I am experiencing issues with my EPSON ET-[redacted] printer as it has suddenly stopped printing any yellow colors. I've had this printer for a year and a half. It uses ink bottles instead of cartridges, and I've only had to refill the black ink once. Despite multiple attempts to clean the nozzles following the user manual instructions, the yellow color is still not printing. I have successfully printed black, magenta, and cyan after cleaning, but yellow remains an issue. The manual suggests a power cleaning as a final step, but when I tried, it advised contacting a service representative. Besides considering a new printer, is there any other solution to fix this problem without compromising the yellow color in my prints?

I am extremely disappointed with the refurbished and lack of accessories in the printer I received from Epson India Pvt. Ltd. Despite assurances that Epson does not sell refurbished printers, my recent online request for installation revealed that the printer is out of warranty and requires additional payment for service. This indicates it was previously used and refurbished before being sold to me.
I feel misled by the company's earlier denial of selling refurbished products. As a loyal customer, I trusted Epson's integrity only to be let down by receiving a used product. I have an Epson ET [redacted] that I've used without any issues for several months. I've used it to make copies and it's wirelessly connected to my laptop. Recently, after my son used the printer while I was away, I tried to print but couldn't get it to work. I seem to have forgotten how to turn it on and which buttons to press. Here are the steps I usually follow:
1) Press the power button
2) A picture of EPSON appears
3) Select the copy option with three small pictures
4) Use the select button at the bottom
I'm unsure which button to press now.

I recently purchased an ET [redacted] printer, but I am extremely disappointed with the weak and light prints it produces. Despite reaching out to two of your representatives for assistance, the issue remains unresolved. As an artist who relies on quality prints for my work, this printer is not meeting my expectations. In the past, I have had good experiences with Epson printers, but this one is proving to be a letdown. I am now considering returning it to Best Buy. On May 11th around 12:35 pm, I purchased an Epson ET-[redacted] and needed assistance with the setup program. The download ran three times but did not proceed. As a retired Hardware/Software/system engineer with 40 years of experience, I discovered that I hadn't finished loading ink, which was the first issue. During an online chat, I explained my difficulty speaking due to cancer and requested the representative's patience. However, despite conveying my concerns, the representative did not listen and seemed frustrated. She ran an executive program, claimed I had unauthorized wireless connections, and suggested I was at risk of data theft, though I doubted this as I had multiple connections due to my work with home robots. The communication ended abruptly and inappropriately, with the representative directing my web browser to an inappropriate site. After resolving the issue myself, I felt compelled to share my experience to seek appropriate action from Epson. Thank you, Russell Grieb.

I recently bought the Epson Workforce WF [redacted] with included ink cartridges. Unfortunately, upon checking, I discovered all the cartridges are empty and dried up. This situation is extremely frustrating for me because of my limited mobility and inability to easily go out to purchase replacements. I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me new cartridges without requiring me to return the entire printer. I reached out to Office Max, and they advised me to contact you directly. I am looking to delete my "Epson Connect" account to create a new one for my new printer registration. However, I am unable to access the account as I do not have the correct email associated with it. I have tried multiple email addresses, including my husband's, but the website indicates the email address is incorrect. I also attempted my regular Epson account, but it seems they are not linked. I suspect I may have entered the wrong email during registration. When seeking assistance over the phone, none of the menu options address my issue, as they are mainly for printer problems. I simply need access to my www.epsonconnect.com account to delete it and begin anew with registering my new printer.

I recently replaced all the ink cartridges (Epson [redacted]) on my Epson Workforce WF-[redacted]. However, after the replacement, the color cartridges are only showing as half full and the black cartridge is almost empty, even though the cartridges were new. I have tried restarting the printer, but the ink levels remain the same. I want to ensure I get the full capacity from these expensive cartridges. Could there be an issue with the cartridges? How can this be resolved?

I recently had to get a new computer with MS Windows 11 due to a major computer problem. Now I need updated drivers for my Epson Perfection [redacted] Printer that are compatible with the MS Windows 11 Operating System.
When using the Epson Scan App (Version 3.04A) on Windows 11, I am experiencing an issue where the PREVIEW - SCAN or the FILE SAVE SETTINGS buttons at the bottom of the Epson Scan App are not initially visible until I click on the area where they should be. Once clicked, they remain visible until I close the app, but the problem persists each time I reopen the app.
This problem wasn't present on my old computer running MS Windows 10. Despite this button visibility issue, the Epson Scan App (Version 3.04A) is functioning normally. I found this scanner to be excellent, and the program fulfills all my requirements.

