I recently purchased a flight through the Eva Air website and now I need to cancel it to receive a refund. Despite successfully canceling the booking through my Eva Air account after providing my contact information and email, I encountered an issue when trying to request a refund. The system did not automatically initiate the refund process, requiring me to fill out a separate form for the refund request. However, when I entered my ticket number on the form, it was not accepted or recognized by the system. I have attempted to contact Eva Air customer service multiple times but all the phone lines are consistently busy, leading to a disconnect after the voicemail message. It's crucial that I reach someone at Eva Air within the 24-hour refund eligibility period. Given the difficulty in getting through to customer service, I am concerned about meeting this deadline. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I transferred points from my Citibank ThankYou Points account to Eva Air on June 20th. Here is a copy of the transaction and the order number: Points Transfer to: ThankYou® Points Transferred to: EVA Air for [redacted],[redacted] points Order ID: [redacted]93 The points never appeared in my Eva account. When I spoke with Citibank ThankYou Points, they said it was transferred to the wrong EVA Air account. They could not provide me with the account number to which it was transferred, but verified that the account number I provided for EVA was incorrect. My account number is [redacted] for Arthur Reichman, born on 01/16/[redacted]. It seems I may have previously created an account with EVA using my nickname, Zach Reichman, which might have a different EVA Air membership number. Perhaps the miles are in that account, but I cannot access it. Please advise. In the meantime, I am unable to book my travel with EVA due to the loss of [redacted],[redacted] miles.

I am currently in the process of booking a flight from Manila to San Francisco. I plan to use my aunt's credit card for payment. Unfortunately, I came across a clause stating that either myself or a travel companion must be the credit card holder and present the card during check-in. Since I will not have access to the card, I'm seeking guidance on how to proceed. I attempted to review the "Payment by Non-Passengers" information but found it lacking in providing a solution for my situation.

Hello, I am inquiring about a flight booked through trip.com for 2 passengers from Bali to Munich with a layover in Taipei. The Airline reference code is 6RZ7BS. My confirmation number is 6EWUCU, and my name is T. Pologa. I reserved seats for 6 adults initially with United Airlines from Phoenix to Los Angeles. Due to a schedule change, our connection to the EVA flight is now impossible as it's a 45-minute connection in different terminals. I contacted United Airlines to address the issue, and they proposed an alternative route. They suggested flying on November 16 at 8:53pm from Phoenix, arriving in San Francisco at 10:00pm. Then proceeding on an EVA flight at 11:25pm to Taipei, reaching at 5:45am. Subsequently, departing from Taipei at 7:40am, arriving in Singapore at 12:10pm. Please assist in rebooking us for this flight in Premium Economy swiftly to ensure smooth connections. Upon arriving in Manila, I discovered that my luggage was missing its padlock, and it ended up being significantly lighter than when I last saw it. After filing a report at the NAIA Terminal 3, I was directed to submit a complaint online through the website. I have evidence that my suitcase was tampered with and some items are missing. I kindly request a review of the CCTV footage from the plane journey until its arrival in Manila, Philippines.

My name is Myra Skidmore, and I could not use the original return ticket due to testing positive for COVID-19 in Ho Chi Minh City while on a trip with a cruise ship. Hello, I am reaching out regarding the reservation for my parents, Antonio Jr. M. and Maria D. M., with EVA Air made through Budgetair. I contacted Budgetair to discuss canceling the trip due to flight changes, as my parents are concerned about a layover in Taiwan given the current safety situation. I was informed about an airline cancellation penalty of PHP24,[redacted] per passenger, which amounts to over [redacted] USD per person. Hello, I need to report that my identity was stolen by individuals who pretended to be Xfinity Tech service representatives, gaining access to my laptop. They were able to view sensitive information on my laptop, including my booked flights with Eva Air through Travelocity. Among the stolen details are my passport ID and SSS#. I kindly request that Eva Air remain vigilant regarding check-ins under my name for flights starting on January 1, [redacted], to Cebu, Philippines, and on the 18th to Auckland, New Zealand for both myself and my husband. I have sent an email to inquire about the status of my lost baggage. Our booking reference is 4K8GB8. I, Thi Trang Vu, and my child Phuoc Minh Hoang traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Amsterdam, with a layover in Bangkok, on Tuesday, August 15th, [redacted]. The flights were with Bamboo Airways on August 15th (QHO325) and EVA Air BR0075 from BKK to AMS on the same day. Out of the 4 bags we checked, one bag, a yellow one (as shown in the attached picture) with the number [redacted], was lost during the journey. I reported the missing bag upon arrival at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam following the staff's instructions. I filled out the required report using my details since the bag belongs to my 2-year-old child. It has been 3 days since I filed the report, but I have not received any updates. Despite my efforts to contact Eva Air's office and Swissport, the lack of the Amsterdam report reference number is causing issues in tracking the bag. I have provided all relevant information, including flight details, bag numbers, passenger names, and flight date. I kindly request urgent assistance with locating the lost bag. Connection Issue at YVR Airport. I took a flight from Taipei to Vancouver YVR Airport via EVA Air, connecting to Calgary YYC with Air Canada. Landing at YVR on August 25 at 8:05 pm, I discovered I needed to clear customs, check luggage, and catch my connecting flight boarding at 8:50 pm. By the time I reached the bag drop at 9:00 pm, they said it was too late to check-in our 8 bags. Consequently, we had to reschedule our flight for August 26 at 7:30 pm, leaving us with a nearly 22-hour delay.

I am writing about an existing order. I booked round-trip tickets with Eva through Budgetair from LAX to Shanghai China with a layover at Taipei Airport from 8/11 to 8/31. On the day of my return, I couldn't board the plane due to political policies between China and Taipei. I was stranded at Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) with no assistance as Eva ticket stations were closed. I managed to speak with a worker. My husband, a US citizen, was not affected by the new policy. To catch my LAX flight, I had to purchase a new ticket same-day, but all were sold out at PVG, forcing me to take a taxi to Hong Qiao Airport in Shanghai. I attempted to cancel with Budgetair via email due to time zone differences. Upon returning to the US, Budgetair informed me of a $[redacted] "no show" charge. I've been trying to reach Eva since 9/1/[redacted] without success. I urgently need to resolve this issue with the airline.

Due to my mother's age and serious medical condition, we had to cancel our flights booked through a travel agency. I informed EVA of the cancellation on Sept. 6, '23, following their advice to coordinate the refund with the agency. The total refund requested is $4,[redacted]. However, the travel agency indicated that EVA Airways only issues full refunds to passengers admitted to the hospital, a policy previously unknown to me.
