Hello,
I made a flight booking with Easyjet in [redacted] that was cancelled, leading to me receiving a voucher. When I used the voucher to partially pay for a subsequent flight, and the new flight was also cancelled, I was told I couldn't get a refund because a voucher was used. However, the voucher only covered a portion of the total amount. I believe I have followed all the rules by using the original voucher within a year, having the flight cancelled, and paying the remaining amount separately. As the booking was for multiple passengers, the money involved is not solely mine. I feel entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The situation with vouchers and cancelled flights seems illogical, and I hope to receive the refund I believe is fair.

My daughter was denied boarding her flight from Paris to Krakow today, flight No K245N83, as she didn't have a Covid test. In Poland, at Krakow Balice Airport, a Covid test is not needed for fully vaccinated individuals, like my daughter who completed her Pfizer vaccine on 25th February [redacted]. Easyjet's website lacked clear information about the Covid test requirement. My daughter is alone at Charles de Gaulle Airport and dealing with significant anxiety and distress. As a Covid regulations professional, I believe Easyjet made an error. Please rectify this promptly to avoid legal action. Lidia S.

There seems to be conflicting information regarding the mandatory COVID-19 testing requirements for travelers from Greece to the UK. The UK government website states that travelers must present a lateral flow test from their country of origin, with the test result details in English, French, or Spanish, and specific information like their name matching their travel documents, date of birth, test result, date sample collected, test provider details, and confirmation of the test type.
EasyJet, on the other hand, suggests taking a test packet to the UK and testing yourself. It's essential to follow the UK government's guidelines to avoid potential issues and fines, as arriving without the correct test result information may result in a £[redacted] penalty. Travelers should ensure they have all the required details on their test result to comply with the regulations and have a smooth journey to England.

I need to make changes to our flight under the airline's Freedom to Change policy. Our booking reference is K23BJVB, and we would like to switch (due to Covid restrictions) to a return flight from CHQ to LGW on 09/29/[redacted] and are willing to pay any additional fees. The website has not been cooperative, and we have been unsuccessful so far. We received a confusing response instructing us to call, which is frustrating. The passengers are listed under the names Clarke and Townsend. We are still attempting to resolve this issue and are encountering difficulties with customer service.

Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed to Board Flight
Regrettably, I encountered a roadblock this morning while trying to board my 05.50 flight to Thessaloniki, Greece from Gatwick airport. Unfortunately, I was not permitted to board due to an incomplete Passenger Locator Form (PLF). Airport officials recommended that I contact you, as there are alternative flights departing from Luton. Despite reaching out to your support line, I was directed to seek assistance here promptly. Time is of the essence as this trip is essential for a family matter, not a leisurely vacation. I kindly ask for your immediate support to resolve this issue and facilitate my journey. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Warm regards,
Jill R.

We had originally booked round-trip flights from Gatwick to Tenerife South with Easyjet. Unfortunately, flight EZY8710 from Tenerife South to Gatwick on 22nd June was canceled by Easyjet, leaving us with limited options. Despite our preference to still use the outbound flight, the online refund request form did not allow us to specify this detail. Consequently, Easyjet unilaterally decided to cancel our seats on the outbound flight without our consent or notification.
Due to Easyjet's error, we had to rebook the same outbound flight at a significantly higher cost, resulting in us being £[redacted].75 out of pocket. We have since learned that Easyjet does not have a standard procedure for reimbursing these additional expenses. Therefore, we are kindly requesting a goodwill payment of £[redacted].75 to compensate for the difference, as loyal customers of Easyjet.

Subject: Seat Selection Issue for Booking References KIGX935 and K1GX9G2
I am writing in regards to my bookings with references KIGX935 and K1GX9G2. Initially, I had reserved seats 2E and 2F for my trip scheduled for October 2, [redacted]. However, due to COVID-19, I had to change my departure date to September 30, [redacted]. Subsequently, my departure date was changed again to October 1, [redacted], incurring a flight change fare difference.
Despite previously paying for up front seats and selecting them at an additional cost, I recently discovered that my reserved seats have been released. When attempting to re-reserve them, I was surprised to see an additional charge for seat selection.
I am experiencing the same issue with Booking Reference K1GX9G2, where original seats 2C and 2D were selected but have now been released.
I kindly request clarification on why my previously paid seat selections were removed and urge for the seats to be rebooked as initially arranged. I can be reached at 1-[redacted] if further information is required.
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Irene