I recently installed new ink cartridges ([redacted]) in my Epson Work Force [redacted], but they are not displaying full capacity. The color cartridges show HALF FULL, and the black one shows almost EMPTY. I'm unsure if the cartridges are defective, but as they are costly, I need to ensure I get the full usage out of them. I kindly request Epson to provide me with a replacement box of [redacted] ink cartridges containing both color and black cartridges.

My Epson printer L4160 was working fine yesterday, but today I'm facing several issues. When I attempt to connect to it, it displays (copy1) at the end and doesn't print the pages, which don't even appear in the print queue. Although it can still print from another computer connected via wifi, it's no longer printing blue and red colors (only yellow and black work). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the official Epson drivers following instructions, but it hasn't resolved any problems. The printer can print test pages from the same computer that won't accept documents. I've updated everything, cleaned the printer thoroughly, and reset it to its original settings, but the issues persist.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an ET-[redacted] printer in May [redacted] for my granddaughter in New Hampshire. She cherished the printer until a paper jam caused it to break. Despite my daughter's careful handling, the plastic parts inside were damaged. The printer could not be returned due to the time elapsed and the missing receipt. Repair shops demand a $[redacted] service fee to examine it, and finding replacement parts has been challenging. I am printing a document from my iMac to my ET7750 printer using the rear feed. Even though I have set the size and margins on the screen, the printer is cutting off the top and bottom of the print. When I manually change the paper size on the printer, it rejects the correct dimensions as invalid. Adjusting the orientation doesn't seem to help either. I am trying to print double-sided but when I don't set the margins, there is a 5mm offset on the opposite sides. Even when I set the margins, there is still a slight offset. I had successfully printed double-sided on this paper size yesterday, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong now. Can someone explain the correct way to print double-sided from Photoshop on my ET [redacted] printer with user-defined measurements? I have a deadline approaching, and I am struggling to figure this out.

Ever since updating to Mac OS Monterey, I've been facing issues scanning with both my L355 and Perfection V700 printers. Despite updating the Epson 2 scanning software multiple times, I keep receiving an error message stating 'unable to communicate with the scanner,' even though they are both connected and turned on.
When I check the 'preferences' under 'printers and scanners,' I can see the L355 listed as a printer but can't figure out how to add it to the scanners list. When trying to 'open scanner' for the V700, I get an error message 'failure to open a connection to the device (-[redacted]).' I'm at a loss on what to do next.
It's frustrating that Epson doesn't have an email support option. Any assistance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered a connection error with my Epson WF-[redacted] while attempting to scan a photo. Although I could print successfully using a USB cable, scanning posed an issue. After reinstalling the software and configuring it for wireless connection, I was able to print wirelessly. Yet, when I tried scanning from the printer control panel, it only displayed USB connection options without any wireless ones. How can I include wireless connectivity as an option for scanning?

I need to update my credit card information on my account. When I visit the Account page, I can only update my address, which remains the same. However, I cannot access the section where I can amend my credit card details. I have already spent an hour trying to reach Customer Services without success. I am hesitant to call the contact center as I do not want to incur the £6 connection fee along with call charges. It was challenging to even find this contact option after extensive research. This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope to resolve this issue soon. Please refrain from suggesting the update page, as it does not facilitate updating credit card details.

I have a four-year-old Epson [redacted] all-in-one printer that has stopped printing color entirely. Despite filling the tanks, replacing the maintenance box, running nozzle checks and head cleanings, power cleanings, and reinstalling the software, the printer still refuses to print any color. I have noticed Shaquille O'Neal's ads where he mentions "Just Fill and Chill" but fails to talk about charging the ink. After reading the directions and watching videos, I struggled to understand how to do it as Shaq doesn't explain the process clearly. I own a printer and have been relying on my local print store for copies. It's ironic how Epson is supposedly saving me a lot of money, hint the sarcasm.

Hello, my wife and I are experiencing difficulties with our P900 printer. We have tried troubleshooting the issue to no avail. Approximately one out of three prints only shows a random vertical block of the greeting card image, leaving the rest of the page blank. Each failed print displays a different section of the image, making it seem like the image isn't fully loading. Even when printing a test page, only half of the content appears. We have attempted several solutions such as restarting both the printer and our Mac laptop, reinstalling the printer driver from the Epson website, moving the file to the hard drive, updating the Mac software, and even performing a factory reset on the printer. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. The first print usually works fine, but subsequent prints often exhibit the same partial printing issue. The printed portions show good quality, indicating the problem lies elsewhere. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently bought an ES-50 WORKFORCE scanner. I am confused about the additional $[redacted] charge to scan receipts. When I scan receipts with the scanner, they turn out blurry and unusable. I am unsure of what to do next. I might need to return it and consider another brand. Nowhere was it mentioned that I would need to spend an extra $[redacted] on a receipt manager to make the scanner work properly. This seems like a rip-off unless there is something I am missing.
