Hello, I made a booking through booking.com for a flight from MXP to AMS on 7/9 at 18:30. The order number is K5M6K67, with the flight operated by U23857 under the name Ning Ning Yang. Unfortunately, I am unable to make this trip to Italy this weekend and would like to request a change of date to August 6 at the same time (18:30). I made a holiday booking on 15th June under Reference [redacted] that included flights from Gatwick to Malpensa. Initially, the flight times were inconvenient, so I paid an extra £[redacted] to secure a later flight to avoid an overnight stay in Gatwick. I already checked in, received my boarding passes, and even arranged train tickets to Gatwick. However, I was recently informed that my departure flight time from Gatwick had been changed to an earlier time, rendering my train ticket useless and requiring an overnight stay, which I sought to avoid by paying the premium. I had selected seats and obtained boarding passes for the original flight EZY8305 at 13:20, which now appears fully booked. Considering my early booking date and arrangements, I request to remain on the initial flight or receive a refund for the premium paid. I hope for a prompt and positive resolution to this matter.

My son misplaced his phone at Gran Canaria airport, and it contains valuable photos of his daughter. The phone has been found and is currently at the 'lost and found' in Terminal 1, with a photo and contact number provided. It would mean a lot to us if a member of Easyjet's staff could pick it up and bring it to either Manchester or Liverpool Airport, as my son cannot afford a courier to retrieve it. This was Brenton's first flight, and he is very upset about losing his phone. We are willing to pay a reasonable fee to get it back. We greatly appreciate any help Easyjet can provide in reuniting my son with his phone and cherished photos.

Upon realization that I forgot my passport, I promptly changed my flight with easyJet to the next available one, covering the price difference. Despite being an easyJet Flight Club member, exempt from a re-booking fee, I had to pay a £[redacted] booking fee as I didn't have my membership number at the time. Despite reaching out to easyJet's customer service twice over the past two weeks, I am yet to receive a refund for the extra fee.

I received a call from 'Kevin' regarding a lost Bluegrey upright hard-wheeled suitcase lost by Aire Lingus on June 16th, [redacted]. Interestingly, Kevin contacted the number on the laminate of the suitcase, which then reached my associate in Los Angeles. I reside in Vancouver, WA. My name is Dover Weinberg, and my address is [redacted] N.E. 30th Ave. Vancouver, WA [redacted]. The Aire Lingus flight tag number on the suitcase is EI027518. During my trip home, Aire Lingus was partnered with United, and my United number is PDX81118M. I am missing precious items in this suitcase, and despite being one of a party of 7, I am the only one who has not yet had all bags returned. I kindly request the prompt return of my suitcase. Hello, I just wanted to share my recent experience. My wife flew from AGP to BRS on July 25th and returned. She repeated this journey on August 13th and returned today. The booking references were KSR2NE and KSVDMG9 accordingly. While the booking details and boarding passes were correct, the email reminders showed departure/return airport as LPL John Lennon. This may just be a "glitch," but it could potentially confuse someone who might think they made a mistake with their booking. Overall, everything went smoothly with EZY. Thank you, Martin

I flew from Faro to Bristol with easyJet, and then took a connecting Ryanair flight to Dublin. Unfortunately, my bag was left behind at Bristol airport, which contains important documents and medications. If possible, please arrange for my bag to be sent to Dublin airport via a Ryanair flight so I can collect it there. On July 23rd, I traveled from Edinburgh to London. When I arrived, I discovered my luggage was damaged, with the wheel and base missing. I filed a complaint right away. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from EasyJet since then. I have shared all the required pictures and documents but it seems my requests have been overlooked by your team for weeks now. I was on flight EasyJet EZY808 from Edinburgh UK airport to London Gatwick on August 17th. My confirmation code is K5K526K. The flight experience was a disaster. The bag clerk mixed up our luggage with another passenger's, resulting in our bags being in Bristol, UK instead of with us in Los Angeles, CA. We had to buy essentials as our luggage didn't arrive during our 4-day holiday. Moreover, the flight was delayed for over an hour, and there were issues onboard with spilled milk on my sweater and an unzipped pants zipper on a male flight attendant. This whole ordeal was unprofessional, and I am looking to speak with someone about a refund for our flights and luggage fees.
