I rented a car from Enterprise from August 11th to September 4th, [redacted], in Quebec City. Having rented cars from Enterprise in Quebec City for the past 41 years after moving to Florida, I returned the car to the Quebec City airport because the office at [redacted] Frank Carrel location was closed on Saturday and Sunday. I wanted to ensure no additional charges would be applied. Unfortunately, the Enterprise office did not have a machine for Canadian withdrawals, so I was informed that I had to pay in American funds using my Gold American Express card. Due to the exchange rate, I ended up paying more than anticipated, totaling $[redacted].36. I would like to reverse this payment in American funds and settle the rental in Canadian currency to avoid being overcharged due to currency exchange rates.

Yesterday, my experience with Enterprise in Mechanicsburg worsened my already unpleasant day in an unfamiliar city. After a series of failed attempts to rent a car online, I finally made a booking, only to have my bank suspend my cards due to suspected fraud. Despite my challenges, I managed to secure a booking with another Enterprise location after being urged to arrive by a tight deadline. When I arrived slightly late, the staff were unfriendly and rushed, quoting me a total price much higher than what I saw online. They were unhelpful and unsympathetic to my anxiety and financial struggles, pressuring me to return the next day instead of finding a solution. In early October, I was involved in two minor accidents, resulting in some vehicle damage. After hitting a culvert and blowing out a tire, further issues with my bumper arose, eventually leading to it detaching. I contacted my insurance agent at Hooper Insurance who arranged for a rental from Enterprise. However, Enterprise mistakenly deposited the rental reimbursement to an old account that I no longer have access to. Despite attempts to rectify the situation, they were uncooperative. During a heated exchange, an employee at Enterprise withheld my rental car keys and belongings, leaving me stranded. After an unsuccessful attempt to report the incident to the police, I had to resort to calling an Uber for transportation. This entire experience has been distressing and unacceptable. I have no intention of dealing with Hixson Enterprise moving forward, and I will be sure to inform others of their poor service.

I work at a local hotel and recently assisted a guest who hit a deer and needed a rental car. Despite being informed that the Warrensburg Enterprise store would deliver the vehicle to Clinton, they were unable to do so as they close at noon. Unfortunately, our area lacks Uber or Lyft services. I arranged for an individual to drive the guest to Warrensburg, but due to a slight delay, the Enterprise employee refused to assist them upon arrival. This poor customer service experience has led to 6 individuals involved in this incident deciding not to use Enterprise in the future. It's disappointing that despite communication, the service was not satisfactory.

I am currently using a rental car due to an insurance claim. Typically, I would receive a comparable car, but none were available at my nearest locations. Luckily, the Petersburg VA location provided a mini van, which was appreciated. However, this larger vehicle exhausted my accident allowance, and my car is still not repaired. Could the rental price be adjusted to reflect the lower car category since I had to settle for a bigger vehicle due to availability issues? I also requested to be notified if a smaller car became available to save on costs, but I have not received any updates yet. My rental agreement number is #4YTMNQ.
I also have a car reservation for travel this Thursday at the Charleston airport. Are they facing the same vehicle availability problem?

I was hospitalized for a chronic illness and informed a representative that I would contact them soon due to my emergency care. Despite multiple attempts, calling Ent Brockton resulted in no response or voicemail. Even when my insurance representative was on the line, there was no answer. Upon returning home, I discovered my vehicle was missing, along with my wallet and other possessions. Despite continued calls with no answer, I had to go to the location against medical advice for bed rest. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told my vehicle was in Quincy, not at the Brockton location. This is the second time Enterprise has taken my vehicle and belongings without notifying me. To add to the frustration, there was also an unauthorized charge. I urgently require clarification and resolution on this matter.

