I am Shannon Harris, and I placed an online order with order number [redacted]. I ordered a hand-tossed pizza with no garlic and requested stuffed cheese bread with garlic removed. When I called the Domino's store on Veterans Memorial because the online system didn't have a no-garlic option, Alejandra assured me it wouldn't be an issue. However, upon delivery by Ralph, the stuffed cheese bread still had garlic. Ralph tried to resolve the issue by calling the store, but there were many unanswered questions. Frustrated, I had to return the food and requested a refund. This incident marks the third out of four times I've encountered problems with this particular Domino's location. I believe a change in management or staff is necessary for improvement. I will avoid ordering from this location in the future.

Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my recent order through the Domino's app. I received an email confirming the successful order placement. However, after waiting for about 20 minutes, I received a call stating that the pizza I ordered was not available. I am frustrated by this experience as there was no error message when I placed the order, indicating that it went through smoothly. It is disappointing to receive a call later informing me that the order cannot be fulfilled. This kind of service does not reflect well on Domino's Pizza. As a new customer who just downloaded the app, this has left a negative impression on me. I hope for better service in the future.

I had a disappointing experience with your service on May 12, [redacted]. I placed an order for two premium burger pizzas at 4:30 pm. However, there were no updates on your app, only a message saying the order was being baked. After an hour of waiting and no response despite trying to call the store seven times, we visited the Wagholi branch. Unfortunately, instead of addressing our complaint, the staff member there spoke rudely to us and made us wait an additional 40 minutes for our order. The lack of communication, unhelpful customer care, and unprofessional behavior left me incredibly frustrated. I have decided not to order from Domino's again, and I will advise others to do the same.

On 5/18/23, I visited the Domino’s in Burnet, Texas at 5pm. I ordered a pizza, and the cashier took my money but asked a different employee to prepare my food. This employee, who was sweeping, set aside the broom, handled the dough without washing hands or wearing gloves, and then touched the cheese container before sprinkling it on my pizza. I am concerned about the lack of personal hygiene in this store. If it is your company's policy to not enforce handwashing and glove usage, it is very concerning. Additionally, I overheard a staff member calling a short, heavyset manager with purple hair to address a separate issue. I ended up throwing away the pizza.

Hello. My name is Farizi Fuad. At 10:37 PM on 28/05/23, I made a pizza purchase at the Port Dickson Branch in Negeri Sembilan. I was not treated well by the staff named KHAVITA. I asked about the menu, but they did not respond and only pointed at the menu. I wanted to inquire about the pizza menu as advertised on the screen, but she showed a different menu and did not address my questions. Then, she just walked away. Her rude behavior and failure to follow customer service guidelines were very disappointing to me as a customer. Please take firm action against the staff named KHAVITA at the Port Dickson Branch.

I placed an order for a pizza around 6:05 PM last night, but unfortunately, it was not prepared according to my clear instructions. I requested light cheese and extra sauce, but received the opposite - lots of cheese and very little sauce. I paid $22 for a pizza I can't eat, which is frustrating. On June 6th, I placed an order which was mistakenly delivered to my neighbor's house by the driver. Eventually, my neighbor brought me the cold food. After contacting the store, they accused me of lying about the situation. They rudely dismissed my request for a refund, but later begrudgingly claimed to process it. However, it has been over a week and a half, and I have neither received the refund nor any updates. The entire ordeal has been quite frustrating.

On June 8th, we placed an order for two pastas, bread bites, lava cakes, and 4 sodas at store [redacted] in Amarillo, Texas, for pickup. However, upon receiving our order at the drive-through, we were informed that they were out of Dr. Pepper and had to substitute it with Sprite. Upon arriving home, we found the pastas were cold in the middle and the bread bites were hard. Despite these issues, the lava cakes were enjoyable. When we contacted the store to address the problems, they initially offered to replace the order for free. However, when we called on June 14th to arrange for the replacement, we encountered difficulties and were ultimately told they would not honor the offer. This experience has been frustrating as we order from Domino's weekly and had hoped for a better first impression of our local store in the neighborhood.

On June 9th, we ordered two large pizzas from the Southgate, MI location. It seems that they may have used a small dough instead of a large one for our pizza. The Philly pizza was disappointing with only about 5% cheese on it. The pizza box was actually thicker than the pizza itself. If we wanted a thin crust pizza, we would have ordered one. It's frustrating to deal with a store that doesn't seem to care or address concerns properly. Are thin crust pizzas now the norm, thinner than the pizza boxes? If this is the case, we will consider taking our business elsewhere.

Two nights ago, I placed an order for $40 worth of food for delivery, which I paid for in full. Unfortunately, I never received my order. Yesterday, I visited the store in Blue Springs, MO, where the manager, with an attitude, mentioned he needed to email someone to arrange a refund. It's been over a day, and I have not received any updates regarding my refund or my meal. At this point, I am no longer interested in receiving the food and simply want the store to return the money they took from me. My patience has worn thin, and I expect a resolution promptly.

