I have encountered issues with my EA account while trying to play The Sims 4. Recently, between April 1st and April 3rd, I have received two different error messages. When I attempt to launch the game through the EA launcher, I receive the message "We couldn't launch your game. Please try again later." Furthermore, when using a desktop shortcut to bypass the launcher, I am directed back to the launcher with an error stating, "Sorry it looks like this game is in your library but you don't actually own it at all. Try logging in with a different EA account or try restarting the EA app." Despite trying different solutions, including logging in with a different account, my issue persists. Additionally, I am facing difficulties with the login system as I keep getting logged out and the system does not recognize my correct password upon reentry. Despite changing my password multiple times, the problem persists. Any assistance to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Spore game and DLCs. I recently purchased the game along with the Galactic Adventures and Creepy & Cute Parts Pack DLCs. I need to change my age on the account as my cousin, who is 13, used my email to create an account with her age instead of mine (21). Yesterday, I purchased $10 worth of Apex Coins but did not receive them in my account. This morning, after spending $5, I received [redacted] coins. However, after spending an additional $20, the coins did not show up. I should have a total of $35 worth of coins, but I only have $5 worth. While I was at work, my brother accessed my Xbox and proceeded to play Apex while also typing offensive messages in the chat. The next day, upon logging in, I discovered that my account had been banned as a result. I am furious with him and have decided to prevent him from using my Xbox ever again. Although his actions were inappropriate, it feels unjust that I am the one facing consequences in the form of a suspended account. I have invested significant time and money into this account under the name Freshtristen on Xbox One, and I am kindly requesting for the ban to be lifted.

I have raised disputes, but no one has reached out to me yet. I've provided detailed explanations with case numbers and attached screenshots. To summarize:
- I purchased $[redacted] apex coins, but they were never delivered.
- After opening a case, it was marked as "fixed" even though I still didn't receive the coins. Reopening the case immediately marked it as "fixed" again.
- I tested purchasing a $5 pack, which was delivered successfully.
- Then, I bought another $[redacted] pack, which was also successfully delivered.
- I contacted EA help multiple times both on their webpage and on Twitter.
- American Express confirmed that the initial $[redacted] charge went through and they are holding the payment until the purchase is delivered.
- My account has been flagged as banned.
I have invested a significant amount of time in the game. Please investigate the initial purchase as it was never fulfilled, and now the case is marked as on-going. Review the case history, and you will see the truth. I have made genuine efforts to resolve this matter from the start. I have been unable to install Madden 23 on my computer for three months now. The game was purchased in June [redacted], and I have invested [redacted] hours playing it. After upgrading my GPU, Madden 23 began to lag, so I uninstalled it, hoping to correct the issue with a fresh installation. Unfortunately, I have been unable to successfully reinstall the game since then. Each time I try, it gets stuck on "Preparing" and eventually gives me an "unknown error." Despite repeated attempts suggested by tech support, including reinstalling the launcher multiple times, the issue persists. Interestingly, I have been able to install and play other games through the same launcher without any difficulties, like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

I received a code for Mass Effect Legendary Edition via Amazon Prime Gaming, but after Origin merged with EA Games application, the product became invalid on my new account. Even though I have the game downloaded, the EA Games app says it's invalid or was bought with a different account. Any assistance in transferring the product to my current account would be highly valued to avoid paying for a game I originally got for free.

I have been experiencing difficulties playing the games I purchased on EA's Origin platform due to their transition to EA Play. I have reluctantly installed EA Play but encountered issues with running my game "Command & Conquer: Tiberium Sun" and its expansion "Firestorm." The game only opens to the main menu and cannot progress further, with only the option to exit.
EA Play now requires Administrator mode for the game to run, without offering compatibility mode. Unfortunately, attempts to seek help through their player-operated forums have been unsuccessful, as they are not managed by EA Play developers.
I am seeking assistance to urge Electronic Arts to ensure games are functional on EA Play and to reinstate a "Contact Us" section on their website for customer support regarding these changes and the potential to transition back to Origin.

When I logged into Plants vs. Zombies 2, I noticed all my account data had disappeared. After entering my email ([redacted]), I saw two accounts, both at the beginning of the game. Previously, I was at Big Wave Beach on stage 12, with all plants from Egypt to Big Wave Beach. I had a Brick Rank, some purchased plants, and the Chomper Peashooter. Losing all my progress has left me feeling upset. Google Play still shows my achievements, but my game data is missing.

HELP: I originally registered with the email address [redacted] After entering my password, the security system sends a code to this address, which takes over 20 minutes to receive. By the time I enter the code, it's invalid, causing the purchased games on Origin to be unplayable. Is it possible to disable the second level of security so only my email and password are needed? I have two different emails for my SIMS account. I am unable to access the one associated with "rocketmail" as it is no longer available. I have created a new account with only a few purchases. Yesterday, I attempted to connect my primary PC account to my PlayStation account to play FIFA on both platforms. However, upon logging into my PlayStation, it seemed as though I was starting the game from scratch. I am unsure how to transfer all my progress from my main account. I am inquiring about the missing Madden 24 Deluxe edition Ultimate Team content. I did not receive my pre-order bonuses, including the player, Josh Allan card, HOF player pack, and the [redacted] Madden cash. After purchasing $89.99 worth of Madden cash, it did not reflect in my account despite the payment being processed. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my EA account due to not receiving a verification email. Despite being logged in, I can't get the email to proceed. My password has expired, and I am unable to log in. When I try to contact eBay support via chat, I am unable to select the PC platform, and when I try to call customer service, I am redirected back to the help page before being disconnected. Since updating the EA App on my PC running Windows 7 Ultimate, I encountered an issue with Crysis 3. The update led to a message stating my Crysis 3 license had expired, requiring a new game download. After downloading, I faced an "admin permissions" message and a loading screen freeze followed by an error notification from EA. Despite searching the help website, I found no solution matching my problem. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the App, the issue persisted. Trying to start the game offline proved unsuccessful. This problem arose post-update, as Crysis 2 and Battlefield 1 are unaffected.
