I do not want Elite Singles. I do not want your emails. I do not want to be coerced into visiting the website to cancel my subscription. I do not want to be pressured into downloading the app. I do not want you to retain my information. I do not want to be resubscribed against my will. I do not want to feel manipulated into any action. What is it called when you compel a person to do something? We cancel for reasons unrelated to money. I do not even wish to provide my email for a response, but I feel compelled to do so. How will you handle this information? Whom will you share it with? You do not have my authorization to do anything except delete my profile, data, and any other details you have on me, and never contact me again.

I am currently experiencing issues with my Elite Singles app. Whenever I open it, I am consistently prompted to log in again. In addition, I frequently encounter error messages after logging in or attempting to send a text. It is frustrating that the only means of contact available is through traditional mail. It would be beneficial if an email address was provided for customer support inquiries. Furthermore, I have been receiving messages from individuals outside of my specified age range preference. This is not in line with my preferences, and I would like my profile interactions to adhere to my stated criteria.

It would be beneficial to have a phone number with a human representative available for issue resolution instead of relying solely on emails. Please promptly cancel my membership and consider refunding any remaining balance from my recent payment. I am disappointed by the lack of responses to my detailed messages and concerns. The discrepancy between the site's "Elite" status and the quality of profiles, including inaccurate matches and individuals from distant locations, is disheartening. I am extremely dissatisfied with Elite Singles. I do not have access to view potential matches; only a few are provided daily. Navigating the site is challenging, and most matches offered are too far away. I have encountered five scammers and reported them to the FBI. I request a full refund for my subscription. I need help canceling my Elite Singles membership. I don't want it to renew like it did last year. When I try to log in, it won't accept my password. I've attempted to reset it using my email, but I don't receive any emails back from them. I'm feeling stuck in this situation and could use some assistance.

I recently joined EliteSingles (Switzerland) and hope to connect with intelligent Swiss women before moving to Switzerland next year. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my travel plans are delayed until March [redacted]. When entering my location, EliteSingles (Switzerland) only accepts Swiss localities. I plan to settle in Steffisburg, Thun, but wonder if I should input this as my location and clarify with women I communicate with, as I am proficient in German. This sums up my current dilemma as I navigate through the registration process.

Hello, I'm Freya. I canceled my premium subscription on 28/10 due to an unexpected charge of £83 that was not disclosed when I selected the subscription. I thought it was a nominal fee, not the full amount. I'm not satisfied with this and would like a refund as I haven't used the services and the total charge of £83 was unclear to me initially. Five days ago, I mistakenly subscribed to Elite Singles, and I have already submitted a refund request. Elite Singles informed me that they would refund me within 5 days. Those 5 days have passed, and the subscription amount I paid in error has not been deposited back into my account. Today, I only received a satisfaction survey in my email, which I will not respond to until my issue is completely resolved. I am hoping for a prompt response as many days have passed without any resolution. Thank you very much, and have a nice day.

I recently received an email from someone named Janis Haller on your site, and it appears to be a scam. The sender mentions being in the mining fields and wants me to act as their next of kin with a security company in London. They talk about a family inheritance and their Gold mining contract in Brazil. The message asks for help due to their current location and commitments. The person also expresses eagerness to meet my children. This seems suspicious, and I believe it should be removed to prevent others from falling victim to such scams. Thank you.