I purchased 2 pizzas with the $7.99 deal and paid an additional $2.00 each to upgrade to extra large. The specific pizza I ordered was the ham and pineapple. In addition to the upgrade charge, there was an extra $2.00 fee for adding pineapple. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the quality of the pizza. The ham was in tiny pieces and there was barely any pineapple. The crust was stale, slightly burnt, and lacked sufficient cheese and sauce. How can Domino's survive serving food like this? I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be patronizing Domino's again. SHAME ON YOU!

I placed an order with Domino's on June 19 for a large one-topping pizza with Parmesan bread bites. Typically, I order from them without any issues, but this time was different. Despite the computer estimating a delivery time of 20 to 28 minutes, our order did not arrive until an hour and a half later. When I called the manager at the Shepherdsville, Kentucky location ([redacted]), named Cole, was very rude and dismissive. He promised the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, despite the delay. The delivery finally arrived, but the food was cold and the crust and bread bites were hard. As a loyal customer who orders from Domino's regularly, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I watched TV and got a craving for pizza from the store on 10th Street in Killeen, my first time trying Domino's. It was a terrible experience. I ordered two thin-crust pizzas, but they arrived dried out and burnt. When I called to complain, the manager was very rude, hanging up on me multiple times. When I visited the store, he told me to come back in the morning for a refund. Despite asking for his name, he still did not respond. Eventually, I found out his name was Nick from one of your drivers. This kind of behavior from a Domino's manager is unacceptable. I placed an order last night to be delivered by 10 PM, but ran into issues when trying to track it later on. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, I couldn't reach anyone. The call center was unable to provide much help, only confirming the order was placed at midnight. After several more attempts to check on my order, by 1:30 AM, I was informed the store had closed without delivering my food. I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and the fact that I paid for food I never received. It's disappointing that the manager didn't ensure unresolved orders were handled properly before closing. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I believe there is room for improvement in customer service at this location. I request a call from someone in corporate to address this matter promptly. I hope for a resolution as I prefer not to leave a negative review online, understanding that mistakes can happen, but this recurring issue is concerning.

I ordered a pizza from your Vile Parle SV Road branch in Mumbai with Order No. [redacted]. While tracking my order, the delivery boy called me and made false statements about me always being late. Additionally, the delivery boy, Mr. Lal Babu Ansari, did not hand over the order to me and left for his next delivery. I informed him that I would pick up the order from the store myself. Upon reaching the store and requesting to meet the manager, a staff member, Mr. Kishore Patil, informed me that the manager was in the bathroom and made me wait outside for 10 minutes. When the store manager arrived, I explained the situation, but he also spoke rudely and did not resolve the issue. This poor service experience, along with a previous order (No. [redacted]) where I had to wait outside for 30 minutes, is not acceptable from Domino's. The staff should undergo training on how to interact with customers. I will refrain from ordering from Domino's in the future. Attached are screenshots of the call details for reference. I reside in the [redacted] area of Magnolia, TX, where I have noticed there are 13 Domino's locations close to me. Surprisingly, none of them offer delivery to my home, which contradicts the company's "We Deliver Anywhere" claim. While I prefer Domino's pizza over Pizza Hut, the latter does deliver to my house despite being farther away. I am puzzled as to why none of the 13 Domino's stores can deliver to my location. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some insight into this matter. I am eager to hear back from you and hope to resolve this issue soon. Thank you.

Last week, I ordered a pizza from Charles at the Rio Vista location. I was looking forward to enjoying it since I hadn't had one in years. However, when my husband picked it up, it wasn't even cut and had no extra cheese as I had requested. I remember this pizza being good and was excited for my husband, who is from Canada and had never tried it. I am very disappointed with the quality, especially considering the high price. If employees can't do their job properly, the location should be shut down. Selling a pizza in that condition is embarrassing. I am expecting a call from a manager.

I am located near the Camdenton Domino's, but my address was not recognized for delivery. Clarissa at Domino's assured me they could deliver this one time, so I placed an order for my family. However, 20 minutes later, the manager called to say they couldn't fulfill the order. They claimed there was no record of our conversation, which left me frustrated. The order was placed under the name Mike, though my name is Lori. I suspect Clarissa may have denied the delivery due to a personal issue from years ago. Despite previous cordial interactions, she seemed unprofessional this time. I attempted to resolve the matter by contacting the manager but was hung up on. This situation left my elderly diabetic father without dinner. I am seeking a resolution, whether that involves retraining or termination for the employees involved. It is disappointing and unprofessional behavior that needs to be addressed promptly.

I ordered two medium pizzas from the $6.99 deal, along with a Marvel cookie brownie and a root beer, requesting very light sauce on both pizzas. Unfortunately, upon delivery, I received pizzas with too much sauce and an undercooked, uncut brownie. I contacted the manager at 2:07 to address the issue and was promised a remake of my order, but as of now (4:00), I am still waiting for my food. Lacking transportation and with a hungry grandchild, I am very disappointed, especially considering the $30 I spent on this order.