I am writing to address my recent booking experience with Easyjet. My partner, L.H., reserved a round trip flight to Tenerife departing on 1 June (Flight EZY8703) and returning on 24 June (Flight EZY8710). Easyjet first cancelled our return flight on 24 June, requiring us to rebook for 22 June. Unfortunately, they then cancelled this new flight as well, forcing us to book with another airline for the return trip to London. Surprisingly, on 27 May, we found that Easyjet had also cancelled our outbound flight on 1 June without notification or reason. We had to rebook at a higher price due to this last-minute cancellation. Despite contacting Easyjet three times, we only received a generic response claiming we failed to specify the cancelled flight, although it was Easyjet who cancelled our bookings. The total difference in cost amounts to £[redacted].75, which we expect Easyjet to refund promptly. Thank you.

I booked my flights last year to Dalaman but due to covid, I had to reschedule to Split, Croatia for this July. With the current situation in Croatia, I want to change my flights to Crete for September. However, I tried to make the change online, but the outbound flight got canceled, so I couldn’t complete the process. I need assistance changing my flights to Crete Heraklion departing from Gatwick on the 17th of September on EZY8761 and returning on EZY8762.
In response to your messages, it seems like you haven’t fully read my request. I need EasyJet to rebook the two passengers, changing the outbound flight from Split to Crete Heraklion on the 17th of September [redacted] using flight EZY8761, and the inbound flight from Split to Luton on the 24th of July [redacted] to inbound from Crete Heraklion to Gatwick on the 24th of September [redacted].

Hello,
I recently made a booking with EasyJet through a company called eDreams on June 17, [redacted], for a round trip for my wife and I from Tel Aviv to Paris. While I received a confirmation email from eDreams with all the booking details, I have not yet received the EasyJet e-ticket after three days. When I contacted eDreams, they mentioned that I will receive the e-ticket and boarding pass at the airport. Since this is my first time booking through eDreams, I would like to ensure the booking is confirmed with EasyJet to avoid any issues at the airport. The booking reference I received from eDreams is [redacted], and the EasyJet reference is K26TN1Q. Can you please help me confirm that the booking is in order? Additionally, I would like to know if it's possible to have the EasyJet e-ticket sent to my email at [redacted] Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
Munir Khuri

I traveled with cabin baggage only on 17/6 from LGW to GLA without any issues. However, on the return flight on the 20th, I was informed that trolley bags were not allowed in the cabin, despite having had no problems previously. I was charged £24 for this. Even though my bag fit under the seat in front of me, I was still charged. Another passenger mentioned they weren't charged on their outbound flight. Chief steward Michael took a note of my complaint and mentioned this issue occurs frequently. I request a refund for the checked bag fee and an apology from EasyJet for the inconsistency. I flew on flight EZY882 at 13:50 from GLA to LGW on 20/6/21. Thank you. - Paul M.

When I click on "Manage My Bookings," I don't see all the relevant flights on one page. The details of our canceled flight from Kalamata to GTW on 6th Oct [redacted] (Ref: KIB65FZ) are still showing up and need to be removed. The bookings I am looking for are under Ref: KIXZ5VB, KIXZ4HL, for the flight from GTW to Kalamata on 23rd Sep [redacted], with return on 2nd Oct. I know they are all confirmed, but sometimes I struggle to locate them, causing me anxiety. Could you please confirm that the passengers M.Williams, R. Williams, A. Morrison, H. Morrison, C. Musgrave, K. Musgrave, C. Rogerson, A. Garfield are all booked on Flt [redacted] GTW to Kalamata on 23rd Sep, returning on 2nd Oct this year? Also, please ensure that the "Manage My Bookings" page displays these flights and passengers on one page without including the canceled flight from [redacted]. Additionally, on a separate booking, include J. Arkell and Jean Arkell. These flights are all booked, confirmed, and paid for, but they are not all shown when I access "Manage My Bookings." Thank you. - Maurice Williams

Due to Covid last year, we had to cancel our flight, and easyJet provided us with a voucher expiring in August. Trying to rebook for October, we found the fares had doubled, and there was only one flight to Venice on our day of travel, which is frustrating. I reached out to their helpline seeking an extension for the voucher to next year, but the language barrier made it difficult to communicate my concerns. After three attempts, I still don't have clarity on whether our money is lost, including that of my friends who pooled in for the booking. Our whole holiday plan, including moved accommodations, is at risk due to easyJet's unavailability and high prices. Regards, Trish.

