I recently realized that I lost my Dasher Direct Pay card, so I promptly ordered a replacement through the app expecting it in 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, it never arrived, so I contacted Dasher Direct support, who informed me it would take 10 to 15 business days. After further delays, they now say it will be 21 business days. It has been 5 days past the 21-day mark, and still no card. As a Doordash driver, this delay is greatly affecting my income, and I am currently homeless, constantly moving between motel rooms or my car. My health is also very poor, dealing with multiple serious conditions. This ongoing situation is pushing me to my limits, and although receiving the card won't solve all my problems, it would provide some much-needed relief that I desperately need.

I recently discovered that a seldom-used credit card was charged $9.99 for 13 months by Doordash. It seems that I unintentionally signed up for an account during the pandemic and never used it again. I spoke to a customer service representative who promised a refund to my Stanford Federal Credit Union account but I never received it or any confirmation email. This past Monday, on October 6th, I had a challenging night while delivering for Doordash, resulting in two late deliveries. I want to clarify that I always strive to be honest and take responsibility. One late delivery was delayed due to being pulled over by the Philadelphia police for a faulty headlight, and the other was caused by a closed highway exit. Additionally, I returned an order to Wawa due to an incorrect address. I am disappointed by the deactivation of my account and the lack of support from Doordash, especially given my good track record and dedication to my work. I have been wrongly accused before, and I feel let down by the handling of this situation. This job is crucial for me as a single mom supporting a child in Catholic school. On Saturday, October 16, [redacted], between 2:30 and 3:00 pm, I placed an order on Walgreens' website for four [redacted] oz bottles of Arizona Sweet Tea iced tea. When the Door Dasher arrived, he buzzed my intercom and asked me to come down to pick up the order. I had requested in the instructions for the Door Dasher to deliver the order upstairs, as this has always been the case in the past. When I declined to go downstairs, the Door Dasher threatened to discard the items. Walgreens stated it was Door Dash's responsibility once the order was picked up, while Door Dash claimed it was Walgreens' responsibility. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order and still have to pay for it. This situation is unacceptable.

I've reached out to DoorDash support and spoken with 7 representatives, 1 supervisor, and exchanged 4 emails, yet my issue remains unresolved. My account prompts me to get a red card to dash, but when I received the card and tried to register it, the system rejected it as invalid. I am feeling stuck. I preordered a meal from my favorite spot, the Turkish Kitchen in Bendigo, through DoorDash today. Despite ordering hours ahead, my delivery was late, resulting in cold and soggy food. The hot chips were cold and limp, and the kebabs had lost their warmth. Unfortunately, I had to discard the chips. With a sick child at home, I relied on this meal for convenience. I was recently deactivated from DoorDash unfairly. I was late for a pick-up due to a traffic jam caused by an accident, where I was questioned by the police. Although I was eventually allowed to continue, the order was reassigned, and I had to take a different one. Despite being attentive to address any issues promptly on the app's violation page, I couldn't access it after the incident. My appeal was denied, but I intend to reapply for reactivation after 90 days.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order from Panda Express. I ordered 2 chicken egg rolls, which were missing when delivered by your DoorDash driver, Kendra. Please address this situation as it is unacceptable for delivery drivers to consume customers' food. Going forward, ensure that your employees are aware that they must not eat customers' orders. I tipped Kendra when I placed the order for delivery, expecting to receive all the items I paid for. I had to order additional food to replace the missing items.

In the past three weeks, every time I receive an order that has already been completed or is not available at the store, I contact Dasher Support for the half compensation as per the DoorDash policy. However, Dasher Support continuously puts me on hold on the phone, like last night for 2 minutes, resulting in dashers not receiving the proper payment. For example, I had a delivery from Safeway totaling $17.95, which I discovered I had already completed. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up without receiving the compensation. This has occurred multiple times in Parker, Colorado, within the last three weeks. Additionally, last night on a Monday, I only earned $54 in 4 hours, significantly less than usual. Throughout the year, I typically make around $[redacted] every 4-5 hours, with a minimum hourly rate in Colorado being $18-20. It seems there is an issue with the payment system as my earnings have decreased since Thanksgiving, making it challenging to cover expenses. I hope DoorDash addresses these concerns to prevent dashers from leaving the platform and potentially escalating the matter legally.

I recently made an order for Stand-Up Burgers through DoorDash. After receiving notification that my order was delivered and not finding it in my lobby, I tried contacting the Dasher (Cheryl) to no avail. Following a refund, I directly ordered from Stand-Up Burgers, only to find my original order still at the restaurant, untouched by the Dasher. The experience was frustrating and misleading, as DoorDash falsely claimed my order was delivered. This mishap not only wasted time but also money. In the future, I will be seeking alternative services due to this deception. I work at a hospital, and we have noticed that some Doordash delivery drivers are parking in the fore lanes regularly. Typically, when we ask them to move, they cooperate. However, today we encountered a driver who was very disrespectful. Despite our request to park elsewhere, this individual responded rudely, placed the order on the ground near the ER entrance, and made offensive gestures while leaving. Although we don't have the driver's name, they drive a White Toyota Prius with Oklahoma tag GJW468. We have informed them they are not permitted to deliver to our hospital anymore, and they have been trespassed. Should they return to our property, we will involve the authorities and have them arrested.
