick paper in A4 size using the same loader. Despite adjusting the paper size settings both on the computer and the printer, it keeps feeding from the front tray instead. I've checked for updates, watched tutorial videos, but the models shown are older versions mentioning features like touch screens and audible prompts, which mine doesn't seem to have. I received another faulty printer, and this time none of my devices could connect to it. The first printer I got was at least able to connect. The replacement they sent was refurbished, which felt like an insult since I purchased a new printer. I was instructed not to return it until troubleshooting with them, but their operating hours clash with my work schedule. When I called on a Thursday morning at around 9 am, a recorded message stated that they were closed. Frustrated with the poor customer service, I am seeking a full refund, including the $[redacted] hold from not returning the first printer within the specified time. I also need a return label for the second faulty printer, which they want me to troubleshoot with them before sending a replacement. At this point, I prefer a refund over a new printer. If I could troubleshoot with a real person from home, I might consider trying another printer, but I can't risk it not working again. I tried emailing the company without any response. I am at my wit's end with the lack of assistance. I have been without a working printer for four months, and I cannot wait any longer.

I am reaching out regarding my Epson printers, the XP-[redacted] and XP-[redacted], which are displaying the error message "a printer's ink pad is at the end of its service life." The XP-[redacted] was previously serviced by you in March last year for the same issue and has a service label indicating this. However, the problem has recurred. Additionally, my XP-[redacted] has now stopped printing for the same reason.
I had fitted an external waste tank to the XP-[redacted], but I am unsure if this may affect the servicing process by Epson. I would like to inquire if you would be able to service both printers and provide me with a response.

I have two Epson printers, the XP-[redacted] and XP-[redacted], both displaying the message "a printer’s ink pad is at the end of its service life." The XP-[redacted] was serviced by Epson in March last year for the same issue. However, it stopped working last September despite minimal usage. Now, the XP-[redacted] has the same problem.
I modified the XP-[redacted] with an external waste tank earlier. I hope this won't affect the service from Epson as I cut the waste tube.
Could you service both printers? I appreciate your response.

I have been trying to connect my first-generation Xbox One to my Epson Powerlite 425w projector, but unfortunately, it is not being recognized. The Xbox and HDMI cord work fine when connected to a monitor, ruling out issues with the Xbox or cord. Additionally, the projector reads my laptop when connected with the same HDMI cord, indicating the port is not the problem. I have reset all projector settings and even reduced the Xbox resolution to 720p in an attempt to establish a connection.

I am experiencing difficulty connecting my Epson Perfection V550 Photo Scanner to my Mac running Monterey version 12.3.1. I have downloaded the updated Software for both Epson Scan 2 Utility and ICA Scanner Driver from the Epson website. Unfortunately, the scanner is not recognized on my Mac, and I am unable to add or remove a scanner in the Scanner Settings as the symbols for this functionality are missing in Epson 2. I have researched extensively but have not found a solution. Since the scanner lacks a USB connection to my laptop, I assume it can only be connected wirelessly. After replacing the ink cartridges in my Epson XP [redacted], the printer incorrectly states that the ink is depleted, despite being full. This issue prevents me from printing essential work documents. I have discovered that this is a widespread problem with Epson printers due to a firmware update, which has even led to a class action lawsuit. I am frustrated by this situation and would like a refund for the ink cartridges I purchased. Alternatively, having my original Epson ink cartridges replaced would also be acceptable. It is disappointing to be forced to rely on alternative printing methods for my daily work due to what appears to be a ploy to mandate the use of only Epson ink.

I recently purchased an Epson Home Cinema [redacted] projector for my home theater to connect to my Marantz Receiver. The connection keeps cutting in and out once a week during our viewing sessions. Despite regular use, the problem occurs randomly on certain days and is not a constant issue. We have inspected the cables and checked the air filter, but the problem persists. I can provide a video demonstrating the issue, showcasing that it only cuts in and out when connected through the receiver's HDMI, not when accessing the Epson projector settings page.

I recently ran out of cyan toner and purchased a full set of cartridges from your company. After replacing the cyan cartridge, a color distortion issue occurred, causing all pages to print pink. To rule out a faulty cartridge, I also bought a new one from Staples, but the problem persisted despite thorough printer maintenance and cleaning. The prints show slight improvement after various attempts, but the issue remains with a noticeable yellow line across pictures. I've run through a significant amount of toner while troubleshooting.

I own an ET-[redacted] printer. Unfortunately, every time I attempt to print, the page comes out blank. I have refilled the ink and manually cleaned the nozzles as advised, but the issue persists. I am unsure how to resolve this problem; unsure if a replacement is necessary. Using a Mac computer, I connect to the printer via a cable. Despite the connection being indicated, the printer remains unresponsive. Even after running a test print, the result is still a blank page.

I own the Epson Workforce ES 60W portable scanner. I attempted to install Epson ScanSmart on my MacBook running OSX 14.x (Sonoma). When I try to run it, I receive an error message stating "Unable to find necessary files" and advising to ensure that Epson Scan 2 and Epson Event Manager are installed. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling twice, I have been unable to resolve this issue. I downloaded the files ESICA_5.8.12.dmg, SS_3.7.9_DOC.dmg, and ESICA_5.8.12.dmg directly from your website.

My Epson [redacted] printer suddenly lost its wifi connection. There is a red 'x' on the network symbol prompting me to contact Epson. I haven't made any changes to the network or added new devices. Initially, I believed the printer was directly connected to the computer, not via wifi.
When attempting to contact support, the automated system requests the serial number. I bought the printer at Sam's Club a few years ago, and I'm unsure where to find the serial number. Should I provide the purchase date? I can provide a screenshot of the 'printer connection checked' if necessary.
I have tried unplugging the network box and restarting, along with restarting the printer. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Today, on 11-13-[redacted], I responded to my EP [redacted] firmware update. After updating the firmware, I opened access to the print cartridges. However, the printhead reset to the end instead of the cartridge opening position. I have tried various solutions, but it remains stuck at the end due to the firmware update. The printer is only four months old.
Upon reading an article post-warning about updating the firmware, the situation now leaves me without a working printer that I purchased from Staples.