I reside in Portugal and will be flying to Bristol Airport on Thursday, July 1st at 14:55 to attend my mother's funeral on Friday, July 2nd. My return flight to Portugal from Bristol Airport is on Saturday, July 3rd at 13:10 with EasyJet, flight EZY6007, booking reference K27CRV2. The passengers are Jennifer Anne Vaughan and my husband Peter Gordon Vaughan. We have scheduled a PCR test for Wednesday, June 30th at 13:15 to obtain a 'Fit for Travel' certificate. Since we will only be in the UK for 48 hours, we are wondering if we can use the 'Fit to Travel' certificate issued in Portugal on June 30th at 13:15 for our return flight with EasyJet on Saturday, July 3rd. It will be challenging for us to arrange another PCR test during our short stay in the UK. An early response would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to assist, kindly suggest an alternative. Thank you in advance. Warm regards, Jennie Vaughan.

I used the EasyJet app to book flights for my partner, Frances, and myself to London. As we were traveling on separate flights, I had to complete two separate booking processes. While booking Frances's flight and entering her name, I proceeded to payment. However, when I received the booking confirmation, it was in my name. I tried contacting EasyJet's executive support team and emailed Johan but did not get a response. Upon contacting the UK customer service number, I was informed I would need to pay £49 to change the names on the ticket, despite the issue originating from the EasyJet app.
As an individual with a master's degree and a director in an organization with over 3,[redacted] staff, I am certain of the name entered on the app for Frances's flight. I anticipate a resolution to this issue and expect better customer service from EasyJet. I had hoped for improved customer service from the aviation sector, especially during these challenging times of the pandemic, but unfortunately, it seems to have deteriorated. I am looking forward to your prompt response.

I have been trying to contact +44 [redacted] about my son's delayed baggage from his flight to Paris from Milan. Upon calling, they asked for a conference PIN number, which I assumed to be the Lost Report No., but it was considered incorrect. Milan Easy Jet also requested a PIN number from the missing baggage report, which was not where they directed me to find it. This situation has been incredibly frustrating. Can anyone guide me on what information they were actually looking for? The Lost Report No. in question is CDG [redacted], dated 3/7/[redacted].

Subject: Request for Refund of Holiday Credit Due to Medical Issues
I am writing regarding the £3,[redacted].92 credit we have with you, set to expire on August 4th, [redacted].
Due to unforeseen medical circumstances, particularly my husband’s chronic hip and shoulder pain, we were unable to re-book our holiday to Turkey within the given timeframe due to the ongoing pandemic. My husband is now awaiting a hip replacement referral, which might result in a significant delay due to the current situation. Moreover, given his age of 70 and underlying heart conditions, obtaining travel insurance at this point is extremely costly.
Considering these extenuating circumstances, we kindly request a refund of our holiday credit as losing this amount of money due to factors beyond our control would be distressing.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Julie M.

Booking Reference K259SDZ: EasyJet has altered my flight from Birmingham to Belfast on Aug 9th from 15:35 to 18:15. Due to mobility challenges, I cannot reach the airport for the later flight and had arrangements for the initial one. I am requesting EasyJet modify the booking to a Belfast flight from East Midlands Airport on Sunday, August 8th at 17:15, where transport can be arranged. This solution aligns with EasyJet's commitment to assist customers with mobility issues. I'm willing to cover any fare difference. Contact me at [redacted].

Dear Sirs, I should never have had to write this after several years of using your flights. However, after my recent experience on my last trip with my wife from Basel to Brindisi and back, I feel compelled to say that Easyget no longer exists for me, and probably for my family, friends, and acquaintances as well.
Let me try to explain what happened: After waiting in line for 2 hours, Basel was refused check-in for the baggage by one of the attendants at the baggage drop-off, even though we had waited for passengers from other flights who might have had more time. Due to the situation and the stress I experienced, I felt the need to raise my voice, and only then another attendant from another counter called us and accepted the bags. I was charged for an extra bag since only one was allowed, which I do not dispute.
Upon arriving in Brindisi, at the boarding gate, the woman at the security check told me I could not take my bag on board. I firmly and a bit irritably told her that my bag could be taken on board. She kept insisting it couldn't be, even after mentioning the acceptable measurements. Luckily, another lady next to her came over, checked the bag, and said I could bring it on. In my opinion, there is poor organization and lack of competence among the staff. Not to mention, I find the Speed Boarding entirely deceiving and ridiculous. I apologize for any breach of etiquette, but I felt the need to make this known. Hoping for your consideration, I extend my regards.
Salvatore G.
