I need to speak with an agent regarding an urgent matter. On July 9, [redacted], at 6:15 AM, I placed a $[redacted] bet on the Mets to win. They won 4 to 5. However, my $[redacted] bet was not paid out as the screen indicated "cash out." I have not received my initial bet or winnings. When I checked DraftKings the next day, it stated the Mets lost, which is incorrect. I want my initial bet, winnings, and my bet back. I recently contacted DraftKings this morning and attached the confirmation of my complaint documents from the Agencies to my last email. Yesterday, I filed complaints with various Federal Agencies due to my inability to withdraw funds from my DraftKings account. Despite receiving nearly 15 generic responses from different DraftKings' Representatives, the lack of resolution has escalated the issue unnecessarily. I plan to escalate my complaint to the FBI's IC3 Division. Throughout this process, I have consistently provided my contact number, yet no one from DraftKings has attempted to call me. After discovering numerous similar complaints against DraftKings, where individuals have been misled by representatives, I am determined to pursue this until my issue is resolved and I receive my funds.

I need assistance disputing a $25.00 debt for a non-sufficient funds fee. I had the funds available, but Draft Kings kept trying to withdraw from my daughter's joint account, which she doesn't use. I attempted to contact them through email since there was no phone number available to speak to a representative, but the issue was never resolved. The repeated attempts by Draft Kings to pull funds caused multiple NSF fees, leading me to pay only the original $25.00 fee I agreed to. There was no way for me to update the account information to my own. In frustration, I had to close our bank accounts and open new ones. The lack of customer service was a significant inconvenience. I have informed the debt collectors that I will only pay the $25.00 owed, despite their offer of $40.00 being the lowest amount. It was frustrating not being able to speak to a person or update my account details online.

I received an odds boost today for the LA Chargers vs. San Francisco 49ers game on SNF 11/13. It offered: "bet $1 to win $[redacted] if Justin Herbert completes 1 TD pass." However, when I tried to place the bet, it wouldn't load. I contacted customer support an hour before the game, but the issue was not resolved. The person I spoke with didn't provide an explanation and suddenly stopped responding close to the game start. I missed out on the opportunity as Herbert did complete the touchdown pass. I did place the bet without the odds boost right before the game to have a record. This is frustrating, and I am disappointed that DraftKings did not honor the promotion as advertised. Earlier this year, likely in October, I placed a $40 bet on the 49ers to win the Super Bowl. Later, I placed a $[redacted] bet on the same team. However, when I check my bets, the $40 futures bet seems to have disappeared. I did not cash out or cancel the bet. I have emailed Draft Kings multiple times about this issue using my email address but have not received a response. I kindly request for you to investigate and reinstate the bet on my account. I used a gift card with a Visa logo to add funds to my account. FanDuel placed a restriction on my account, requesting bank statements and proof of ownership for the gift card. I explained that the card was a gift, but kept encountering difficulties as agents repeated the same requests. I uploaded my utility bill, a picture with my license, and a photo of the gift card clearly labeled as a gift.
After an email stating the gift card restriction would be lifted, I submitted the utility bill without any markings. Despite this, the issue persists, and email customer service has been unhelpful and frustrating. The responses have been robotic and fail to acknowledge my situation, leading to repetitive requests to provide the same information about the gift card with a Visa logo that I received as a gift. I hope they can remove the restriction promptly to avoid further email exchanges.