I rented a car on November 8th because I was rear-ended and my insurance, Geico, said they would cover everything. They took a $[redacted] security deposit from my debit card. The person assisting me suggested additional coverage for $19.99, which I agreed to. However, I later saw three $50 charges and a $[redacted] charge on my card. When I inquired about it, I was informed it was $19 per day. I feel misled and would not have accepted this had I known. The delay with the car was due to insurance issues and part shortages.
I'm upset about the extra charges totaling $[redacted], as I am a single mother with limited funds, affecting my ability to pay bills for my three children. I rented a car online and received a confirmation number, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they had none available. It was disappointing. I rented a car on 12/29 from the Washington St. location in Vicksburg, MS. After leaving, I realized the gas tank was nearly empty. The next day, while driving on a highway, the engine light turned on and the car started smoking, eventually stopping. I contacted the office, got transferred to roadside assistance, and had to wait for a tow truck for two hours. This caused me to miss an important appointment. I asked for a refund due to this incident and was told to call back on 1/3. I have rented from various locations before without any issues like this. I am requesting a full refund of all rental fees. My car, which I leased with another individual, got towed following our brief arrest for a misunderstanding on the return time. The embezzlement charges were quickly dropped the next day, which was a relief. However, all our belongings are still inside the car after approximately two weeks. I have a critical health condition and urgently require my medication to stay alive. Despite my repeated efforts to reach out for assistance and leaving messages, I have not received any response or call back. I have personally visited both the rental office and the storage location of the car, but the employees have not been helpful in resolving the situation.

I am in urgent need of a callback at [redacted]. Today, I had a 5 pm reservation to pick up a vehicle. When I called ahead to confirm my reservation, I was informed three hours before pick-up that there would not be a vehicle available for me. This is the third time this has happened to me at this location. I had a similar issue before where I had to wait for days to receive a truck. Another time, I had to wait for three hours past my pick-up time to get the vehicle I rented. Despite contacting customer service earlier today, no one has reached out to me yet regarding this matter. I am really disappointed with the service I have received. I hope to secure a vehicle promptly to avoid any further inconveniences and additional charges for late return. It would have been better if the company had informed me sooner about the unavailability of the vehicle.

I am writing to express my concern about the safety of the work environment for the employees at the Enterprise Rent-a-Car location on E 10th St in Gilroy, CA. As a loyal customer for 18 years, I have rented cars from Enterprise, particularly from the Morgan Hill location which has sadly closed down, and now from Gilroy for the past 3 years.
The employees at Gilroy who are responsible for car preparation and detailing are exposed to harsh weather conditions without any protection. I have witnessed them working in extreme heat, rain, and cold without proper shelter, which is concerning. Despite bringing this to the attention of various managers at the location, including Bryce Shishido, Brianna, and Alex, no action has been taken to improve their working conditions.
I urge the management team to consider providing solutions such as canopies, portable garages, or utilizing the awning from the closed Morgan Hill location to ensure a safer and more comfortable working environment for the employees at Gilroy. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

After renting a car at the Venango County, PA location, we experienced issues upon returning it. The staff did a rapid walk-around without providing a checkout sheet for us to mark any pre-existing damage. Despite us mentioning two chips in the windshield during checkout, it was not cracked at the time of return. However, we were later informed of a windshield replacement charge. Furthermore, our rental agreement was not emailed to us until the day of return, by Alexis Spencer at [redacted] or [redacted]. I had reserved a car from Thursday, March 3rd to Thursday, March 10th for a total of $[redacted].00, including a $[redacted].00 deposit. Despite returning the car on Thursday at 8:30 pm, I was charged an extra $9.51 from my account. There were issues with all three cars I was given - the first had something hanging underneath, the second needed an immediate oil change, and the third had bad windows and wipers. The rental was supposed to be adjusted to a daily rate, not weekly. After speaking with someone at the rental location, I was promised a refund. Although I was told the adjustment would be done promptly and I would receive a discount, it has not been processed yet. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and the delay in resolving this issue.

I had rented a car from Thursday, March 3rd to Thursday, March 10th for $[redacted].00 total with a $[redacted].00 deposit. Upon returning the car on Thursday at 8:30 pm, I was surprised to receive a new invoice for $[redacted].00, with an additional charge of $9.51 taken from my account. I am disappointed with the condition of the three cars I was provided - the first had something hanging at the bottom, the second needed an oil change immediately, and the third had dirty windows and poor wipers, making them all unsafe for my vacation. Despite returning the car on Thursday, the system erroneously recorded it as returned on Friday at 7:51 am. I contacted Schiller Park and was informed that the charge was adjusted to a daily rate instead of a weekly one. I was promised a refund by Saturday or Monday, but it's Monday and the receipt has not been updated in the system, nor have I received an email confirming the adjustment. I am frustrated with the delay in receiving my refund and the overall poor experience with the cars.
