I waited for 3 hours for my food, and when I called, the lady mentioned that nobody had put in the order yet. She arrived just then. I informed her that I no longer wanted the food and requested a refund to my account. She claimed it was DoorDash's responsibility and wasn't her concern. Despite paying for the food, I never received it. The lady even mentioned a different order that wasn't mine. This situation is frustrating, and I insist on getting my money back into my account immediately. I've been emailing DoorDash for 2 hours now without a resolution. I'm hungry, haven't received my order, and my money was taken from my account. I demand that my money be refunded promptly.

As a DoorDash driver, I worked on Valentine's Day, but encountered an issue with a missed order due to being unable to check my phone while on a delivery. Consequently, my rating dropped and I did not receive the bonus and $6 extra per order. Despite always accepting new orders promptly, customer service informed me I no longer qualified for the bonus due to the missed order affecting my acceptance rate. My rating dropped from [redacted]% to 81%, still within the bonus eligibility. I am unsure why orders were sent before the completion of the previous one and received conflicting messages from the company. Even after an unsuccessful resolution, I was offered a bonus via text message. I hope this matter can be resolved so I can receive the payment owed and continue working with DoorDash.

I am a new user of DoorDash and intended to use it for ordering lunches for my company. I scheduled a delivery between 12-12:30, but my order arrived late at 12:50 pm and was cold. I contacted the restaurant when they opened at 11 am, and they said my order was being prepared. However, the driver mentioned he was on a catering delivery and was unsure why he was assigned my order. The food arrived cold and soggy, which was disappointing. I received two orders from Chipotle designated as merchant orders, so I didn't know the contents or quantity. After separating and delivering them, the customer informed me that the second delivery was incorrect. In the future, I'd like to know how to avoid this issue. I typically don’t complain, but the service from this app for food delivery has been one of the worst experiences I've had. This is my second time ordering from DoorDash, and both times, the drivers have been rude and unhelpful, ignoring the instructions I provided. The behavior of the Dashers has been difficult, disrespectful, and they are not open to suggestions. Two of them even asked me to come down to their car to get my order, which is unsafe and inconvenient, especially as a woman meeting a stranger in their car. On top of that, I had missing items in my order, which was frustrating. I dread ordering from this app because of these experiences, but I felt forced to choose it due to limited selection on other apps. After two terrible experiences, I'm hesitant to give them a third chance.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches, 2 chocolate shakes with Oreos, one vanilla shake with Oreos, and a burger from Burgerology. I requested sweet potato fries and garlic aioli instead of marshmallow aioli for one chicken sandwich, but received the wrong aioli. In the atomic cheese burger, I specified no bacon and wanted it well done due to religious reasons and pregnancy, but it arrived with bacon and rare. I couldn't eat the food due to these errors. Also, the chocolate shakes were missing Oreos despite being an extra charge. I had to discard the incorrect order. I reached out to Maria at Bare Burger who advised me to contact you for a refund. Maria agreed I should receive a full refund for the order.

Last night, I received an order and went to the merchant's location only to find out they were out of the items the customer had requested. The merchant asked me to contact the customer, Angelina, who wanted to cancel because the main item ordered, soup, was unavailable, especially the seafood soup. After informing the merchant, they canceled the order, and the customer also confirmed the cancellation. When I tried to report the issue on the app to receive partial pay for my efforts, I was unexpectedly logged out and told I had unassigned myself from the order. Contacting support, I was promised a callback after they spoke with both the customer and the merchant, but I never received one. Despite my attempts to reach support again by phone failing, I am still seeking resolution. It is crucial that someone follows up with me to ensure I am compensated for my time, as the cancellation was not my doing, and I did not unassign myself from the order. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I placed an order and even tipped the driver $10. However, I received an email from the driver stating that "DoorDash is letting me out of the delivery." This situation is incredibly frustrating!
The lunch was meant for my child at school, and now this entire experience has been tarnished. To make matters worse, the driver messaged me that the DoorDash contact has poor English skills. What a mess!
I usually order from Mr. Pickles, who mentioned that DoorDash handles their deliveries. This was my first time using DoorDash, and it has been a disappointment.
Please issue a credit to my account immediately. This situation feels like fraud, as my husband had to disrupt a work meeting due to DoorDash's error and lack of professionalism.
Trying DoorDash has been a letdown. It's truly disheartening to be let down by a service like this.

As a new Dasher, I had a challenging night recently. I received orders that had been waiting for over an hour, causing frustration for both the customers and restaurants. Due to receiving the orders last minute, I faced lower ratings and my overall score dropped from 4.80 to 4.33. I want to clarify that the delays were not my fault, as I did my best to deliver the food promptly. Many of the deliveries were also quite far, some up to 20 minutes away, which can be verified in my logs. I truly enjoy being a Dasher and am concerned about potential deactivation. I had to make a delivery for Chipotle in Queens, NY, which was supposed to be a guaranteed drop-off in Queens for $6.67. However, the customer changed their address to the Bronx, NY. I ended up having to deliver the food there, which was over a 30-minute drive and about 10 miles away from where I picked up the food. Despite the longer journey, I was still paid only $6.67 as if it were a Queens delivery. This doesn't seem fair considering the extra mileage and time spent. I believe I should be compensated accordingly for the additional distance traveled. If I had known that I would receive the same pay regardless of the extended route, I would have reconsidered taking the order in the first place.

I started working for DoorDash in [redacted] and did it part-time alongside my main job. However, I realized its income potential and decided to rely on it full-time in [redacted]. Even though I used to schedule work hours easily, in the last 2 months, I've only managed to get an instant dash twice. I'm located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and now I can't find any available hours for work. I used to be able to book shifts a day or a week in advance, but now I can't find any hours whatsoever, not just in my city but also throughout Florida. While on lunch with four colleagues at Wendy's on International Speedway between 12-1pm, an incident with a DoorDash worker named Beth occurred. Beth was very rude to an African American customer in line, shouting racial slurs and being disrespectful. She threatened to call [redacted] on the manager to get them fired. Unable to log back in, I opted to use a competitor's app. My alternate order went through smoothly. Surprisingly, I then received a notification from your app that a driver was on the way. As a budget-conscious customer, I cannot afford two deliveries. This is my second issue in two days, making the service unacceptable. Competitors provide live chat support and offer more straightforward assistance. Thankfully, I could cancel my order this time, as it's often a struggle to do so.
